Wow! Unbelievable! On Saturday late afternoon, I went into my garage and found that my 75 gallon hot water tank had blown and the Colorado River was running through my garage! I called Commercial Plumbing and A/C and by 10 PM that same night I was taking a shower with my new 75 gallon hot water tank in full operation! The 2 tech plumbers were courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and really knew what they were doing! I would call Commercial Plumbing and A?C in a heartbeat!

Recently, we had a leak under our water heater at our home in Henderson. A friend suggested we call Commercial Plumbing and A/C. Ian showed up quickly and repaired the pipe in less than thirty minutes. We really appreciated how fast he responded and how affordable the service was. Another plumber had quoted us a much higher price just to come out and take a look! Ian also let us know that our homeowner’s insurance might cover this kind of repair. We’re very glad to have found a dependable plumber we can trust for any future plumbing problems.

They charged $110 per hour this plumer spent almost 1/2 the time repairing his very old equipment, I had to loan him leather gloves and provide plastic to cover my carpet

They were hired by our GC for a home renovation. They connected the pipes incorrectly and tried to say it was a preexisting condition, then they installed a circulation pump incorrectly, it was extremely loud and I found out it was discontinued plus they never asked what we wanted to put in the first place. The GC replaced it. They installed a recirculation system so that we now get hot water but not cold and the only way to fix it is to rip apart the walls again. The plumber they sent to install a fixture (hot dial produced cold water and vice versa) didn't know how to do it correctly and tried to get away with saying that's the way it is. In the beginning I did not realize how this was going to come out and set up a meeting with the owner/manager for another project but he never showed up to the appointment, never called and I waited for nothing. I understand that things happen but there are just too many and when you bring it to their attention, they try to ignore you. If you don't mind things like this go for it.

Used their emergency services today due to an in unit water leak, and my goodness my stress and panic is completely gone! Riley was quick to get someone dispatched out to us and was super helpful during our phone call. Epati went straight to work and knew exactly what needed to be done. I am forever grateful that he took the time to take care of us. Thank you HTA and thank you Epati! We just bought our home and after getting more settled, the water heater started having problems. First, it was a drip drip from the relief valve, which was plastic. Then, it became a drip drip drip over the next couple of weeks.😐 Not good. We bought a home warranty as part of the home purchase and reached out to the provider to get support. The vendor they sent wasn't helpful, other than to let us know the water heater was not a brand they service (Rheem, which is one of the top brands) and that the plastic fitting should have been brass. We asked our realtor, Powers Real Estate, for a referral. They said HTA Plumbing is the best! We had them come out to diagnose what needed to be done, even though they were not an authorized home warranty vendor. We wanted to get the job done right.

HTA sent someone right away, and we learned more about what was going on and needed to be done. We contacted our home warranty provider and asked if there was a way to use them for the service. They agreed! My anxiety about using another vendor that AHS was going to send out was resolved. HTA scheduled the appointment for this past Friday, and when I called Thursday morning to ask if they could come sooner because now the water was actively draining, they got Albert out that afternoon! We now have a brand new water heater, and he also installed a water shutoff valve. He and the office team, Heather and Veronica, made this whole ordeal so much better and helped us with this major issue with such professionalism. We highly recommend them for any plumbing needs! You will be pleased with their services! 🔧👍
