I had an emergency plumbing issue that could’ve turned into a disaster, but Casey from Blue Swan Plumbing saved the day! He arrived within an hour of my call, fixed everything efficiently, and was super professional throughout. I strongly recommend them for any plumbing needs—top-notch service!

Casey and Justin were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. They arrived on time, were extremely professional, and demonstrated a deep level of knowledge about every question and concern I had. They carefully diagnosed the issues with all three of my toilets and completed the repairs efficiently and thoroughly.

In addition to fixing the toilets, they also took the time to check the water pressure throughout all of my home’s water lines, explaining each step in detail so I could better understand the condition of my plumbing system. They even cleaned and serviced my water heater, which was something I didn’t initially expect but truly appreciated.

What stood out the most was their friendly attitude and willingness to go above and beyond. They didn’t rush through the job and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before leaving. Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine helpfulness gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind.

We ordered a new washing machine from a local appliance store. Upon delivery the following week, the delivery people could not hook the washer up due to both cold/hot water shutoff valves leaking unbeknownst to us. After an extensive online search, we called Blue Swan Plumbing due to the fact they are BBB members with a good rating and they offered flat rate quotes. I was given a rough quote on the phone which was competitive and they were able to get us on their schedule the following day and arrived sharply at 8am. Zolt was the technician sent to us and upon further sizing up the job determined the work could be completed on the low end of the quote we were given the prior day. Zolt was very professional, efficient and completed the job in a timely manner.

I would highly recommend Blue Swan Plumbing and repairman Zolt without hesitation. Needless to say, we will be having them back in the future when the need arises. .

We had a fixture that was leaking but no shut off valve. It's an older home. When we turned off the main waterline, it was still leaking and even when the water heater valves were turned off, it was still leaking

My experience —

We needed an emergency plumber.
I called all over. I went with Blue Swan because they could come within 4hrs— he came in 2. $150 ish

Others charge $50 not including the fix.

The dispatch who answered was all business—no fluff & a friendly Professional. I already began to feel a bit more at ease.

When the Plumber arrived ( Casey) he caught my attention the second he walked in. I'm from Hawaii—we don't wear shoes in the house—and he's the FIRST person who ever put on booties without being asked. Class! He asked a few questions, was personable but didn't waste time and went right to it.

The best part, He was easy to understand—didn't need a whiteboard, lol, and didn't use a bunch of run-on sentences to make the job seem bigger for extra $$. He diagnosed our old home's issue quickly. Fixed the issue and let us know what happened . He also gave us a QUICK & thorough lesson on why the water was running, our pipes and water heaters.

Was it worth the cost? Absolutely!
I can't fix it! And from my research aaaand experience it's worth it!!!

When a person is forthright it certainly helps ease the anxiety. We all know plumbing cost can hurt lol But the anxiety of it all can be a thousand times worse with someone, you know, is being shady ...like the Warrenty plumbers — just saying!

I felt so comfortable , after a few minutes , I started my review notes and then watched movies on my tablet.

By the way, On his way to the laundry room, he glanced at our kitchen sink and immediately clocked a faulty handle. He wasn't even here for that! ( AND FIXED IT! Of course after fixing the main issue) He also spotted that our main water valve doesn't shut off completely (something NO other plumber has ever mentioned after MULTIPLE jobs here) and told me to call the water company. What in the actual heck?! NO ONE mentioned that before !

Oh and here's a funny one , I found out that he was the guy who took the call in the first place. I had planned on doing a good review for both.

So, in one visit, I got:

· The original fixture fixed.
· A free lesson on water heater maintenance.
· An urgent heads-up about the main water valve.
· A fixed kitchen sink handle (that I didn't even call for!).
· Clear estimates for future work and a payment plan by email.

The longest part of the whole process was the HIS paperwork, which was fine by me—I just sat back and watched a movie.

This company is a good! Now I know why he gave me his card at the start. He was legit!

If you want someone HONEST, EFFICIENT , and truly looking out for YOU, call them.

What I learned looking for a plumber:

· Not all "24-hour" services actually have staff 24/7.
· Inspection fees range from $50 to $150; some will apply that fee to the repair if possible.

I wanted to update my previous review after Blue Swan sent another technician, Caesy, to reassess our under-sink RO system.

Caesy was extremely thorough, patient, and professional throughout the entire visit. He took the time to carefully inspect the system, explain each component (tank, membrane, housings, and filtration stages), and clearly walk us through what was happening with our weak water flow. Unlike our initial experience, this visit felt like a true diagnostic evaluation rather than a quick replacement recommendation.

What I especially appreciated was how honest and balanced his advice was. He did not pressure us into replacing the entire system and instead explained multiple options — from replacing only the tank to upgrading the RO, or even considering whole-house water treatment depending on long-term needs. He also answered many of our questions about overall home water quality, hardness, filtration, and maintenance in a very clear and educational way.

Beyond the technical side, Caesy was respectful and courteous — he wore shoe covers inside the house, worked carefully, and made sure we understood everything before leaving. The owner was also very friendly and professional in coordinating the visit.

This second experience restored our confidence in Blue Swan. We truly appreciate the time, transparency, and expertise Caesy provided. We are still considering the best service option for our home, but based on this visit, I would feel comfortable recommending Blue Swan and Caesy to others looking for honest and knowledgeable water system service.

No me gusta aser comentarios negativos,pero esta ves merece la pena,fui a entregar una carga esta mañana llegue a las 6:00am y tuve que esperar asta las 11:00am porque supuestamente estavan muy ocupados lo cual no fue asi estavan conversando entre ellos (principalmente el del pelito rocita)y solo acian tiempo para cobran sus oras ,lo cual me parece que hay muy mal control por parte de sus supervisores,en fin no recomiendo este lugar para entregar ningun tipo de carga😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

This company has the highest integrity around. One of my drivers had a pallet fall off his truck and they not only stopped and picked it. They tracked the package and called our company to return it. Great people.

They offer an excellent apprenticeship program in plumbing. It's a four year program to gain a journeyman card. It is a paid apprenticeship with many phenomenal plumbing contractors involved. As long as you put in the footwork you are guaranteed a promising career that will always be in demand. No matter how bad the economy may be a plumber will always be needed.

The PHCC of Nevada at the HT Training Center has several programs it offers to those who wish to take their plumbing job and turn it to a career.
