Just purchased a water heater from Ferguson. Previously I have had good experience with them and honestly I saw other employees treating customers respectfully. The guy who helped me was rude, not helpful. I will definitely consider going somewhere else in the future.

Whoever is managing the counter either has no pride or there employees are too comfortable. I waited for 45 minutes for poor service(except for the guy by the entrance) I walked out and left my material I gathered. I'm usually in a hurry all day. I wouldn't leave without my material unless I was very frustrated

I was referred to this location by Home Depot because Home Depot was out of stock for the simple outdoor irrigation products that I needed. The staff was completely disrespectful and had an attitude with me while I was trying to ask them if they had the parts that I needed. They didn’t care or even attempt to make an effort to help me out; in my opinion, Home Depot has better customer service and I won’t even bother with this company again.

I woket up this morning at 9am. And felt really sick. I saw that a message from my company had come in at 5 am. while I was asleep, for an apt. to deliver here. I couldn't make it. I called talked with Brian, who was really nice and he gave me a new apt. Thanks! great customer service here.

Very bad service, no one helps you, they make you wait up to an hour to be served at the checkout, most things are more expensive than at Home Depot and Lowes, twice as much.

I went to Ferguson Plumbing to return 2 items. I thought I had the needed receipts and came to find out I didn't have them in my possession. Bobby, with Ferguson, was so helpful in locating the receipts and crediting my cards. My first time ever at Ferguson and found Bobby to be very professional in his interactions with me. He truly does an outstanding job in representing Ferguson.

Over all store front is small and low on items. Upkeep was not very good. Sales person behind the counter have very little knowledge about pumps and was not very helpful. Counter person was not engaged with wanting to help. If you don't know exactly what you want and have questions I would go somewhere else.

Absolutely love coming in here. Best service!!

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE

It was 5am when I was woken up by a neighbor about my private water main gushing water all over the street. I ran out, shut the line off and started making calls.

When I arrived at Furguson’s I was helped immediately, the proper part was provided and the fix / assembly was thoroughly explained.

These guys seriously rock.

I had 8 family members staying at the house Gabe it happened. Most plumbers said they couldn’t be there til noon ... Furguson’s came through. Thanks guys.

I’m usually not the one to complain about service, but in this location reps on the counter are to comfortable with each other, I waited 5 minutes for them to finish their conversation and then to be helped with a nasty attitude like they’re doing you a favor. You guys really need to step up your game. I understand I’m not a big corporation and don’t give you tons of money, but I’m here every other day and should treated with respect at least.

I was referred to Ferguson by a plumber we had at our home replacing our toilets. I was extremely tight on time. I called and got Mario, fortunately. He was so sympathetic to my plea for help for this insert part. He went "above and beyond" and had the part pulled and brought to the cashier. All I had to do was get in line and pay for the part. Thanks, Mario, for being a lifesaver! You provided me such amazing customer service. I will be back!

Wish I learned about this store long time ago. They have just about everything you need for Residential Plumbing. Richie at the counter is extremely helpful and friendly.

I don’ understand the low review/ rating this place has. I felt really taken care of at Ferguson Plumbing Supply. Richard went out of his way to figure out what parts I needed, explained everything to me and he was super friendly too. I will make this my go to for any plumbing supplies in the future.
Update: I could not figure out how to put the parts I bought together, or unstick the parts I already had. The guys just jumped in with their big professional tools and took care of my issues. No extra charge. They really are the BEST.

The plumbers, Brett and Ian, arrived right on time and were very friendly and professional. They took the time to explain exactly what needed to be fixed with my plumbing, making sure I understood everything before they started. When they ran into some unexpected problems with my sewer line repair, they quickly came up with a smart solution and finished the work without any delay. They worked efficiently and did an outstanding job fixing my broken sewer lines, which had roots growing through them. Now everything is running smoothly again. They also made sure to clean up completely after the job, leaving my place spotless. I’ve used Commercial Plumbing and A/C before and will keep coming back for any plumbing needs.
