After dealing with other companies and getting the run around for 2 weeks and getting no where... in triple digit Temps. with no pool pump. I called these guys and they were at my house in a few hours and had the pump replaced in less than 2 hours!!! Awesome service and professional techs. Excellent Pool Services is my go to from now on!!

I never leave reviews but this guys deserve to be known for their work.
They came less than an hour after I called ( they actually waited for me to arrive)
They got the job done immediately. I had a heater that only needed to be reset, and they did that. Didn't try to pretend there was something else to charge more.
Fixed my leaking tank when another company tried to charge me to replace the whole thing. Fixed my light switch as well. And looked at other concerns.
Super professional. Highly recommend

Revised- price increase was over a year. However I took off a star because George has texted me 5 times in the last 5 minutes calling me a liar. Kind of scary to me.

Disappointed to have to change my review but our service steadily declined after we didn’t use them to replace our pool pump. George insisted that no fix was possible and it had to be replaced at over $2000. We had another company repair the pump for $350 and it has worked fine. We wanted to replace our filters-George wanted over $500, another company did it for $325. In the meantime, debris that we could not reach was left in our pool, and algae patches started to form. In spite of of my specific requests, these items were not addressed. George said that the algae was due to our filters being old…even though they were actually brand new. Finally, they have raised their prices twice in the last 5 months resulting in a 25% increase.

Jorge is AWESOME! He responds quickly and answers questions fully. He Was a pleasure to work with. He respects your time and he can handle various pool issues. He did a great job troubleshooting things for us and now handles our weekly maintenance. We were referred by our daughter and son in law who also utilize their pool service. We highly recommend Jorge and his crew.

I hired Jorge (Excellent Pool Services) to replace a pool and spa light. As well I had him correct wiring and a switch that were gerry-rigged by someone who had done prior work. Not only did he fit the work in on a holiday weekend, he took the necessary time to do a challenging job correctly. Having dealt with other trades people, it was a relief that he kept kept to his quoted price, even when the job proved to be more challenging than anticipated. Honest quality work !

Jorge and Miguel are amazing, fast response to my cry for help to making my pool sparkle! Jorge listened and was professional and very courteous. They are miracle workers. I will post before and after pics to show the amazing job they did!
Jorge is an utter professional he was here when he said he would be and the rates he charges is very competitive and fair for the work involved. I had talked to numerous pool maintenance companies and they all were eager to upsell and tack on superfluous items. Jorge was honest,fair and willing to go the extra mile.
Any negative ratings he has gotten are ludicrous. He was amazing. I cannot thank you enough for how wonderful my pool looks now! I have fallen back in love with it! If you need an honest man doing a fabulous job look no further Jorge and Miguel are your men!

Excellent Pool Services is they way to go. My previous pool guy was not knowledgeable on several items so I called Jorge to get a second opinion. Jorge came right over, answered my questions, dialed a few things in and gave me the proper information about my pool, which saved me a lot of money from what the other pool guy was saying I needed to replace. When in fact there was nothing wrong with the items the other pool guy was saying needed to be replaced. I'm glad I called Jorge to get a second opinion. Excellent pool service is now my new pool service. Gustavo (Jorge's son) came out today for my first cleaning with Excellent Pool Services. He was extremely polite and professional. Gustavo installed a new top of the line vacuum for our pool and did an amazing job cleaning the pool. I'm happy to be with Excellent Pool Services now and will recommend them to all our friends.

Excellent is the perfect word to describe Excellent Pool Service. I had a very large underground leak under my concrete patio.Daniel sent out a leak detection expert and in three days everything was fixed. I have been calling Daniel and George for repairs the last two years. They are always on time and were able to fix any pool problems I had. They are the best in service,reliability and courtesy. I called Daniel at Excellent Pool Service, because my pool was a complete mess due to my neighbors tree. Daniel and his team did an amazing job, and within 3 days had my pool sparkling clean!! They were awesome!

Reliable with coming to clean our pool but not with fixing things upon request. Then I get a text from a random guy saying he will be our new pool guy and he’s not with this company. So in essence this owner gave a random guy my key with out letting me know. Fine, no big deal. But this new guy just stopped coming. Not returning my text or calls and is ignoring my requests to return my key. Ridiculous

We had our pool pump and filter replaced. They did a great job and would definitely recommend.

Amazing service! Came out same day to help clear our clogged pipe. They found the pipe causing the problems, pumped with Co2 to clear and filter and vacuum running again! Great communication and professionalism, very friendly and explained everything to us! Thank you so much for your help! We will definitely use them again in the future!

After getting a water bill from LVVWD that was 10 times my normal amount, I figured out that my pool had a huge leak, but I was unable to figure out where. I spent several hours looking at reviews on Google on who to call and I decided to call Jorge. Not only was he very responsive, but he got out to my house amazingly fast and was able to find a leak in my return line under the concrete. He quoted me a price which I found very reasonable and got to work right away. The way he did the repair was truly amazing. Rather then jack hammer a lot of the slab he made a square cut into it and was able to install a new piece of the return line and fix the leak. He then filled the square hole with concrete with the same texture as the rest of it, dried and then painted it and matched exactly. You could never tell there was any work done. His craftmanship and attention to detail really impressed me, besides the reasonable price and always keeping in contact with me as the repair progressed. Being a small business owner myself in Las Vegas I know how important it is to do outstanding work and Jorge was outstanding. I also had him replace some of the valves as they were old and worn out. If you are looking for an excellent pool repair company, Excellent Pool Services is the right company to call.

Mr. Jorge and his son are very nice, knowledgeable persons. He helped us changed our pool pump motor for a very reasonable price. When we called him to look at the other part of pool he came the next day even if it is holiday. He also taught me how to operate some knobs where it supposed to go etc. Mr Jorge is a very decent guy, he is trust worthy and go above and beyond his job. The owner personally came out and inspected my system, he was able to explain how my pool system worked because I didn’t know how it did, since I just bought the house. He was super knowledgeable and helped me find the best solution to fix my water leaking issue.

After purchasing our home we quickly realized the previous owners loved band aids and literally did what they needed to make the filter and pump system function for a short time. After just
1 month of moving in the system failed. We saw some positive reviews from Excellent Pools and decided to give them a call. Jimena and her team came out and assessed the situation very knowledgeably and gave us a quote to do all the repairs. Well, we ended up doing was replacing the entire system and for them to install a Jandy automation system as well. Let me tell you not only are they knowledgable but their customer service and communication just can’t be beat. If you ever have the opportunity to work with these folks, I would Refer them to anyone. I wish I could give more than five stars because they truly are people you want to support.

Excellent service and results with Chris he made our 25 year old wool bedroom carpeting look like new by stretch and cleaning it!!! Awesome job!!!
