This is the second time I used this company's service to trim the 4 trees in my backyard. The response was very fast, I got an estimator come in two days after my phone call, and the service was scheduled and performed the same afternoon. Everything was done properly (they explained to me why some things that I wanted would actually harm the trees) and the yard was cleaned up afterwards. The best news: after two years since the first trim, the cost only went up by $100. Amazing!

We had 2 trees pruned. I had a Palo verde that suffered some damage in the wind. I have before and after photo.A Canary date palm in our backyard that hadn’t had attention in quite some time. Sadly no before photo. I did post an after. What a beautiful job on sculpting that ball. I made an appointment online for an estimate. Someone was out quickly to take a look. The next day if I remember correctly. After the man arrived to take a look that day we received an email with that estimate. We had to wait a couple weeks for them to get us in. That wasn’t a problem for us. The guys arrived on work day a little early maybe 20 minutes. They were very professional and efficient. The payment process on the website is very simple and straightforward. I would recommend this company to anyone who asked.

Excellent work and pricing. Sent reminders of scheduled time and a text when they were on their way. Team arrived right on time and did a great job trimming large trees. Clean-up was excellent. I’ll definitely use them again.

Amazing service! Showed up on time with the right equipment and perfect crew. Removed two huge eucalyptus trees and it doesn't even look like they were there at all. I highly highly recommend Mr Tree for their professionalism and for the right price. Many other quotes were ridiculous for the same task! Thanks so much.

Mr. Tree Joe Noriega and his great crew did an extraordinary job for us on our grove of eucalyptus trees. Our 30 year-old trees are very special to us however, they have grown into a massive grove and needed management by conservation specialists. Joe Noriega’s expertise as a master arborist has been so invaluable! We are very pleased with Mr. Tree’s team. They work like a well oiled machine, careful, happy, clean and knowledgeable . Their teamwork went very fast yet was calmly safe and efficient, not hectic as we expected. Thank you Mr Tree for your fine job that has brought a lot of peace to our precious grove!

Charles was very polite & explained the procedure for today’s visit & let me know that, they were going to do the weed extraction on the next visit!

First year with TruGreen Shrub service. Have artifical grass. They were always on time, did what they were suppose to do, ready to answer questions. So far so good.

Is there a zero star option? They charges my card over 3 weeks ago, scheduled and rescheduled the service 3 times and still have not shown up. They seem to use nationwide network of the most unprofessional and unresponsive contractors.

This is a terrible company. They took our money for aeration 4 weeks ago promising the service would be in 7-10 days. When we called after that period of time, we hadn't even been put on the schedule so it would be within the next week. We called the next week, still not on the schedule so asked for our money back. The billing clerk said we could be put on the schedule for the next day, the local supervisor would call that night to set a time. Never heard from him. Called today, there is a note on our file that said they were not doing aerations until September! Asked for a refund and were told it would take 7-10 days to process that! (Chances are in 10 days they will tell us it'll be another week for our refund.) Do not use this company.

Customer beware..! This company has call centers around the country and OUT OF THE COUNTRY! Calling their customer service number can get you routed to Trinidad!...If you call their local number for your city and state, you will likely get routed anywhere . I called my local TruGreen with an advertised local address and got re-routed to other states. A week before my call was routed to Trinidad! Secondly, the company will continue to charge you for a new service year as the calendar flips without informing you! It's your responsibility to stay on them and know when your service year is about to be up and call them to cancel future service or you will be charged as they will continue to show up at your house and repeat the lawn program.

I have weeds that are coming up and I paid 1 year in full for service and all the Tech would witch about doing my 1/2 acre lot saying I am not paying enough!!
Then I get turned over to collections for a $145 charge that I never authorized! Although I talked to 5 different people no one could tell me who authorized the work that I already paid for $500.00 for the year!!

Also the chemicals poison my dogs that we thought they was going to die! Be careful and don't try to contact them you can never get through to Trugreen customer service!!

Great response at the start up but after that the quality and responsiveness diminishes rapidly. I made the big mistake of prepaying for a year of services and now regret it. Changes in scheduling are sometimes communicated and sometimes not. I did not expect to have so many issues early in my start up. Yesterday I was scheduled for sprinkler service (after a previous cancellation and change in date) and needed to be home. I took the day off and waited all day. I even called to inquire about my appointment and was assured all was on schedule. . Nobody showed up and i have yet to receive a call regarding what happened and to set another appointment. By the way, the chat line is a waste of time. No help at all and they refuse to provide the names or contact information of Senior Management for support. I simply wanted to share my story of what has happened since I signed up and prepayed for a multitude of services. By the way, if you order the weed killer (pre-emergent) it contains a yellow stain that will discolor rocks, sidewalks etc. I have flagstone walkways and cannot get it off. My contact with Tru Green today got nowhere other than a response of "thats the first time I have heard of that". No request for photos. No offer of resolution or even the slightest concern. Anyhow, I am a pretty patient and understanding person but will strongly advise anybody seeking lawn care from TruGreen to "beware". Service does not appear to be even the slightest bit of a priority with this company and customer concerns are not addressed promptly. I am still waiting for a call back on what happened to my "no show" and to find out about the application stains on my walks. Just thought I would share my experiences and save others from the same issues.

Just an FYI... I had a rep. Com to my door. I bought a year's worth of service. They did a good job. A couple times they couldn't do the service. The guy said he would reschedule. Sweet. Well con to find out not only do they do the service I paid for up front,. They kept coming monthly after my services where done. Didn't know I have to call and cancel, or call and reschedule if services are not done. Now I owe for services the wife not done and services I didn't want. I will not do services like this ever again.

I would give them zero stars. I gave them a credit card number and 6 months worth of prepaid business. I never received even a phone call from this office to schedule a visit to my home. I have called their call center 3 times and the team says they will get a supervisor to follow up. Silence is all I received.

The services were paid for a year in advanced, and they took it advantage of that. They said they showed up and performed a service as I received a text stating it was done, I was outside waiting for them and they never showed up. They are very deceiving and will try to get your money without performing the service.

This is a follow up - as you can see the owner of TruGreen said that he wanted my information to set things straight. Let me set things straight about this company, stay far far far away from them. They will take your money and run. Even though the manager did call me he said he would show up at my residence and then the morning of never did show up until I texted him and he had some lame excuse. He said he was gonna show up another day, which was today and he never showed up, I had texted him and made a phone call and he never answered either one. This is such a lame company.

They came by 4 times over a period of 6 months to treat my cypress trees with a solution that was supposed to remove the spider webs and revitalize them. Maybe they’ve been spraying my trees with tap water because after 6 months of treatment nothing they have done has worked in any kind of way. The problem with my trees just continued to get worse month after month. My cypress trees are now filled with spider webs and are turning brown and dying. I’ve reached out to TruGreen several times about this. They keep telling me their area supervisor Jeff is going to reach out to me. It’s been 2 months and Jeff hasn’t reached out to me. This is just bad service and a bad experience. Once they take your money that’s when the nightmare starts. I wouldn’t recommend this nightmare company to anyone!

They only take care of WEEDS thank goodness I had my daughter ask questions about their services. We thought it was to take care of yard maintenance, trimming, blowing and weed treatment. Make sure everything is explained to you and get things in writing ✍️ I’ve done my own gardening work in my own yard and pulling weeds doesn’t drop seeds as my yard hardly has any weeds, people be ware what your getting yourself hooked.. RUN AWAY

Tru Green has sprayed my property at least twice and maybe three times now and I DON'T HAVE THEIR SERVICE. I have a young son and a senior dog with a compromised immune system and I don't want the chemicals. When I called, they were unapologetic and promised to have a manager call me. Still waiting.... I'm all for cutting people slack, but at some point you have to strike out. Very unprofessional....

They’ve said they were to our house supposedly three different times. We have been home every time. The first time, they called the guy back to do the job, we know he did not do it, we were at the house, he said he had knocked on our door. He had not. He got all huffy with my husband. And left.
They have called him to come back each time, it says they had been here, I was standing outside at one point. There’s no way they can spray my front and back half acre yard in one minute. And then they were gone. I would not recommend them to anyone ever again. They used to be a good service, now they just take your money and don’t do their job.
