Audi and Aaron did an amazing job came to my business and was patient explaining everything and worked very quickly and cleaned up the area.

Ok so Ideal Services was incredible. They showed up in about an hour and a half on a Holiday! They coordinated with another company for restoration who showed up just as quickly with equipment like air purifiers and water vacuums as well as an army of people and even fans to start drying stuff out right away I’ve never seen anything like it. They worked tirelessly for two days straight inside and outside while digging a 5 by 5 foot trench. to rectify the problem… Also they gave me contacts for bathroom restoration after the fact because obviously the toilet and the walls and molding etc needed to be pulled out of the house. For literally being one of the most stressful days of my life, they really put me at ease and just took care of everything with incredible follow through. I would absolutely highly recommend Ideal !

Ian and Josh were terrific! They scoped our sewer line and hydro-jetted the line and cameras it again to show how it cleaned out. They were very professional and highly knowledgeable. I would recommend them and the company.

Ideal Services came out to my home and she helped me over the phone to get my water turned off and then she came out to my home to fix the broken water line. She was so helpful and calm during a stressful moment. Will definitely recommend her and the company to friends and family.

I called a technician from Ideal Services today to inspect my water system. During the inspection, technician Aaron B. was very friendly and explained how the system works in a clear and professional manner. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was understood, with no issues at all.

Aaron was very communicative, great with my kids, and even friendly with my dog, which I really appreciated. I definitely recommend him to everyone—he’s a great person and a professional technician who truly knows what he’s talking about.

I contacted Aaron at Ideal Services on a Saturday morning, and he was able to come out the very same day. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable and clearly explained everything that needed to be done before starting the job, including the fair and reasonable costs. Rafael G and Yair T were very kind and respectful of the home. They worked late into the evening to fix issues that others were not able to fix. They found a clog that many other plumbers had not found for years. They kept everything clean and wiped down the areas after they were done leaving them clean and dry.

We had a leak we noticed late Saturday night, a leaky toilet valve that we realized from water dripping into the garage ceiling. By 10:30am the next day (a Sunday), Audi the service tech was working on it. He did a great job explaining the problem, and when I asked it he had time to replace the inside parts of the toilet while he was there, there was no problem handling it. He also gave us a few ideas for other items that were fine now but that we might want to update later. We love Ideal for whenever we have an issue because of their professionalism and their always-helpful and friendly service techs, like Audi, who obviously have to meet their high expectations. Thank you Ideal!

express my extreme dissatisfaction with the plumbing services provided by Ideal Services. In early February, I contacted them to address a significant water leak at my residence in Sunrise Manor, NV, which had already caused ceiling collapse in my neighbor's two-car garage and storeroom and spread to my storage room (I live upstairs).

Ideal Services quoted me $3,250 for what they claimed would be comprehensive repair, stating that multiple joints and unions were faulty. After the plumber completed the work and left, the leak *immediately* continued, as confirmed by my neighbor. Ideal Services refused to talk to our insurance adjuster, which kept us from getting $2,250 back plus we have never seen the parts that they supposedly replaced or the pictures that they supposedly took.

Despite a subsequent service call, the leak remained unresolved. It is now May 1st, and the water leak has persisted. I am out of pocket $3,250 for a repair that did absolutely nothing. The ongoing leak has prevented any restoration work from beginning, exacerbating the damage to both my property and my neighbor's.

To add insult to injury, Ideal Services is now requesting an *additional* $1,900 to fix the same leak they supposedly repaired months ago. This suggests clear incompetence in their initial assessment and repair attempt. It appears their plumber either misdiagnosed the issue or simply failed to fix it, despite assuring me the work was complete.

The negligence and lack of professionalism displayed by Ideal Services have resulted in significant financial loss for me and ongoing property damage for my neighbor. I cannot recommend their services under any circumstances. Their inability to resolve a straightforward leak, coupled with their demand for more money after a failed initial attempt, is unacceptable. Avoid Ideal Services if you value your time, money, and property.

I believe that Ideal Services saw this as an opportunity to take advantage of a senior citizen while in need of assistance.

I will also be filing complaints with

the Better Business Bureau and the relevant consumer protection agencies.
