These guys rock! I'm getting my house ready to list, and these guys were spot on at every step. Arrived on time, clear communication at every step, and they took exceptional care when moving furniture and hoses through the house. They cleaned all my tile, steam cleaned my bedroom carpet and even cleaned two rugs and my furniture. Anthony and Oscar are top notch and this is the only company I'll use in the future!

I came home last week and saw that my garage epoxy floor was starting to peel right where my rear left tire lays while parked. The floor was installed by the home builder and it’s 5 years old. It couldn’t have happened at a worst time since my husband just had knee surgery and will have impaired mobility for up to 8 weeks. Then you have the holidays upon us. I needed someone willing to do a repair, so that I could get past the holidays and then in the new year redo the entire garage floor. Easier said than done. Nobody wants to do a repair of work that they didn’t do. They don’t know what products were used, what color epoxy was used, what formula. I reached out to Floor Care Pros and Anthony called me. He was willing to patch the spot that was lifting and explained that it wouldn’t match 100% but he could patch so that it wouldn’t keep lifting and peeling. Anthony & Oscar came to my home, saw the spot lifting, quoted me a reasonable price to patch it and 2 days later, they were patching the garage floor. As expected, it doesn’t match exactly, it’s a bit darker than the original floor, but it will do for now until I can get the entire garage floor done in 3-4 months. They are professional and attentive. They take pride in their work, which is important. They follow up with you to make sure you are happy with their service. I am very happy with them. I would recommend them. Although getting the entire floor done in the future will be a project (we need to remove the water softener, brine tank, and water filtration tank, and the cars can’t come back in for 5 days) we are looking forward to having the garage done knowing that they are really good at what they do. Bottom line, I recommend them. It’s a small business, not a chain or franchise, and they care and take pride in their work.

5 stars for Floor Care Pros! Anthony and Oscar did a beautiful job repairing my luxury vinyl tiles that were peeling and cracking. I was so frustrated because several other companies looked at the job and then completely disappeared, but Floor Care Pros actually followed through.
They were total professionals and worked with perfection and care. They moved my table and stove to ensure they got underneath everything, and they even replaced the base trims so perfectly you’d never know they were even removed.
It is such a relief to no longer look at those ugly, chipping floors. If you want a reliable team that actually shows up and treats your home with respect, I highly recommend Floor Care Pros!

We have been using floor chairs now at our hair salon for about seven or eight years now. No matter how big how small the job they always get it done to perfect perfection! We have had them regrout our tile, resurface our concrete, wax buff, and shine our floors. No matter what work they do they always do it. Excellent! We even have them redo the grout in our home because they do such an excellent job at our salon! These are the only floor people I trust as they do top quality work! They are reasonably priced and very, very reliable, which is hard to find in Las Vegas!

Anthony and his team went above and beyond my expectations. The carpets look good as new, and our garage floor is spotless. 10/10 would recommend, and I’ll definitely be doing business with them again soon. Thanks!

If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. I had my downstairs vinyl waterproof plank flooring cleaned this morning. They did an amazing job. Moved the furniture, even moved the stove and refrigerator in my kitchen. They were both very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and excellent flooring cleaners. One was named Oscar and I'm sorry I can't remember the other young man's name. I dealt mostly with Oscar. Great company. I would definitely use them again.

Thanks to floor care pros for coming out today and cleaning our sectional and carpet. We are very happy with their service. There was a couple of big stains in the carpet and we thought it wasn’t going to come out but they took care of it and it looks new again. They brought our sectional back to life. Jimena was awesome and the team fixed my pool quickly within 48 hours. She was honest about what I needed now and what I could wait on for future repair. They also set up my app for better use which is an added bonus.
