Update- After receiving the final bill, I realized the company billed for work that had not been performed. This company's technicians took advantage of my family in our time of need while in mourning over the loss of our Dad. Extremely disappointed in the lack of integrity this group has displayed. I do not recommend Servpro of Henderson.

We can not express our gratitude to Servpro of Henderson for helping my family recover from a house fire. Within hours Servpro was at our home to take care of the immediate need of fire, smoke and water damage.

We had a minor flood occur in our home and called ServPro. Teresa and crew were dispatched, arrived quickly and promptly assessed the situation. They got to work immediately, and although the entire process took several days to remedy (water will do that), the communication and follow-up was courteous and consistent. Teresa is the real MVP; she took the time to listen to our concerns, offered recommendations and solutions, and was an absolute pleasure to work with - the world needs more people like her! While we hope we never have to go through something like this again, we wouldn't hesitate to contact them for service. Highly recommended.

Tyler, Jaden, Zeke did an amazing job on coming to my home and taking care of my mold problem. They came here and started putting plastic up to keep the area contained. They answered all of my questions and just took care of business very fast and professionally. We would recommend servpro to everyone!!!

The whole process was pretty much painless. The workers were phenomenal and worked 10-12 hrs a day to get this project finished. They cleaned up after themselves every day. They did a great job!!!

We contacted SERVPRO after noticing two small stains on the ceiling in one of our bedrooms. It was wonderful to reach an actual person for help and SERVPRO sent assistance the next business day. Juan C. came out to evaluate and gave us an estimate for the initial inspection. We unfortunately learned we not only had a leak but some mold as well. Juan was so kind and courteous and took his time to explain the needed steps involved in fixing our problems. He was reassuring and made us feel at ease with the entire process from start to finish. Tyler J. then came out to remediate the mold and clean the affected areas. He was fabulous at keeping us informed while he did the work and answered our questions. Stellar experience with the Servpro remediation team of Bill, William and Mary, following a kitchen leak which flooded the kitchen and dining room. All were kind and professional.

The process was the most professional I’ve ever experienced. From the time we called them they have been there everyday getting the job done. Highly recommend this company.

We had a water flood called our insurance and in an hour Servpro service send a team!! They did a awsome job put fans right away and checked all the walls the ceilings. I really recommend them!!!

Great experience today with an emergency water heater break. Called ServPro and within an hour a team was here to do an estimate. They contacted my insurance company and returned within an hour to approve the work.

My master toilet flooded down to the bottom floor. Juan & his team with Service Pro was at my house with all their equipment for mediation, lightning fast. I was barely putting in my request with my insurance and Service Pro called, and showed up within the hour. Juan was very professional and answered all my questions; he broke down "next steps" for me so I wasn't overly stressed. He was present and was there daily until the rooms were cleared & dried. Highly recommend his team at Service Pro & most definitely saving his & Service Pro contact number.

We just want to express our gratitude to Tyler and William for coming to our rescue when my mother’s suite was flooded from a toilet tank that cracked and left considerable water damage. They worked diligently to move the furniture, remove the soiled carpets and provided the necessary machines to dry and remove any bacteria that may have developed. Also Tyler provided information that was pertinent to our unfortunate dilemma . Thank you both.

My parents had a mitigation issue, and we contacted Servpro of Henderson. Juan Canto and sugeiry arrived and did a very professional job from the start. They clearly explained the entire process from point A to point Z. Definitely recommended!

They definitely show up when the fire trucks arrive! Then proceeds to produce overpriced quotes for service, while the items they claim to be restoring sit in plastic bags in a box in their warehouse. Don’t worry when you decide to take your business elsewhere they will send a large and undetailed bill to your insurance and then harass you payment!

So far, Servpro has been excellent today. They did the pack out. Thank you to Josh, Sophia, Diana and Nick for their hard work. They were very friendly and polite.
