Was told on the phone the camera repair was $1100 (same as last time) but when I got there they said $1600. Excuse was that the new owner has put he’s prices up which I understand but as a business owner I would never do that. I do believe that price is a bit high regardless so if prices have gone up like that I’ll go directly to ridgid or any other brand of tool I need serviced or a different repair house along with my employees and friends in the trade.

We get all of our rigid equipment serviced here and they do a really good job and have really good prices

I work for a property management sent one of my workers I’ve dealt with them before with the previous Hispanic girl they had and loved her but the lady they have NOW totally rude she was smoking her vape blowing it on my technician. Will never come back I rather take my business somewhere else

I took my RIDGID camera to Sewer Cable Equipment Co to get it fixed, and they did an awesome job. They were honest about what needed repair, didn’t try to upsell anything, and got it turned around faster than I expected. My camera is working like new again. Super professional and easy to deal with — I’ll definitely be going back if I ever need service again.
