These guys are the best! My home is from the 1960s and this is the only place I can find the specialty parts.

I guess their hours are just approximate. They say they close at 1pm on Saturday, but when I got there at 12:15pm they were closed already.

Ferguson’s exchanged my high end water heater under the six year warranty. It’s only been 2 1/2 years and it started leaking. They charged $100 to make the exchange and didn’t explain why.

Very knowledgeable staff, if you have a broken plumbing fixture they have the part to repair it. They are open to the general public but cater to the professional. For example, you can bring in a leaky faucet and while they will identify the exact replacement cartridge don't expect them to walk you through how to swap it out.

Worst customer service ever!!!! Using Ferguson ( plumbing and hvac ) for all my commercial projects around the states but this location is a big big joke . Reps with lack of experience and knowledge . In my opinion whoever read this review should consider using another supplier or at least different location.

I buy 2 months moen parts from them the part is stop working . When i call them they can't find any document on that deal. When i ask on the warranty they told me is true moen and they don't warranty this part . When i was buying they didn't tell me moen we'll send me new if is something rong with my old one. I we'll never buy from them any thing scam people. Prefer home depot or lowes.

Service was good. They were able to order in the same part we needed for replacement. Of course, it would take a week before we could see the parts. That's the only drawback.
