House Cleaning reviews in Henderson, Nevada

The cleaning crew was hired by our realtor do a moving clean for my late parents. Cleaning reports from our realtor came back positive; however concerning video from the driveway Ring camera reveal their extremely unprofessional behavior. Aside from the foul language banter between the crew while waiting for our realtor to return, they let a stranger enter our house to “look around”. Obviously, there is absolutely no respect for clients personal property, nor any clue as to the liability concerns. The integrity of this crew reflects on the business. In addition, when my realtor called the owner to complain, she was met with foul language and a hang up. I am shocked.
Bottom line, the cleaning job was fine, but the client respect and You’ve Got Maids integrity rate so far under the standard, I would NOT recommend having this crew in my home again. The choice is yours.... but if you decide to hire them, make sure you stay in your home while they’re working!!

I called Mr Walker back, on both numbers and left messages ... no call back. My purpose was to correct several mistaken assumptions.
1. I AM the owner of this house, along with my two brothers. This house was owned by our late parents and we spent the last 30 years in this house often. Being the customer, and the one who asked my realtor to find a maid service, used the review section of this business to give my experience with the service. I’m glad no one else has delt with this issue.
2. The staff was not at my house 4+ hours working. I will gladly send you my Ring recordings which also show no one in the house when they let someone “look around” my home. Arriving at 4:20ish and sitting on the sidewalk by 6:46 waiting for the checkout.
3. The entire crew was sitting on the sidewalk, which is not on my property and therefor all liability falls on us... not you.
4. It doesn’t matter if this person was an acquaintance or a family member... you don’t make the decision who goes in or not. And it doesn’t matter that we had JUST moved the contents out two days before you came.... your staff obviously would have let them in regardless.
5. We also have a pool, without a safety gate. No one knows if she and her child went into the back yard because no one was inside with her. Not to mention, one of the dogs looks to have run in as well ... which scratch up wood floors.
6. You nor I were privy to the conversation between my realtor and your office manager, so those conversations don’t matter.
7. As stated before, the crew did a good job, but it wasn’t the “work” I was reviewing in the first place.
8. I have never requested $$ back, nor has my brother. As a business owner, your responsibility is to take the negative reviews and make a teaching/training moment for your employees, not rebut a review with excuses and assumptions.
9. I appreciate you making time for a moving clean. You didn’t have to take the job, there are so many other companies my realtor could have chosen if you didn’t have the man/woman power to handle it. Again, the cleaning was not the issue, the professionalism was...

We had their spring cleaning service done today and honestly I’m disappointed. The staff was very friendly and most of the house looks good but it looks like they did not even touch our shower in the master bathroom and none of the bathroom floors were cleaned. I ended up cleaning it myself after they left. Disappointing for the price we paid.

Jess, Kanoe and Carmen did an AWESOME job!! They are hard-working, friendly, professional ladies! We are very pleased with the work they did for us and recommend them to anyone needing a cleaning service. We would give them 6 stars if we could!

I had them come in to clean and dust all my walls, ceilings and baseboards to prepare for paint. The girls did an awesome job and the cost was very reasonable. They actually went over and above and wiped down all my kitchen counters as well. I plan to have them back regularly once I’m done painting. I highly recommend them!

Hired to do bathrooms and floors. Showers still have soap residue. Shower doors aren't clean, didn't touch the bathroom cabinets. Absolutely horrible. Calling to get a refund. Where are the home cleaners that get the great reviews. The home cleaners I got are terrible.
Update: The owner went out of her way to make sure I was happy. Cleaned to my satisfaction. Customer service is amazing. But some employees need more training.

Oh my goodness! I have NEVER had a deep cleaning for our home look this Good! I am blown away at the results. They did everything and walked us through what they did after the deep cleaning. We will be using them in the future and becoming a regular customer. Thank you for exceptional service.

Brandi has come 2x now to our home.(with helpers) She is delightful. friendly, professional & thorough.
I keep a very clean home however, It is large with a lot of flooring. I am able to customer order the services I want for each individual visit. Ex: the 2nd visit was cleaning the faces & frames of all kitchen cabinets along with other services. They did an AMAZING job.
The sun may now shine in my kitchen again!
We are extremely pleased with the services & quality of all the employees.
I have referred Brandi to friends & family.

The girls came to my home and did a beautiful job on the 52 point clean. They were friendly professional and went over and beyond to make sure everything sparkles! The scheduling was easy, pricing was fair especially for the amount of hard beautiful work they do! We signed up for a weekly maid service!

We were house swapping with another family and wanted to make sure they came into a fresh clean house. Oh my words!! The house looked brand new!! It was so clean, that we are going to have You’ve Got Maids clean our new home as well. The ladies were professional at all times and took great pride in their work!! My husband and I got the 52 point clean. We must say that we were extremely pleased with the results of our home! Jessica is the kitchen guru, she made my kitchen shine and got EVERY inch spotless. My oven I swear is perfect! All the harsh water rings in all toilets were gone. Our tub is shiney and new and the grim is gone. All the dust is removed from everywhere. We had a 3 lady crew so about 3 hours. The ladies were courteous, thorough, and productive. I would recommend them for a good clean home!

Excellent service all around! I was able to get an in-home quote and the first clean scheduled right away, and the team showed up precisely on the hour. Amber & Megan did a fantastic job and made our home sparkle. They even polished the trash bins!

You’ve got maids are amazing! They are always on time and gets the job done! They always have my home clean and spotless! The owner Brandy is also amazing, and make sure she can accommodate the best days and times. I have 3 cleaners that comes and get the job done very efficiently every time. Brandi and her team did an AMAZING job and paid attention to every detail that I would normally miss. I’m in the process of putting my home on the market so I wanted it to sparkle for pictures. A few days before they were originally scheduled, I got a notice that the water in my neighborhood was being shut off for 5 hours. Brandi was super accommodating and squeezed me in, the following day, after hours, without hesitation! They are the kindest girls and truly did a wonderful job!

I was looking for a last minute cleaning service. You’ve Got Maids was great! They were able to squeeze me in week of, and were very communicative. They did absolutely awesome cleaning job! And are reasonably priced.

This was my first time having cleaners come to my house. My house smells amazing and everything sparkles! I recommend their fridge cleaning- I smile every time I open my fridge doors. I think I’m hooked! The staff was so friendly and punctual. Brandi is so easy to schedule with and goes above and beyond in customer service.
