The crew with You’ve Got Maids did a fantastic job. We had purchased a home and wanted to have the house cleaned from top to bottom before we moved in. I was able to book them fairly quickly on the first call. They showed up and finished on time. I highly recommend You’ve Got Maids for any type of cleaning that you need!

Excellent service!! Highly recommend! Never had a maid service before but with a pool being put in the backyard and Christmas coming I needed help tackling the huge amount of dust in the house. Scheduled them to come out. They were prompt, courteous, and really took care to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction! They now have a new client on the schedule every month!! Thank u!!

We were looking for a new cleaning service after experiencing a theft with our previous service. Brandi was quick to respond to my inquiry, provided a fair quote, and was able to get me on the schedule the next day! We were very pleased with the crew that showed up. The supervisor was knowledgeable and thorough and everyone was really kind and efficient. We noticed areas that they cleaned that the previous service had missed! We are excited that we found You've Got Maids and look forward to our bi-weekly service!

I will definitely not be using them again. We paid so much money and they didn't do half the things they promised they would do. There was no furniture, the stove was never used, toilets brand new, and new flooring. They didn't clean the cabinets upstairs, light switches, blinds, and flooring. Not sure what they were doing. They had 3 ladies. Unless you are going to follow them around and supervise then I highly recommend you not use them.

I am very happy with this service! I was looking to get a few things cleaned before we moved into our home. Their response time was amazing and they were able to get us scheduled quickly on such a short notice. They did an absolutely amazing job and we’re very professional. I definitely will be using them again in the future!!

Luis and his crew did an amazing job. I had them do the 1st floor of my house because I had to clear out everything and move a hospital bed into the living/dining room. My house had not had a decent cleaning in over 10 years and his crew of 4 nailed it. They also took out all the furniture and threw it all into the dumpster that I rented because of all the junk that I had accumulated over the years. They even got all the dust from the walls and high ceilings.
The kitchen was also cleaned including the fridge and cabinets. With 4 cats and a dog the dust and fur disappeared. I can't wait for them to get to the 2nd floor when I am well enough to move back upstairs. The downstairs bathroom is sparkling and I am very happy
I will have them come monthly from now on. I recommend You've Got Maids to anyone that wants a cleaning service that cares about their customers. The owner Brandi was very professional and after speaking with her I was confident that she and her crew would not let me down as other services have. Kudos to You've Got Maids. Hire them and you will not be disappointed.

I have never had maid service of any kind. So, after an abundance of research, I settled on You've Got Maids and for a change all my research paid off. Jess and her crew did a wonderful job cleaning my home. We talked about what would be cleaned as we walked thru the house for the first time. I had errands to run so I took off. When I returned, I was so pleasantly surprised to find my home spotless and smelling clean. NOT that toxic bleach clean but a fresh smelling clean. I will be having them come every month, so I don't have to deal with heavy duty cleaning anymore.

First they double booked us because they forgot to put us on schedule again even though we were scheduled every two weeks. They sent a new girl and a 15-16 yr old boy (owners kid) to clean. He cleaned the bathrooms and they was still brown scum in bowl, they were not cleaned. They did not vacuum the carpets are rugs. The floors still have animal hair, dirt and litter. Even though my husband told them it was still dirty. They were rushing to get out of there because they were double booked and had to go to another place and I think they were short staffed. I would not recommend them I've had other cleaning services that were better.

Holy cow, are these folks great! Had an initial deep clean that made the house sparkling, and the two week follow up was equally professional and spotless. Owner operated , on time, super friendly.

I was in a pinch and needed a cleaning company to come out , and you’ve got maids came thru! Jess and her team arrived promptly and we first did a tour of the house and everything they were going to clean, areas that might be difficult for them, etc. very communicative and personable the whole way through! My house was sparkling after 3 hours of Jess and her team working hard! As soon as they were finished I booked MONTHLY cleanings on the regular! Couldn’t recommend this company enough! Trustworthy, professional, and just the sweetest of ladies!

Ive had horrible experiences with other companies and I’m so glad I came across this company because of their professionalism, punctuality, and their attention to detail. I've now used them for a year now and will continue to do so from here on out. What I like most, is that I did a walk through with the staff the first couple of times to show them how I like things. Since then its been perfect every time.

Wow, those girls worked really hard! They were panting and sweating when they were finished. My house wasn’t particularly dirty, but the corners needed cleaning and they didn’t miss a one.. The bathrooms were fresh and shiny, the furniture dusted, and the contents of shelves were wiped clean. I never do that! They were very respectful and thoughtful about What I needed done. I highly recommend them.

I loved how my house shined after they cleaned! The faucets and floors were especially bright. Very efficient and professional.

I was very satisfied with my cleaning service and all though this is very new to me I would refer this company to all. They are very professional and honestly you cant beat the price. They are very friendly and I felt very comfortable with them. I used another service the week prior and this was my first time ever to have help cleaning my home, I was left with a very bad taste from them however it was quickly restored with You've got maids! I was in a jam due to holiday guests coming over and event hosting. I called You've Got Maids of Henderson and the staff was extremely diligent in helping save me. Hayley and the cleaning staff were extremely pleasant, efficient, and gracious throughout. The owner also took time to reach out after the job to ensure everything was done to my standard. I'm extremely pleased with the entire experience and I'll definitely be utilizing their services more going forward. Highly recommended!

Thanks You’ve Got Maids for doing a great job cleaning our house. We got the 52 point cleaning and the 4 people that came to the house did a fantastic job. Everything that was supposed to be cleaned was spotless. We’ll definitely use You’ve Got Maids again in the future.
