Really good experienced guys come and do your lawn. My lawn is looking better and better. My neighbors and I have a snail problem which TruGreen claims they have a remedy for and will be applied next month when it is consistently hotter. Let's see if it works.

My only negative comment is their service window time needs to shortened. Today I was given a 1 - 6 window. Kinda hard to sit n wait that long. Aside from that, live the service.

WARNING! DO NOT USE TRUEGREEN! My friends tried to warn me, but I thought I was safe since I just wanted some weeds under control. They destroyed my lawn, and then I couldn't get them to stop coming.

Luke is an awesome guy. He was really easy to deal with and talk to. Very knowledgeable and made good recommendations. Ask for him if you dont want no hassles. Stand up guy. Highly recommended. 5 star 🌟 all the way.

I started using TruGreen in July after having sod installed early May. My grass was beautiful and full minus a spot. That’s when I called Trugreen to start their service so my grass would stay full and healthy. I have expressed my concerns since then and kept getting brushed off, now my grass is practically dead. I’m very frustrated at this point. I’m paying to have a nice green lawn and instead it’s dead. Doesn’t look like it’s even treated.

One of the worst companies I have ever worked with and that’s saying a lot in today’s customer service industry. Do NOT employ this so called company. They are trash. I will be reporting them to the BBB and even Contractors Board. Anything to put people like this on notice and out of business, but they are a nationwide company so I’m sure they will do just fine. However, I would NEVER recommend their services. It’s all a lie. And to sell business for 5-10 days and cancel on the tenth day is a joke when you have emergency situation. Sales rep also laughable. All cheers and what not, but when it comes to service beware. There is a reason they have this rating, contract over.

Great service and very knowledgeable! Great team to work with. Really helped me out in a pinch and got my irrigation back in order.

Our technician, Mark was very thorough during the application of the oil to our trees.

This company is just awful. Even when you schedule a service you never know when they’re coming out. They don’t contact you prior to coming out either. They charge you for services on top of already prepaying then when you call them to get the error corrected they say that they don’t see that you prepaid so then you have to walk them thru the payments to make them see they are in the wrong. Everything is a fight with this company. The technicians are nice enough but most seem clueless. I had a weed service prepaid for and the technician would come out and only do half the yard, miss a bunch of weeds and then leave. There was only 1 time I was able to catch the technician spraying for weeds and show him exactly where to spray. It’s $71 dollars for this service that isn’t properly done unless I’m standing there telling them how to do their job. I can just spray my own weeds (which I had to do after they sprayed because they can’t do it correctly) for cheaper than $71 dollars. Overall don’t bother with this company find someone else or just do it yourself.

I've tried over and over again to be patient with TruGreen. During the winter months, I discontinued my service. I told them to reschedule my service starting in the spring. They scheduled me as I requested them to do. I told customer service on several occasions to have the service person/ tech ring my doorbell when he arrives at my home. I keep my side gate that leads to my backyard locked. In order for them to service my backyard, I'd have to unlock my gate. On several occasions they have failed to service my backyard because they didn't ring my doorbell as I requested. Also I've called on several occasions to reschedule a service and they sent the tech to my home anyway. They are charging me for services I never asked for. I'm also getting double charges on services when the tech had to return to do my backyard. I feel like I shouldn't be charged twice for their mistakes. They said they would refund me one of the charges, but I have failed to see it yet. I'm totally through with Tru Green. I canceled my service and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. The communication between customer service to the tech employees sucks..

Our last service was completed today. I will say we will not be hiring them again. The first phone call should have been a sign but we went through with it anyway. The intial phone call, the lady trying to sign us up could not understand us and was trying to make us pay for more square footage of our yard for treatment even though we told her multiple times that it was rocks and not grass. We paid for service to help with the bare spots in our lawn and to help thicken the grass. There are still bare spots in our lawn and in spots that use to grow sooo well, now look kind of burned and dead. When it was time to airrate and seed, they missed spots to airate, like in the bare areas that needed it the most. We did our best to follow the FAQs online but on the receipts we get after service there is never anything useful on them to help upkeep our lawn.

We got very thorough service from the technician who performed the weed killing. We just hope he will be assigned to perform the service regularly.

If employee Charles Higgins is your technician you will get 5 star plus service every time. An excellent reflection on TruGreen with great customer focus. Thorough, detailed, and very knowledgeable. We are always happy when Charles shows up to provide the applications because we know the job will be well done!

Alex Jimenez did a great job! He really shows how much he cares about not only the company he works for, but you, the customer, as well! He did more than take care of me and answer any questions I may of had. I would 100% recommend Alex as your sales representative for whatever your landscaping needs may be! Great work!!

I had bores in my mesquite trees and between them and myself, We finally got rid of them. I have 4 mesquite trees. One tree still shows some, but just had a sevice and hopefully they will all be gone!

Burned my fresh grown beautiful grass with a fertilizer spray service. Within hours my grass was dying and now dead. After repeated calls for a manager to call us or come access and fix from their negligence, we are still waiting. They sent another tech who seeded my front lawn but never went to the back. This isn’t the first time we’ve had a reaction to our grass but definitely the worst. You can’t spray the cocktail of chemicals they use while exposed to heat and sun. This tells me they have inexperienced techs. Use extreme caution when using TruGreen. We are canceling our services.

Today was my first visit. Mark L was communicative and pleasant to speak with. He assured me that TruGreen can bring back my lawn to its glory.
