Arrived on time. Got the repair right on the 1st visit. Office specialist Kaitlyn was helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

Dawn was excellent to schedule the repair with. Miquel showed up on time and was very respectful and explained the repair and handled it all in about an hour. I highly recommend them.

So we were out having lunch at mountain side bar and grill in Henderson. And issues happen I get it . Done right plumbing showed up service their men's room while we are having lunch and then proceeded to shop vac the men's urinals and the SPILLL IT ALL OVER THE FLOOR IN THE Restaurants dining room floor. Good going " done right"

One of their workers lives at my apartment building. We have 2 parking lots plus the the street. I'm 71 I have always parked on the street (10years) This guy has his big work truck plus his personal truck parked on the street. I know it is a public street. Most people have lived here for years, he's been here for maybe 2months. I have tried to talk to this person but is soooooo rude. ☹😡😱

After flaking on us twice the finally showed up the work was done in literally 5 min or less. I wanted to just grab the receipt and be done with it but the tech was acting suspicious and very unprofessional, would not give me a copy of the receipt or allow me to look at receipt for the work rendered. I asked why not and they jumped in the vehicle a drove off as if I were about to beat them up or something mind you I am a pastor and would never do such a thing, I was totally surprised at there reaction and figured they were trying to pull some sorta of scam. The incident was reported to there office but the technician had lied and claimed that we refused to sign the receipt and even claimed that they took metal out of the garbage disposal smh very ironic name says done right but we were done wrong.

I scheduled the appointment for next day had to call four different times and nobody ever showed up at our facility. This company is very undependable. Don’t depend on them to say they will be there and don’t show up! Horrible service beware! On call tech hung up on me so I found another company to take care of drain situation quickly.

I had my water service come apart and I had to have it repaired. Done right came to the job as promised and completed the repairs in record time. Highly recommend them for your plumbing repair needs.

This place is great. Dave the owner is a great guy and his employees are equally great. They came out and checked everything that I had a concern with and could take care of it without issues. I will continue to use them for anything I have in the future.
