This team was very responsive and helpful. We had a sewer back up in our home that was flooding the first floor and Rob came to our rescue. He was very professional and took care of the issue all the while demonstrating what was wrong, and how to prevent the issue and even resolve it ourselves in ways that would at least mitigate the disaster we experienced long enough for a professional to fix the issue should it ever happen again. I am very grateful for Rob.

I do not have a frame of reference for what good value is with plumbing services as this is the first time I’ve ever had to use one, though ultimately I would say while it certainly wasn’t cheap it definitely isn’t a job I could have (or would have) done on my own, and so I am satisfied for the price.

The quality of work and the professionalism of all employees I've encountered have been exceptional. However, I must say, the cost related to the work needed to be done was a bit pricey. Other than that, if you can afford it, I would recommend they're services

I would totally recommend Roto-Rooter to any of my family and friends. They were able to get out to our house within the day when we couldn’t get any other plumbers to come out for an entire week. It was great service at an affordable price and when we saw other issues, which didn’t have to do with our original fix, they fixed those without any extra charge. Great service at an affordable rate and done in a timely fashion.

I had to call in the middle of the night for a plumber due to an emergency. They were so responsive and when the plumber (Jacob) got there he was so helpful and nice. Everything was fixed and I've had no problems since. For an emergency plumber, the price was reasonable and discussed prior to any work. I will definitely use them again if I have any other issues!

I had a great experience with Roto Rooter. They answered my call quickly, gave me a window of same-day that they could respond, called with a more specific time, and arrived on time. They fixed the problem (clogged garbage disposal, requiring the pipes to be disconnected and emptied) expertly. I'm giving 4 stars because the price was much higher than I expected -- $345. They did tell me the price before they did the work, but didn't give any pricing on the phone. If I'd known it would be that much, I'd have considered calling around or fixing it myself. I was still very glad to have the problem fixed so quickly and would use them again (with more research on the price) if I really needed someone same day.

They communicated beginning to end. Anthony was very professional, knew plumbing and did not try and upsell! (Previously used a service titled opposite of “no” - they are shysters 100%). Anthony saw the job through, was down to earth, polite & honest. Got the pipes clear! Thank you!

This was a two week problem that another plumber was unable to solve. James from Roto-Rooter Plumbing came out and would not give up, he very professionally handled the clogged drain very quickly. I am beyond happy and would highly recommend their service.

The office staff (Trish) was very professional and friendly. She contacted me to let me know when the service technician was on his way. She even did a follow up call to see how everything went and to see if the plumbing issues were resolved.
The service technician was punctual, friendly, professional and was very thorough in doing his job. I will definitely be calling this company and location again if I ever need their services in the future.
