10/10!! Rudy was professional and extremely helpful! Called the night before and he came promptly next morning for emergency consultation. He did a thorough inspection, sent dozens of photos, and provided honest feedback. Will definitely call Rudy again for future service!

Excellent service from and treatment by this company. First off, Rodolfo explained everything so clearly that at no point was I confused about the process. He answered text messages if not immediately, then as soon as he could. When I did have a rare question, he addressed it. He was experienced with working with insurance companies, but I'm not sure how much contact he had with mine.
My ultra-positive experience with this company stands in direct contrast with the unfortunate negative dealings with the owner's other (installation) company. I attribute that to Rodolfo and the guys who came and did the work.
The Life Savers crew that came in to demo the kitchen was professional, courteous, competent and quick.
I was not pressured to pay my bill until I'd been paid by my insurance company. I appreciated Rodolfo's not insisting that he needed to work the insurance company before working with me!

I wanted to commend Rudy and the crew on a job well done. Not only were they quick and very professional with the job, Rudolpho went above and beyond answering questions I had that didn't have anything to do with the scope of his work. As a first time home owner it was a relief for him to help me with the claim process and informing me on what would happen and who to contact to get our house put back together. We most definitely recommend their business!!!

We used Life Savers for our water mitigation services after a leak in our ceiling. Rudy and his guys were terrific. They handled our insurance company like absolute PROS - it's clear they work with insurance companies ALL THE TIME. In fact, they even helped me place the initial call and walked me through the entire process top to bottom. That part of the service was absolutely over the top excellent.
I'm delighted my insurance company picked up the tab, because these guys outfitted and treated my home like it was a nuclear waste site. It was a $$$$ mind blowing experience for a relatively small leak. Still, I have little ones at home and thought, "better safe than sorry". They also helped me get in touch with a great mold testing company for peace of mind.
As the service experience progressed, the office could have been more responsive and the communication could have been better, but that's all typical of these types of companies. You just have to stay on top of the correspondence and make sure the guys are showing up when they should and are doing what the office/managers said they were going to do.
All in all I would recommend Life Savers Restoration ONLY if you have excellent home insurance to foot the bill. I'm sure there are more affordable (and less theatric) ways of getting the job done out there.

Live Savers Restoration actually bears the name. Indeed, they are Live Savers. When I called the company above, they responded faster than expected. A week earlier, I contacted another Restoration company. They came to my house four hours late and scared me about my home insurance company. I almost gave up. When I called Live Savers a week later, Rudy showed up at my house in less than 20 minutes and turned my nightmare into hope. He was professional and friendly. I would refer Live Savers Restoration to anyone.

We had a major leap/and burst line in our primary bath cause a great deal of damage. We were referred to Life Savers by our plummer. I called them and left a message. Rudy from Life Savers immediately called me back and scheduled an ap[pointment. He and his crew came over and handled everything. They were compassionate, and kind. Got to work and took care of business. they were on time each day, cleaned up everything and told us everything they were doing. I highly recommend them!

Life Savers Restoration is prompt and professional! I have used them twice due to an emergency leak I had in both my homes. They responded quickly and were very transparent! On the first occasion, they showed me where the leak was coming from and really helped and walked me through the entire process. When it was time to demo, their crew was respectful of my belongings and did their best to put everything aside, making it easy for us to maneuver through our space. On second occasion, I suspected a leak at my other house and Life Savers came again immediately to help detect the leak. They were honest with their assessment and concluded there was no leak coming from the house.

Within an hour and a few minutes of calling Rudy. He was out here to investigate my water problem. I have 2 bedrooms and a laundry room that were flooded about an hour and a 1/2. After he arrived, they clean up crew arrived and started vacuuming up the water. And tearing out the flooded stuff. Did an excellent job. I'm very impressed with them. They had it all cleaned up dried out and about 2 or 3 days. I'm about 60 miles from there office. So they all had a short drive or a lawn drive whatever. Very impressed while I'm dead. When I had a flood last year, this company was highly recommended to me from a friend. It’s not like you have a ton of time to think about who to call, and that’s one of the sad things when you’re in a crisis situation. Luckily for me, I did have a friend that I could call and they recommended this company. These are the guys that are running in when everybody is in chaos and doesn’t know what to do. They really helped me feel safe as a woman. They Displayed exemplary service and decorum. I was so frightened and had no idea what to do, but these guys really took care of me, And help me with all the steps that we are never privy to, but they deal with on a daily basis. I highly recommend this company- Thank you, Not only to the owner and project manager, but to the staff themselves. They were all fantastic.

Which I Had water damage in my kitchen spread out to the bathroom. He was very helpful. Walked me through the process of connecting with the home insurance. They tore out everything that was damaged in my home and patiently waited to get paid while Home Insurance did their own assessment. I give them 5 stars. From beginning to end. Rudy was very informative, professional and honest. Clearly knew what he was doing. Im very glad i found this company. Had a decent amount of water damage in the kitchen and Life Savers responded immediately after being contacted. Rudy has been amazing throughout the whole process, answering any questions I had as well as working with my insurance. The mitigation team sent out was also kind and worked hard to finish everything within the day.

I got a call from Rudy on the 2nd of January and went out the next. Rudy started assessment of my condo unit and also my neighbors condo unit on the first floor. I used Life Savers for my water mitigation service after a leak in my water heater closet. Rudy and his guys were excellent and he got a terrific crew. They handled everything from start to finish and they help me work with my insurance company. Rudy and the crew is an absolute pros. The work itself is very clean and the setup in my condo is very professional. I would recommend this company to anybody and believe me, I looked for at least 3 more companies out there and Life Saver Restoration gave me the confidence to go with them.
