Today Anthony came to check our thermostat. It was faulty and needed replaced. He came back a couple of hours later and completed the job. He is very efficient and so nice. He has been here before and he always makes us feel confident in his work. Thank you again

Pipe Pros kept us updated on the status. They were very transparent on the pricing and it was not incredibly high. Tim, our technician, was very thorough and explained the whole situation. They completed the job in a timely manner.

Anthony fixed my garbage disposal for the second time, and was great in thoroughly giving me options when I have future issues with my garbage disposal. My disposal is 12 years old, so I know there may be future problems to be fixed or a new disposal will be needed. If so, I will hire Pipe Pros Plumbing again.

Had a good experience with Pipes Pros plumbing & mechanical. Website was easy to use/understand, communication and scheduling was quick and efficient. The best part was working with Anthony, he had to be the epitome of what you would want a tradesman to be. The tech you sent out was great. I'm a Local 525 BTJ member/retiree and I wonder why this young fellow, with a family, isn't a Building Trades apprentice or Journeyman! He's got the right temperament and probably the knowledge to be one! I've run several jobs, new and remodels, on the Strip in Las Vegas and I'd love to see him on any of my crews!
