The owner came out the week before to go over the property with me for initial cleanup and to give me pricing on that along with pricing for a weekly cleanup after that. His crew and he came out the following week and took care of everything; very professional. Cleaned up the area thoroughly!

I called made an appointment they came out 2 days later. I had so many weeds overgrown like mini trees front and backyard. They also trimmed my trees and cut out all the dead and overhanging branches.
They did an amazing job. They were also whom I used to install my turf.

We were quoted our backyard to be done in 6 days (still pretty quick compared to others) and they got it done in 2! Said they’d be out at the end of the day for an estimate I called them a week later and they said they didn’t have time to do my little job

We had them do basic lawn care on our house a few time and it was always done professionally and done well.

Mike the owner, sent two guys over to take out a huge 3 stalk nasty old Palo Verde tree from my front yard. Guys came on time, cut down and ripped the tree roots out in one hour, put the yard back together, cleaned up, like it was never there.

I hesitate d to write this review. They did a lousy job maintaining my yard. They put in a new sprinkler system in one day. I was surprised on how fast it took them. Now l know why. I have already fixed 3 leaks. It is only a year old.

Spotty. I paid them $60 in a tight pinch to fix a water leak (5 minutes work) due to me having to get on an airplane. Kudos for helping. So, I needed them again and figured why not. I called from the hospital, as my wife said there was a front yard leak. Owner (Mike I think) says his crew will be there next day. Awesome! Next day, I am home at appt time, standing out front next to water leak. His crew drive up with truck, stop in front of house. I wave over. Then after 2 minutes, no words, they just drive off. I will never know why because I never get a call. The same day, as released from hospital bed, I am out there mid-summer, fixing it myself.

We have had this landscaping and maintenance company for a few years! We are very happy with their work. Always on time, consistent in their yard care. The gentleman that work for them are polite, courteous and know their stuff! Always willing to help with a problem, they are on top of it all! We have and will recommend this company! Mike talked a good game but did not deliver. He charged me 160.00 for an arrest hammer that he never installed. I have called talked directly to Mike to have him come out, he was a "no show." I asked for my money back, "crickets!" It's all good because now I will tell people far and wide never ever to use his business. I'm sure he has repeat customers, however, I will tell my realtors that I now to tell all new homeowners never to use his service! "Its on! See, it was not the left side of house, plus, he said call him, I did call he never called back! So he gets on here and acts as if he tried to help me. Con man don't believe him! Don't make the mistake I did trusting him!

Jam Landscaping is a great business. We hired them from monthly maintenence and they have done an awesome job. They are professional and on time. They are consistent and reliable. They worked for a day and half on the initial cleaning and we were so impressed how good of a job they did. For they last six months they do weekly cleaning for us and our yard always looks great. They service another house on our street and my neighbor is also pleased with their service. I highly recommend their service to anyone and they are fairly priced.

We have been customers of Jam Landscaping for nearly three years and couldn't be happier with the service and care they provide at our home in Henderson. From weekly cleanup to repaving our courtyard and careful tree trimming, they are efficient and professional. The owner is quite responsive and attentive, visiting us when we need something in particular and getting the job done. Many thanks to all these hard working professionals!

The JAM workers are very reliable and courteous. My issue is with the owner. I have been a good customer for over 3 years and have never received the full services that were stated in writing with the original quote. A nearly 22% price increase was announced in April and I cancelled service via email. I received no response and have sent a second email, along with two phone call attempts that went to voicemail. I continue to receive credit card charges for service and will now have to dispute the charges. I will also note that two years ago when I complained I was not receiving the services I was promised, I was informed I could cancel service if I wasn't happy. Now they won't even let me do that.

Craig and his team delivered outstanding customer service from start to finish. They were professional, communicative, and quick to address any questions or concerns throughout the process. Despite having a large front yard, they completed both the yard and driveway within the promised two-week timeline. Craig also went above and beyond by helping us with all the HOA paperwork, which made the approval process much easier and stress-free. We truly appreciate their hard work and the beautiful results.
