Really liked the company prior to the name change. They aren't loyal to their techs, have really bad communication, and charge way over market for any repair you need - even when they cause it. They also use a lot of chemicals to make the chlorine last longer, which runs up the acid levels in your pool, causing you to need to drain it every year. They'll keep your pool blue, though.

My husband hired a guy to do maintenance on our pool heater, the guy said that it didn't work and needed to be replaced. My brother told me afterwards that those pool heaters rarely stop working and to try to get someone else to come out and take a look at it. I called Splash and set up for a tech to come out to check and do the maintenance on it, he was able to figure out immediately how to turn it on no problem and and get it running smoothly no problem. They are honest and fair with their pricing. I recommend them to everyone. Great company

I just recently switched to Splash Pool Service. I had been using a small independent company which became very unreliable. I chose this larger company because they have different departments for pool care and maintenance. My pool needed some extra care due to the neglect from my other service. The sales rep, Reese, came out and we went over what the service covers and what was needed. I had my pool drained, (I had gotten my water tested first), filters cleaned, light fixture replaced, some needed wiring connected to panel. The technician actually added a separate breaker to the panel. So far everyone I have dealt with from Madison & Alex at the office, to the technicians that have done the work, have been very knowledgeable and professional. My calls and texts are answered along with technicians calling with etas and showing up on time. If you are in the market for a new company I would give them a call and set up for an estimate.

Solved several problems that were not solved in years of visits by other technicians.

Have always had good service with Oasis, and now Splash. Sam is our new pool guy and does a good job.

We recently hired Oasis to completely strip down and re-plaster grotto around our pool. Wish I could give them a 10-star review. Chad was excellent in explaining to me upfront the process and work involved in ensuring that a quality job is to be done. They were highly organized in scheduling the different teams (prep, strip down, plaster, paint, clean-up) to ensure the job is progressing in a timely manner.
Prior to any activities being started, his team taped down the entire area to ensure no dirt/paint will damage area around the pool. When all work is completed, they did a bang up job cleaning the area showing no trace of any work had been done.
They re-configured lay-out of the 3 waterfalls in our pool..making them absolutely beautiful. The finishing and painting of the grotto made them look just like natural rocks.

We love Splash Pool Service. They are easy to reach if we have a concern and we have talked to them several times over different questions. Jacob has been the tech. servicing our home, and he always does a thorough job on cleaning our pool. I also appreciate the pool report I get in my inbox every time he comes with a photo of our clean pool. We get a weekly pool service, and he brushes the sides of our pool, empties our leaf bin and filter basket, and adds chemicals.

Splash pools is good service company. I had a leak between the motor and the pump!! The service guy was here on time got It handled. Take about an hour and a half. Prefect!!
