My pool has never looked worse

It has started off well a few years ago, but service became terrible since about a year ago. Water was turning green, but nothing was done to fix it (I had to fix it myself), then this Friday he dumped acid instead of chlorine into my pool by mistake. PH went to 6.4, chlorine 0.1, phosphates way up, alkalinity 13. Dangerous to swim. I have contacted him on Saturday with an opportunity to fix it, but zero reply, and no show. Fired today. Too many mistakes, zero response.

Top notch service! As many people are aware, it can sometimes be difficult to get a contractor scheduled, much less answer your calls! Eugene was the easiest person to communicate with, was able to quickly schedule service without any hassle. His prices are fair! He texted to let me know he was on the way and showed up ON TIME! I also appreciated that I didn't have to lock into some monthly service with him. I needed a filter cleaning because the handles are usually too tight for me to unscrew and the filters are heavy for me to lift. He did the job efficiently and it looks like he fixed an ongoing leak I had as well! Thanks Eugene...you're officially my pool guy now!

I scheduled an appointment with Bruce from Highlands Window Cleaning, for 8:00 AM this morning, after he had provided a quote on February 17, 2025, for $180.00 to clean (7) Windows & Screens and (2) Glass Sliding Patio Doors at my townhome. Bruce showed up this morning and advised me that "I can't honor the $125.00 I quoted you". I reminded him that his quote was actually for $180.00, and I added that I was willing to pay a little extra if need be. Bruce's response was, "I'm not going to even give you a price because you won't like it". Needless to say, I felt that his attitude was very unprofessional. I would not recommend that anyone waste their time with this company as my experience with Bruce was a very negative one to say the least.
