I had an account billing issue with Splash Pool Service , so I spoke with the area manager. He was kind, fair, and honest and they corrected the issue and made things right. I can definitely say this this company handles things professionally. Thank you.

Great service, prompt and professional. Our pool is 20 years old and a bit complex yet Splash is keeping on top of things constantly since we hired them in 2023. Stephen Mann has made a huge difference in keeping a close eye on his team and informing us of any equipment repair or maintenance required. Couldn’t be happier.

It's been such a pleasure working with Splash over the years. It's so nice and stress-free knowing the pool is ready anytime I want to use it. Skyler came out and displayed the best customer service I have ever seen!!! He walked me through the process of keeping up with my pool, educated me on my PH, acid and chlorine levels and showed me how to properly use my pool pump. This is a pool company I’m definitely going to use!!

Our service tech was always on time each week. He was always very thorough cleaning our pool and pool equipment. The water was tested and chemicals were added if needed. After cleaning our pool filters, they would look like new. Our guest always commented on what a pristine pool we had. I would recommend Splash Pool Service to anyone that cares about maintaining their swimming pool.

I have been a Splash customer for years. They are reliable and thorough. Regular maintenance is top notch; thank you Cesario. But they have also provided fast and professional repair service when needed. Very responsive office staff.

I leave 5 stars for my tech Skyler. I have never encountered a service worker that puts 110% forth into his work. Skyler is honest, trustworthy, and sincerely wants his customers satisfied.

I’m glad that finally after few problems with my pool I have Skyler as technician. He is very polite, works with a smile, and he is very professional in his skills. In few words: he is incredible!

Original owner sold this company last year. Original company was recommended and figured new owners should be reputable. After purchasing a home and spending 4K in repairs, my lights they repaired don’t work due to water leaking inside .These lights were all changed in March. The prices are outrageous and clearly don’t stand behind their work. When discussing the issues with Madison and questioning why I’m having to pay for the same work again , she is rude, condescending and when apologizing is insincere. Stay clear of this company at least as far as repairs are concerned. I can’t speak on pool maintenance as I’ve never used them. Dave and Doug who came out to give estimates are very nice but I am beyond frustrated and upset that they want more money to repair damages and issues caused by them taking advantage of pool owners like this.

called several pool companies for an estimate. Splash was the only one who called me back timely and came out to the house to give me an estimate. Everyone else just wanted me to send them a picture. I like the more personalized service Splash gave. Makes me think that this is what the customer service will be like going forward.

Alvaro provides excellent service on each visit. He pays attention to detail in all areas of pool maintenance. I am very happy with his work.

I would not used this company again. Sometimes, my pool technician has just not shown up to service our pool. No one from the company will call to notify you. You have to check if the cleaner visited you and notify them for a credit. As with most pool companies, they do not vacuum as much as you would expect. Also, I have had to ask the cleaner to remove particulants and residuals that collected in the corners as well as brush away the grime line. They are very nice and pleasant. Even though I have had issues with this company, they did credit the mistakes. This company might be right for you if you are cost conscious and have better aligned expectations.

Splash Pool company has REALLY turned our community pool around. This company Splash has went above and beyond to get our pool in TIP TOP order. They have repaired cracks, lighting, repaired spa heater, pool heater, NO playing around,
Always very professional pool technicians, never has our pool been cleaner and safer for our residents.
The quality of work has been outstanding.

The entire experience was great. The initial experience was great, price was very competitive and the communication was top notch. The blinds a very well built, stylish and adds a great look to the rooms. Installation was very thorough. The installers leveled and plumbed every window, clean and caulked, and cleaned up. Very respectful and professional.
Would definitely use again!

I pay $165 a month for weekly service. Seems all they do is toss in chemicals & leave. They don’t vacuum my pool & I’ve had the same trash floating in my pool for the last three weeks (just seeing if the tech will eventually remove it). Currently looking for new service.

This company has a wonderful employee named Skyler who does the most fantastic job on our pool. Since he has been taking care of our pool we have had no problems. We Love Skyler

We have used several different pool services in the past, but the service that we get from Mike Mercado is simply outstanding. The entire time Mike has been servicing our pool. We have never had a problem. Our pool is always crystal clear! I hope splash appreciates Mike, he is excellent at his job and always provides great customer service!

We have been a customer of Splash for 9 years and couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism and competence of this company. There has been times when we have had equipment problems and their response time to fix issues has been outstanding. Our pool tech, Trae, who performs our routine weekly service is extremely competent and reliable. Splash maintains a rigorous filter cleaning schedule. So we know that our system is working optimally. For us, the greatest value of having a provider like this is that we know that we can count on a clean and well operating pool. In particular, we appreciate the weekly maintenance report that we receive every week. So even if we aren't here when our pool is serviced, we know exactly what the state of our system is. We can recommend Splash without hesitation.

This is my second review and I cannot say enough good things about Skyler. He came back out for a second scheduled service and not only cleaned the filters, but he brushed down the pool and cleaned the spa, neither of which he was scheduled to do. Skyler always goes above and beyond for his clients and I cannot give him high enough praise. Skyler is the absolute best!!!

Update: Splash management was proactive in working with me to solve any issues that I had. I have revised my stars back to 5 as I have confidence they will continue to provide quality customer service.

I’ve been with Splash for 28 years and for most of it, I would give them 5 stars. However, for the last 4 years or so the service hasn’t been the same. We dealt with algae from 2021 through 2023 partially because they weren’t using enough chlorine tabs and once it was left completely empty. In 2024 we had a new technician and he has been doing a great job. My biggest complaint now is they only clean the filters 3 times a year when they claimed they would do it every 3 months.
