Great service, called this a.m. and they arrived few hours later and fixed clogged filter. Friendly and professional.

Had an issue with my pool pump Jorge and Daniel came to the house within an hour and fix the problem at a reasonable price very thankful

Called today and asked if I can get a pool cleaning tomorrow (short notice) he said yes he will call me tomorrow excited to start business with them

They replaced the motor to the pool in one afternoon, and they also entertained my dog for a couple hours! thanks!

If you are looking for someone that really cares about his job and your pool.. someone honest that won’t sell unnecessary stuff, someone that goes straight to the point about what’s going on with your pool... advice you like no other company will do... then you are at the right place, not kidding, I had algae issues with my pool I had 2 companies coming and telling me what “I need it to do” guess what they were all wrong.. finally I decided to randomly call Excellent pool... 30 min later after I talked to Jorge he was at my house, he advised me on what I need it to do in order to kill the algae... I did it and guess what....????? NO MORE ALGAE OR DUST OR GREEN LOOKING POOL.... I’m very happy and grateful I crossed path with Jorge... plus!!! He is bilingual... English and Spanish... These guys were great! Same day I called they were able to come do repairs on my pool at my new house and were very informative on how everything worked.

I called with my inground pool problem and the owner (Jorge) made a proper assessment of the problem over the phone. He came that day to look, confirmed his thought and was out the next day to fix it and also replaced the pump that I was shopping around for. Work was great and his labor costs reasonable. OMG. !!!! The service blew me away. Owning my own business in NY I know how important customer service is. Jorge responded and took care of a major issue with our pumpi/filtration system all in one day( which was not Easy plumbing!) Not only,does Excellent Pool Service have great weekly maintenance service , they can handle repairs with knowledge and a mission to help customers to the very best of there abilities.
I was impressed!!!

Pros: unlike other pool services, they were able to come and clean the pool the next day. Did a really good job w/pool that had some algea. Gave tips on how to clean pool ourselves. Charged reasonable price.
Cons: cleaning of filters was not included. Pump timer stopped working after initial visit. Brought it up to George's attention, did not want to take reponsibility for it. Now we gotta spend even more money. Something started leaking from part of the pump which I never noticed it leaking before, had to pay extra for that as well. Everytime I called he asked me if I was a regular customer of his - no. I got the impression, if you're not a regular paying customer they'll overtighten something and would get their money somehow.

I didn't know who to call for a pool leak. Read a few reviews and decided on Excellent Pool Services. Glad I did. They answered the phone, came out the following morning, and fixed the problem quickly. I trust them.
