We’ve been having problems with “swamp gas” or something, that originates in our laundry room and sometimes the bathroom next to it. I looked at Nextdoor for recommendations for plumbers and finally decided on Done Right Plumbing. They were scheduled to come between 10:30-11:30 this morning. I was out shopping, planning to get back by 10ish to be here. They showed up 45 minutes early. Migel Serrano was the service person. He was here maybe 5 minutes at the most. He didn’t disconnect the washer to check connections for leak. He leaned over to look at the pipe, opened the washer and said nothing’s wrong, it’s the washer. He was extremely arrogant and rude. Perhaps some of the other service people at this company are okay, but for a $60 housecall, I’m not willing to take a chance!

Great customer service. They set up an appointment right away. So happy. They installed a sink, disposal, and dishwasher. This company knows there business. After calling I didn’t even try calling anyone else or price around. They came on time and I’m very happy.

I made a phone call about a plumbing leak. I was expecting a return call as to when someone could come out. While waiting for the phone call, I look out the window and here comes one of their men ready to repair. He was very courteous, did the job in very short time.
I could not be more pleased.

They were recommended to me and I will now recommend them to anyone needing a plumber. Back to back days of problems at my home and this company was prompt and did a great job. Customer service was great and Corey and Miguel were terrific. Would definitely use them again for my plumbing needs but sure hope I won't need too!!! Thanks

The absolutely best plumbing company in all of Las Vegas. They are professional, do the job and do it right. Their field service people are extremely knowledgable. We had a water leak and the LVVWD threatened to cut off our water if we didn't fix it with a few weeks. We had leak people scanning for the leak, some suggesting we tear dow the walls to see if we could find it. Done Right came here and within 4 hours found and repaired the leak. You couldn't ask for better serve or people.

Great, fast service, experienced crew, figured out where my leak was in minutes, showed up earlier than expected. Fixed problem, cleaned up after themselves, very courteous and friendly.

I really hate giving bad reviews, but I will. I had an appointment Friday at 8, I get a call from Miguel that he is on his way at 7:45. Around 9am I call him to see what was holding him up. I get no answer. I have used Done Right many times and I have always treated them right with tips. Not 5 or 10 dollars but big tips. I was never called back and this is the treatment I get after I give them my business. Thankfully they aren't the only show in town. And they got more business by me putting their name on our condo list.

I deal with 20+ contractors on any given day. Genuinely a first to be turned down for service on a standard residential water heater. Not recommended.

Went over and above to correct an issue associated with my new countertop install. The technician arrived on time, was very respectful of my home, very courteous, and was focused on locating the issue. I highly recommend this company.

OMG If I could give 10 stars I definitely would. Great company. Had 2 faucets replaced and a sink. I love Miguel he was so precise, professional and worked neatly you never would have known a plumber was in my house. They are my new plumbing guys!

By far the best plumbing company in town. Recently used them for a water main repair which they were prompt to schedule. On the day of the service their technician showed up on time and repaired the issue at hand quickly and correctly. I have used them previously and always have had great experiences, highly recommend them to anyone in need of a plumbing company.

Hired to fix a leaking hot water tank. They replaced it. Then cranked the house water pressure up to fill it. Then failed to return it to the appropriate level for the house leaving it cranked up all the way. Called them to come back and reset the pressure at which point they denied changing it. Well who changed it then? Mystery. Anyways, we then had to pay them another $80 to come back out and reset the house pressure back to where it had been. Would not hire again.

One of the best thing about the service techs is they arr very honest they do not try to upsell you anything. They know their job and perform it to perfection. They call if they can come earlier than their appt time. They are very prompt. They are wonderful very knowledgeable and efficient. We have used them for years and always get the same great service.

Done Right Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend who owned a business in the construction industry in Las Vegas for 4 decades. I am very happy that I listened to my friend's recommendation. On a freeway the left lane is for passing. You were being passed on the right which means you were in the wrong lane.

If you can’t comprehend that simple rule of driving why would anyone trust you with much more complicated plumbing systems?

If there was a ten star option I give ten stars. I can’t say enough good about the HONEST ,outstanding service I received from this company. I had a broken water meter line years ago at my previous home and had Bryce repair the damage with satisfaction. Little did I know that I needed him years later for a much bigger problem. I had s severe sewer smell in a home I just had bought and Bryce discovered and solved the issue like a puzzle. Outstanding service and I can’t thank him enough having to fix that issue within days that previous plumbers had failed to do. He discovered many broken, damaged pipes and went above and beyond in his service and repairs. I recommend him without hesitation to anyone in need of plumbing service. I am finally rid of the severe sewer smell. Thank you Bryce !

Our experience with Superior Plumbing was most excellent. They have a small but very experienced and capable team. Pricing was reasonable, they arrived on-time, and you can be confident that they know what they are doing. I wish we had known about these folks sooner.

Had a under counter ice maker swapped out. The plumber (Bryce) and his apprentice were awesome, went above and beyond to get the job done. Very professional, cleaned up and were very careful using blankets and towels to protect floors and counters. My only complaint, and I'm still getting used to the price gouging of Las Vegas, was that the job was 90 minutes and cost $349 (no material, labor only). GE had the job estimated at $150 in labor. Assuming all plumbing companies are pricing the same , I would definitely call them again as the quality of work was top notch.

We had an emergency plumbing issue, we called and scheduled a tech for the next morning. The scheduler was polite and cooperative and understood our need for fast service. Brandon arrived on time and immediately assessed the situation. He explained what the issue was and within 20 minutes took care of the problem.
