This is my first pool. EPC has performed excellently the past year. They are always friendly and professional when I interact with them whether onsite, on the phone or via text. The pump was old and nearing the end of its life. They explained my options clearly in easy to understand terms. I had a pipe crack and they talked me through shutting the system down while they arranged to have a person come inspect it. In hours they were able to report what was needed to fix the broken pipe and suggested I replace the old, leaky valves. In a few days, despite the supply chain challenges, the pipes and valves were replaced and I could use my pool again. The replacement pump, pipes and valves and labor were all reasonably priced.
All my questions are answered quickly and EPC has always taken the time to explain how each part of the system works. This has given me peace of mind even when a problem has cropped up. I know no matter what happens everything has been done to head off problems before they can occur. When I've had an emergency it was handled efficiently and with a minimum of fuss. I wouldn't have any other company service my pool and related equipment.

Excellent pool care does an amazing job! After going through a couple of different pool maintenance people, I am happy we found this company! Ana and Charles were very knowledgeable and helpful; they made sure we understood our pool system, and did an amazing job with maintenance! They also helped fix some issues we were having with our hot tub, and cleaned our filters. I definitely recommend this company!

All I can say is WOW! The family behind this company is absolutely amazing! It was my grandmother's 93rd birthday and we needed to get the pool in shape for people to swim in, QUICK. We had as small of a time frame as humanly possible and they made it happen flawlessly! I dealt mostly with the wife during the process and she was so incredibly kind and knowledgeable. She answered every question we had for her and handled the whole process like a true professional. Within a 2 day time frame, our pool was drained, cleaned, vacuumed, refilled, and treated. As my grandmother is elderly and can no longer maintain the pool properly (the reason why it was so nasty in the 1st place), they offered to schedule monthly/bi-monthly check ups to help with the pool maintenance in the future. I couldn't have been any more impressed with the family behind this company or their work! I really cannot give them enough credit for how easy and comfortable they made the whole process for us. If you are in the Henderson area and need pool work with a friendly and professional touch, you NEED to give these people a call!

The best pool company I have ever worked with! I called due to my pool being very dirty and felt like a pool piece broke. I called and they were here within 2 hrs! And were able to trouble shoot every possible out come and fixed it within a day! Even offered to come next day to make sure everything was running smoothly! Polite , efficient, respectful, affordable and great to work with ( they let my wife ask all the questions she wanted and showed us how to clean the pool correctly that is ). 100000% recommend !

Generally, take care of pool myself, but needed a thorough cleaning after winter and before using new filters. Also wanted information on cost/benefit of major pool upgrades. Team from Excellent Pool Care responded and started work within 24 hours; provided exceptional cleaning at a very reasonable price; and offered great advice on upgrade options that will save time, money, and effort. They also shared several tips/techniques that will make future maintenance and upkeep much easier and more effective. Thank you! Overall, outstanding customer service and professional technical knowledge. Will definitely use them again and would highly recommend!

Extremely careless with chemicals. Ruined my coping with spills and no cleanup, and instead of balancing them, they kept my chemicals off balance all summer. Chlorine reached 15 ppm and because I have a salt generator, they blamed me for the high chlorine. Beware. Very disappointed and disgusted by the poor treatment I received from them.

My husband passed away suddenly and our pool was way out of balance chemically. I asked my neighbor who cared for her pool and she recommended Excellent Pool Care. From my first encounter through today their professionalism, attention to detail and caring nature is simply awesome. . Today because of the storm, the owners came to service my pool and came with a plan on a very busy day for them to clean my filters to facilitate getting the chemical balance back to normal.
