I am writing a review for Poolscapes. I have nothing but. good
to say about Poolscapes. I went to the office expecting the normal pool. I find a group of people who were excellent designers, They had designed an amazing pool and all the accessories. They. were kind, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable.
The crews were so good....professional in every step.
I would highly recommend Poolscapes!!!!

We are so happy with the backyard that Poolscapes built for us!! We needed to find a company that we could trust to install a pool and landscaping for our unfinished backyard in Henderson despite the fact that we were remote during the entire process. We are so glad that we found Ivan and his Poolscapes team. We had some ideas about what we "wanted", but because we had never installed a pool before, we needed to find a partner who was able to guide us away from any "bad" ideas. Ivan and his team listened, provided solutions, and ultimately installed a backyard that is much more impressive than we could have imagined. The trust element was critical for us because we were not physically present during the installation. Ivan made sure that the pool was installed according to the schedule we agreed to and then put in landscaping/lighting that blew us away. We are so happy with what Poolscapes did for our property. Thanks Ivan and team!

We are very pleased with the pool design and construction from PoolScapes! Tanr Ross, was simply on-point in taking our ideas and bringing them to life in the design stage and in recommending and thoroughly discussing all available functions, options, and capabilities of modern pools and the associated infrastructure. Tanr designed the pool to meet our desires while siting it to comply with codes and to maximize the aesthetics. PoolScapes recommendations on in-ground cleaning & filtering systems, UV sanitation and chlorination systems, pumps, and control systems were also greatly appreciated as we know we received a state-of-the-art pool. As you can see in the attached pictures, the final product is stunning and we are very pleased. Tanr also brought my outdoor kitchen concept to life and PoolScapes' associated Landscape colleagues led by Scott Stephens have also done a wonderful job in placing the final touches on the overall design.

We started out getting bids from 2 other pool companies, but I'm so glad we made the decision to go with Poolscapes. Ken listened to our ideas and designed an awesome pool. Ivan added his expertise and between the two of them, I think they designed the most awesome pool in Las Vegas! We continued with Poolscapes for the landscaping and I didn't think they could outdo themselves, but Scott is an incredible artist. His landscaping design compliments the pool and is nothing like we could have ever come up with on our own. Construction was a smooth process with Leroy running the project. He was always checking on the progress and making sure each step was completed on time. Scott (pool Scott) is a genius in setting up the apps for controlling the pool equipment and lighting. The subcontractors and crew were professional and cleaned up at the end of every day. Scott's landscaping crew are the best we have ever encountered. Friendly, professional, and treated our backyard like it was their own. During the whole process, any concerns or question we had were answered immediately. We can't say enough good things about Ivan and his team. Thank you Poolscapes!

we had an excellent experience with Poolscapes, Tanner and Greg were extremely professional and paid attention to details. they truly build luxury pools.

We had an amazing experience with Poolscapes and their affiliated partners (Sunstate Companies and Custom Outdoor Living) in transforming our backyard from dirt into a Las Vegas dream and entertainer’s delight.

Tanr Ross met us for the initial design consultation at our new home which was being constructed at the time and had just completed framing. A week later, we were in his office at Poolscapes and were stunned with the elegant, beautiful design and comprehensive use of space. Honestly, if you have Tanr designing your pool, consider it one stop shopping and rest assured you’re in incredibly capable hands.

It didn’t take us long to get into contract and that’s a beautiful thing about Poolscapes. Their process is simple and very laid back and it was easy to make simple changes like we did for some Oceanside mosaic tile.

Poolscapes is also great throughout the construction and startup process assigning a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the build. We couldn’t have asked for better with Brian who was always so friendly and cool in helping answer any questions we had. When we got to that magical moment to fill the pool with water, Danny was also tremendous in managing the startup process and getting us ready for pool time.

Bear in mind, there will be times when things will seem to come to a standstill in the build. This is just part of the process and mainly due to supply chain and crew availability issues that are outside the control of Poolscapes. A little patience and lots of smiles go a long way towards achieving the end result…the best pool and amazing backyard you, Tanr and the Poolscapes team can possibly imagine.

Hire Poolscapes! 10/10! My wife and I recently moved to Vegas and purchased a new construction home. We knew we wanted a pool/backyard design however with so many companies we didn’t know where to turn. Our realtor recommended Poolscapes and we couldn’t be happier. We worked with Tanr for the design and then Greg, Tom and Tammy for the production. Tanr met with us multiple times to ensure we had a design we loved, he even met us at our house when I couldn’t decide between 27-30 feet for our pool and mapped it all out for us. There were no hidden fees. The cost he quoted was the cost we paid. Poolscapes took care of everything. They coordinated every phase of the project and made it a very seamless process for us. Communication was great, timeline was met. Our pool from start to finish was complete in 3.5 months. Tanr and team even connected us with landscapers and a BBQ company to help complete our backyard space. We plan to purchase more homes in the Vegas area and will absoluty hire Poolscapes again. You will love your new pool!

We have owned many homes with pools, but hadn't built one from scratch. Poolscapes was our first, and our experience was really excellent from beginning to end !! From the initial design with Tanr, through construction with Tom and Greg, we always knew what was going on. The process was great, and I would highly recommend Poolscapes to anyone looking to build a luxury pool. They recently finished our beautiful yard in just under 4 months and we are so excited to use it. Thanks Poolscapes !!

I gave 5 STARS because that was the highest to give, but this company deserves more! Very professional and courteous and do an amazing job! I had my pool closed by them, and the guys that came out were very friendly and patient with me even though I accidently kept them waiting for a few minutes.

They did a marvelous job closing my pool for the winter! I will definitely be calling them to Open and maintain my pool for next year!

Thank You Guys for doing a Great Job!

Tim Thank you so much for all your help and patience in getting everything coordinated and done!

I am definitely going to recommend them to everyone I know!

Very professional, and precise. I love the creativity of design and follow-thru. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I would highly recommend Poolscapes to anyone looking to build a pool and backyard of their dreams.

We love our zero-edge pool and back yard. We feel like it's our desert oasis. Poolscapes did a fantastic job and they're great with their service and any issues we had!

Great experience with Poolscapes. From our first meeting with Tanr to design details with Robert then day to day with Terry on site, we couldn’t have had a more seamless process. Plus our pool area is incredibly stylish and impressive. We are very happy with the final product. Their Landscaping and BBQ partners are excellent as well. And they are nice people too.

We interviewed 9 pool companies over one year period before deciding on Poolscape. It was the correct decision for their design was gorgeous and their work quality was superb. The entire management team from Tanr to Greg to Tom were very responsive to our inquiries throughout the construction process. Tom even came by multiple times after completing to help me to learn how to care for the pool. Definitely a class and five star delivery.

Poolscapes did a fantastic job with our pool and backyard. Every attention to detail is taken in the design of the project. They plan it as if they will be living in the space themselves. I highly recommend Poolscapes. We have been so pleased with them that they are designing and building a second backyard for us!

Great company! Everyone was very professional, Tanr and his awesome design, Scott, Leroy, and the pool crew always on time and answered every question I had during the build process. Landscape Scott listened to what I envisioned and came up with a great design! I would highly recommend them to my friends!

I used PoolScapes for a customer pool and landscape project in the Obsidian development in Roma Hills. I couldn’t be happier with the end result - it’s absolutely fabulous.

The design that Tanr and team came up was head and shoulders above the designs that his competitors came up with. I’m a very design oriented individual and Tanr’s design sense is absolutely first rate.

I also really appreciated the high levels of professionalism and care exhibited by Tanr (the owner), Terry (the project manager - who was fantastic!) and the entire team. They were very easy to work with and did very quality work with a high level of customer service.

I couldn’t recommend them more highly and if ever do another pool:backyard project would only consider using them.

Ken, Greg, and Scott from Poolscapes designed the most beautiful backyard that makes the most of a small space without sacrificing access or obstructing views. The process was seamless from design to construction with the team coordinating everything from the pool construction, landscaping, outdoor kitchen, and patio cover. The team was super responsive and took our requirements and executed the vision flawlessly. We could not be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend the team from Poolscapes!

Poolscapes planned our whole backyard and came up with the best design out of all the companies we interviewed. From start to finish they were the most knowledgeable and professional the entire time. There was zero down time and they had everything planned from the start. I had two other friends doing pools with different companies at the same time and we finished 3 months before both of them. Ken was very professional the whole time with a practical approach to all our amenities. Tom and Greg made sure the project ran smooth and were very helpful through the entire process. Their finishes and style are beautiful and their equipment they use is top of the line. I highly recommend them.

After looking into several pool designers, it was Tanr’s creation that won us over. His design goes with our aesthetic and compliments our home beautifully. He is talented, experienced and his team of construction/project managers were very helpful & responsive throughout the entire process. We love our slice of paradise and are very happy with everything. Highly recommend Poolscapes LLC!

Tanr and the entire Poolscape team did a fabulous job in designing every aspect of our brand new dream home beautiful ultra modern infinity edge pool, wet deck, spa and tiled planters, along with integrating everything seamlessly and perfectly in parallel with our home construction and landscape design and installation. The shape of our lot and the amount of hard rock presented a challenging scenario, but Tanr came up with and executed a perfect detailed complementing design we absolutely loved from day one! It came out absolutely beautiful and stunning, everyone loves it and it captures the magnificent views of the Vegas strip day and night. Right from my very first meetings with Tanr, I knew he and Poolscapes were the best company by far with the best technology, wealth of technical knowledge, including drawings and options, and designing everything with the best and most modern equipment available, without any shortcuts. Tanr and his team go above and beyond in every aspect and phase and continue to provide excellent customer service after the installation! He and his technical staff are always available 24/7 for me for excellent training, and whenever I need them to help answer all of my questions and resolve any issues created by other new home trades during construction. Tanr and his team spend a lot of time at the job site before, during and after the build of the pool and I was always actively engaged through the entire project, which is critical and very important, and far superior vs. any other vendor. His technician is in my neighborhood and accessible all of the time. I highly recommend Tanr and Poolscapes for all of your pool and landscape needs, they are truly the best in the business and leader in the industry, and will exceed all of your expectations! Thank you Poolscapes!

We have been so happy with our pool that Poolscapes built. Not only is it beautiful but they were so helpful and communicative during the whole process. Ken Raymer is the best! He has been our “go to” guy and he has continued to be so responsive and helpful.
