Penny Electric is my “go-to” for anything lighting related. Specifically, Shane. I am very picky about service, cleanliness and quality of work. It’s no exaggeration that Shane exceeds my expectations every single time. I ve used Penny for over 25 lighting installs, outlet relocations, dimmer switch installs and even electrical panel issues. The office staff and scheduling are great communicators as week. I wish I could give 10 stars!

Roger was great. He texted me 30 minutes before he arrived as a courtesy reminder. He's knowledgeable and professional. The pricing for projects I requested quotes on was fair. He just installed my Sklylight calendar. We had to pivot because of the plug that goes with the unit but the end result is better

My technician Russell was amazing he explained everything to me as he was fixing it so I could understand what was going on and why I was having the problem I was having I was a last minute add on and I really appreciated them for coming out on such short notice!! He was very thorough and checked everything!

The electrician was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. I had a bad circuit breaker for my electric range/oven.

The reason for the low stars was that the invoice was $274 to replace a $20 breaker in less than 15 minutes.

I would not recommend.

Let me start by saying that I got three quotes from companies that had a 4.5 star or higher. Callidus was one of those companies. They might not chat you up and have feel good conversations like other companies. They are very informative without the up sale for sure. The other companies were outrageously higher the Callidus. Callidus sent me the three work orders I requested and we changed them a bit, (just like the other companies) But, I have to say, I am sooooo pleased to of gone with this company. They are efficient and did great clean up.

Kevin, Henry and Michael did an amazing job. They were so polite and went through every step with me. I will for sure use this company again, knowing they are fair in price and their work is stellar.

We know how important it is to share just how good a Company is, and our experience with Shamar and Michael far surpassed our expectations. We have a very heavy wrought iron chandelier that needed some repair and some new wiring. It had to be hung from a 20’ ceiling. They were extremely professional, and worked in a timely manner for a fair price.. This chandelier looks perfect. Notified of expected arrival time and arrived on time. This is the second home improvement project by Callidus and more on the way. Replaced additional interior and exterior fixtures and provided an estimate for panel replacement and home office upgrades. Will call Callidus for future electrical needs and upgrades. We recently had Callidus Electric replace our very old panel box. From start to finish they were professional and kept us informed of all the steps along the way. They handled contacting the city for the permit and dealing with the power company to turn off the power to the house. Kyla in the office was efficient and would communicate updates with us regularly. Brenden and Kevin were the technicians who spent from 6 AM to 3:30 PM completing the panel change out. They even took the time to label each breaker on our new panel. We appreciate the thorough job that everyone at Callidus Electric did on this job for us. We highly recommend them.

I usually never write reviews about anything, but felt like I had to shine a spotlight on Kevin. He was very knowledgeable and had made me feel like family. I could also tell that he was very passionate about his job, which is something you don’t see too often these days. Definitely made me feel like I could trust his work 110%. 10/10 would recommend

I had to get the EV charging outlet replaced in my home as I was having intermittent failure with overheating of the EV charging outlet. The fault turned out to be with the 240V wiring and the outlet itself and not with my charging unit or with my EV. Shamar Hoke was the electrician from Callidus Electric who installed new 240V wiring and a new EV charging outlet in my garage. He was very meticulous and thorough in his work, a true professional. He is also a nice, courteous person with a gregarious smile. Can't find a better combination in a technician who is not only competent but also nice! It was also a pleasure dealing with Anthony (supervisor) and Deane (front desk) at the office who were my contacts for getting the estimate done and getting the work scheduled at my home. They were also professional and courteous in their interactions with me. Overall, it was an excellent experience dealing with Callidus!

Shamar was courteous and took the time to explain what he was doing. I really like how you get a text notification and a picture of the person when they are on their way. It's a nice extra step from the company. Highly recommend them!

Brenden Bradley was great! He made it feel like a family reunion! We had great conversation and he assessed the problem and fixed what he could now. Put in the report to get everything else done! Very respectful and great conversation and very educated on what he does! And was patient and listened to everything we had to say! He definitely felt like family and in the short amount of time became family! We are glad we got to meet such a great individual!

I replaced my upstairs and downstairs AC units and furnaces. I couldn’t be happier that I chose Callidus. Jordan and Bob were both amazing and their knowledge and honesty was very comforting throughout this major upgrade to our home. Jordan managed to take out my old furnace from the attic and put the new one in through a small space without any damage. They encountered many obstacles but their experience showed and still finished the job on time. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I couldn’t be happier with their professionalism and workmanship. I wish I would have found them sooner. I would give them more than five stars if I could.

Erick was a great technician and was very knowledgeable and professional. He was through remedied my electrical issues with great speed and managed to make the issue better then when it was new. Highly recommended this company.

Can’t express how appreciative my wife and I are for this company. I called for an estimate around 9 am and Michael was at my home by noon.

Michael was very thorough making sure everything he moved to get the job done was replaced and the complete service was affordable
