Wow, when my AC caught fire from an electrical surge, Southwest electrical was out the next day to install a surge protector on my panel. They also notice conduit ran to my other AC unit was not outdoor conduit. They notified me and fixed it within a few days. The best part is they have top notch customer service and showed respect to my home and me.

Fixed the power outage in my house by replacing the 100amp breaker. Went out got the breaker, came back and fixed all within the hour. Good job and will use in the future

technician was OUTSTANDING! Clearly KNOWLEDGEABLE & EXTREMELY professional. After about an hour, technician's efforts revealed the reason for one specific breaker tripping. Seems during previous work done in the electrical panel, some steps weren't done 100% (3 wires in a wing nut were not properly trimmed).

I've used Southwest Electric a few times and every time I've been very happy with the service and results. Jose came out today and was able to replace the GFI outlets in the kitchen at my office building. He had to pull out the dishwasher to get to one of the outlets and even though it was difficult to get out because it had been installed before the countertop was installed, Jose was able to work around the issue and got it fixed. I highly recommend!
