Had a phenomenal experience using Immediate Response, and couldn’t be happier with the results! My backyard was in need of some mood lighting + I wanted lights installed under the pergola in order to grill at night, and they helped make my vision a reality! They were on time, professional, and knocked out the entire project in 1.5 days. Truly can’t say enough good things about this company, and would gladly refer them to anyone looking for a trustworthy electrician.

Outstanding service from start to finish! I called and got an appointment immediately. Communication was excellent—they confirmed everything by text, including the technician’s name, and the morning of the appointment he reached out to let me know he was on his way. He arrived right on time, wore protective booties, and was even kind enough to interact with my dog (always appreciated!). He quickly understood the electrical issue and had it fixed in about 15 minutes. Professional, efficient, and courteous—I highly recommend this company.

Everyone; from our very first contact with their office to the communications with our electrician Marcos, everyone was professional, communicated well and kept us informed every step of the way. Most importantly, they scheduled an appointment for us and resolved our electrical problems the same! We will certainly call Carmel Electric the next time we need an electrician.

Pretty hard to do business when you walk in the door and are greeted with , "What do you want?" By the guy in the first office when you walk in. Everyone is a potential customer, idiot!

One of the best companies I have ever dealt with. When it comes to commercial install and panel builds these guys will see you through till the end. They have hand delivered parts to Phoenix when our engineers made the mistake.

This company is amazing! Forget about using a TaskRabbit or any of those other apps. You’ll end up just wasting your time. Give these guys a call first thing! I have been dealing with faulty address bar light wiring and have had our HOA after me for the past 2 years. These guys fixed it in a flash! Don’t hesitate to give them a call. Amazing service. The owner came to put in exhaust fans and light in our bathrooms. He also brought two of his employees to help him, who were really nice and were efficient as well. They cleaned up well and did a fantastic job. I will be using this company for our future electrical needs.

I had a fantastic experience with Michael from TBM Electric! I called on a Sunday, and despite it being the weekend, Michael answered right away and was incredibly helpful, walking me through possible solutions for the issue I was facing. He scheduled an appointment for the very next day, which I really appreciated. Michael arrived on time, was professional and friendly, and did an excellent job of clearly explaining the problem. Not only was the issue fixed on the spot, but the quality of work was top-notch. I couldn’t be happier with the service and highly recommend Michael and TBM Electric!
