These two young men went above and beyond and the extra mile. They're very knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and provided awesome customer service!

After a massive flood and four months without my belongings while my house was restored, ServPro came back today to drop everything off! Nick, Sofia, Deeana, Jesus, Chris, and Josh got everything in the house, unwrapped and in the correct rooms much more quickly than expected. The furniture was cleaned, and everything seems to be accounted for. Couldn’t have gone more smoothly.

Sofia,Diana,Josh and Lily were very careful and and considerate packing our belongings after a roof leak that required our living room and dining room to be packed and stored for repairs to be done . We Have many treasures they took great care in packing. Josh stayed right on top of getting answers for our concerns. Their quickness because it was right between Thanksgiving and Christmas was appreciated .

Josh took time to listen to what I wamted to know. He explained the process, was smooth and professional. The whole team was friendly, they were patient. Diana, Eduardo and Jaedean took care the furniture and other stuff during transport, protect surfaces with blankets, bubble wrap and plastic wrap and labeled the item. Yes, I recommend this team. After a major water leak from our laundry room, I called Servpro and I am so glad I did because after few minutes, Tyler and Sofia arrived to the house. Tyler explained the step by step process of what they are going to do at that very moment and the plan afterwards. While Tyler was checking the rest of the house to see the extent of the damage, Sofia was already accounting the items that are being affected and move stuff to stop &/or minimize the damage of the affected items. Few moments later, Mary arrived to the house as well and helped dry the floor downstairs and helped Tyler remove the padding of the carpets upstairs. They removed at least 4 heavy big bags dripping with water. Tyler is so nice that he even lend us his portable light since our power and water were shut off for safety purposes and we had a light for the night. The following day, Tyler and teammates came early to vacuum the rest of the water and brought fans and dehumidifiers to help dry the ceilings, walls, floors, and just the whole areas of the house being affected by the water loss. Thank you so very much again Tyler, Sofia, & Mary!

Juan, William, & Sugeiry went absolutely ABOVE & BEYONNNDDDD for us. Not only did they leave our store SPOTLESS they also made sure that we wouldn’t need any other repairs and/or work done. This team is absolutely amazing workers and people. If you are looking for any work or repairs done I would highly t recommend this company and specifically this team. They work hard, efficiently, and fast.

Every time I went to my neighbors house, I said my gosh, your floors are beautiful. Finally, I asked her who it was that was polishing them. She sent me here and said you’ll love them and they came last week. They were professional. They were prompt. They were organized they were clean and my floors look amazing not only did they do my floor grout with the rest staining, but they rep polished my marble countertops in my bathroom. They had scrapes and water spots on them and they got all of it out looks fantastic. I will always refer these folks to anyone you’re smart to use them.

I am picky. I admit it. I am really really impressed with the work this company did. I haven't had my travertine floors cleaned and sealed in several years. My husband and I thought the matte finish might look good. It was AWFUL. I called Jack and told him we made a terrible choice. The very next day his crew was back at our home and reapplied a shinier finish. Our floors look brand new! More importantly, on a hot Friday afternoon the guys were loading the equipment and noticed they missed a TINY spot. They unloaded the equipment and re did the entire area. When was the last time a vendor cared enough to do that in your house? This company is special. Give them a call.

I wish I had a before and after photo because it’s been five years I’ve been longing to have floors as shiny as these! Just great work. We tried Silver something before, they didn’t do the job at all. The goal of making it look like a hotel floor shine, Ultimate Finish achieved!! Thanks so much!!
