I needed help ASAP with a leaking hose bib. With existing great reviews, I contacted this company. Response time was expeditious and professional. Two guys showed up (Kade and Devon) who were the most absolute nice and friendly professionals who answered all my questions. They took the time to explain the problem and most importantly the solution and what work they will do. Reasonable price, no pressure and even went out of their way to provide the materials as they saw fit. Very happy with the service and solution they provided. I highly recommend if you are looking for honest, quality grade plumbing. They will definitely be my plumbing service from here on out.

Roto Rooter was the 1st company I hired for a possible major leak, (water company claimed I was leaking major amount of water) The Technician Mr. Kahue came out and assessed my situation, he conducted himself very professionally while having to explain his observations of a possible faulty water meter to the water company. The water company was very argumentative with the tech, they insisted he didn't know what he was observing.

Ultimately in the end he was spot on with his assessment, the tech recommended I hire a leak detection company to help build a better case.

The tech displayed great confidence, knowledge, and integrity and I highly recommend this company for any plumbing service.

Great customer service, I was given a time slot and the service technician was there during the time slot I was given. He was very courteous, but professional! He cleared the drain and cleaned the area. I was very happy with all aspects of the service!

After having 3 other plumbers come to my home to try to unclog my drain which had caused my sinks, showers and toilets to overflow and not drain a drop. The other plumbers couldn’t find what was wrong. 550.00 later, I still couldn’t use any water at all in my home. I ended up having to go stay in a hotel. I called Roto Rooter for 1 more try. Within 10 min they had the answer to the problem and were able to fix it, draining everything from my tubs, toilets and sinks. The problem was thick black oil in the pipes. These technicians from Roto Rooter were smart, informative, professional and absolutely knew what they needed to do to fix the issue. It was fixed completely in 45 min. As well, they were very nice and helpful before they even got here for the appointment. Their services are reasonable too!
I cannot recommend Roto Rooter strongly enough. I never would’ve had to stay in a hotel if I’d have called them first. Don’t wait like I did.

Toilet plumbing problem caused me to call Roto Rooter.
Very nicely treated from the onset. And when the plumber responded he provided a very transparent pricing scale that made it clear, what the job could cost. No guessing involved, and he quickly took care of my problem. Will call them again in the future.

We had two of our three toilets over flow and we could not unclog them. So we called to have our plugged lines get cleared. They arrived and got t he e lines cleared and we have had no issues since. They techs were polite, knowledgeable and cleaned up after they were finished!

Roto-Rooter came out and evaluated my 92 year old mother's toilet issues. The kind representative gave my mother a couple of options and explained the possible problems that could happen if the toilet was not replaced. He was not a high pressure salesman, but explained it in a simple way that my mom could understand. She had the toilet replaced the same day as they came out to evaluate the situation. Roto rooter is my go to plumber. I have used them for many years. Recently we remodeled our house and had to have plumbing hooked up in all baths, laundry room and kitchen. Jerry has been doing all this work for us. He is knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. They are very reliable and are punctual for appointments. Roto rooter does more than unclog drains!

We just closed on our house 4 days before we noticed the water coming from under our back patio. Called for service and was informed that they could get to us first thing in the morning as it was already late evening, sensing the distress in our voice the lady said she could get someone to stop by and turn the water off until morning when they could examine the situation. George showed up and instead of just shutting off the water he went to work trying to figure out what was causing a leak under the concrete slab in the back of the house where no visible signs of plumbing was or should be. Well he came back first thing in the morning with his assistant and after narrowing down where the water was coming from, broke up the concrete and found an old irrigation line running to nowhere that needed to be capped off. They were quick and about business and while the cost was a bit of a shock, you get what you pay for, and we paid for excellent customer service with exceptional work by those who take pride in what they do.

Tech was very informative as to what my problem was and spent the necessary time to do a good job. I have hired other plumbing companies in Las Vegas without the same great service. This is the second time I have used Roto Rooter and the service has been consistent. Very happy thank you!

Had a clogged toilet and will credit for prompt service. As to the $330 bill to unclog toilet, eh I would say un-acceptable. Additionally tech kept saying we probably needed to replace toilet $500++ due to clog. BS, be careful!! They are all about how much money they can take you for! Will not use again and do not recommend.
