We came home after shopping in the late afternoon and found our water heater leaking in the garage. My husband called Superior Plumbing on the recommendation of a friend and they set up an appointment for first thing the next morning since we would not be available that evening.
Keno texted my husband the next morning and then showed up within 20 minutes. He assessed our situation and immediately began answering our questions. His years of expertise as a plumber were very obvious. He explained our options and showed us what needed to be done to complete the job including going over what was wrong with the previous water heater.
There was no pressure and he wanted to make sure we understood everything before agreeing to the installation.
Everything was done in the time frame he told us on his arrival to our home.
We are extremely happy with Keno, his workmanship and professionalism.

Called Superior plumbing yesterday for an outside water faucet. They scheduled someone to come out later that day which was so great. Keno Fedorko came out right on time and was so friendly ! He looked at the faucet and informed me what was wrong and how much it would cost. I even got a senior discount! He did an awesome job and I couldn’t be more pleased. I definitely know who’ll I’ll be calling for all my plumbing issues!! 💕💕💕

Keno and Saquan did a great job fixing my shower faucet! They worked very hard to remove the old cartridge which was basically calcified to the fixture. They were friendly and personable too. This was my first time using Superior Plumbing. I will definitely call them again for any other plumbing needs. Thank you!

We recently had exceptional service from Superior. The technician Blake has excellent knowledge, experience and skills to solve complex plumbing issue such as slab leaking. Also they truly care about their customers.

A couple week ago tenant reported that there were water leaking at patio. It seemed that the water was from underground. It was not clear that where the water came from.

After over 10 days of inspections by one plumber, AC technician and landscaper, the source of water was still unknown. HOA finally hired Superior Plumbing for inspection. This was the best decision for us. Blake did an excellent job to identify the water leaking using electronic leak search. The patio water was from hot water line slab leaking. He quickly sent the detailed inspection report and quote for the single line reroute. The price was very reasonable. Kellie and Landry were so friendly and the appointment was set quickly.

We never had experience to deal with such leaking, we called Blake and texted to him a couple times, he was so knowledgeable and very patient to answer all our questions. Our job was done smoothly. The new hot water line was rerouted. The leaking was fixed! That evening tenant called me that the washing machine was not working. I texted Blake, he quickly responded to me that he would come the next morning on Sunday.

Blake went to our condo on Sunday morning, it turned out it was a user error. We can't thank Blake enough for his outstanding service. We have used many plumbing companies in Las Vegas, in the future, we will never use any other plumbing professionals. Superior is the best plumbing company! Thank you Blake and Superior team!

I called superior plumbing at 8:30 in the morning. About an hour later, Keno showed up at the door. I had a couple deffective spigots that we're leaking. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and what it would cost.

I also had a number of questions on other concerns I had, and he answered them in detail. I found Keno to be caring, friendly, and professional. Keno is just tremendous.

I welcome the opportunity to recommend him and Superior Plumbing to anyone that has a plumbing concern. Service by Superior Plumbing is just that... Superior!

Keno is amazing. Always on time or early, super smart, friendly and focused. Dare I say, he's a perfectionist? He is. Kellie and Landry are extra terrific too. We will never use any other plumbing professionals. Superior really is superior!

The water main ruptured under my front yard. Superior Plumbing responded quickly, and provided great service with fair pricing. The Crew Chief was very knowledgeable and took care of all the details. The crew worked tirelessly in 115 degree heat, jackhammering and trenching for 2 days, replacing all the pipes. I was so happy to have water flowing again, with twice the pressure!! I highly recommend this company for any/all plumbing repairs

Gunner was awesome—on time, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. He fixed the issue quickly and explained everything clearly. No nonsense, just solid, honest work. Highly recommend if you need a reliable plumber!

Excellent service by Dylan and staff!! The hot water pressure in my shower was awful and got worse every year. A huge thank you to Superior for replacing a faulty cartridge which solved my issue. I can’t wait to take a nice hot shower. I am so glad that they were able figure this out for me. If I could give them 100 stars I would! Highly recommend!!

We have used superior plumbing for years and have found them to be knowledgeable, caring, and most importantly treated us like family. Brandon has been wonderful to work with. Update 6/2024 We are still using superior plumbing, we had an emergent issue. We had to buy a new washing machine, after twenty one years. The installer found out the pipes in the wall were corroded. Bryce came over and took care of the problem. He made sure to reuse the box, in the wall, which saved us a lot of money. I love that this Company still treats us like family. 1/14/2025 Superior Plumbing Brandon came and changed our osmosis filters and installed a new anode in the water heater. Great as always! 3/22/2025 Gunner and Bryce replaced our toilet and found the leak in our water heater. They were able to get the water heater covered under warranty and installed it before I had surgery. I appreciate that their kindness, it was one last thing I had to worry about. They are truly a company that cares!

Update October 13, 2025:
Yet another smooth & professional experience with Superior Plumbing! Today we had a new home water heater installed. Yesterday (Sunday) our garage was flooded because the water heater had worn out! Jay came out to evaluate and remove the old tank. He temporarily re-routed the water supply to our home so we had access to, at least, cold water until this morning! Jay and Ken did an exceptional job! Great Service Again! Thank You!

Update February 3, 2025:
Once again Superior Plumbing & Drain has Exceeded our Expectations! We had a Pretty Big "back up" in one of the sinks at our business! They came right out and got the drain flowing in No Time! Great Price, Professional Service - Thank You Melvin - and Superior Customer Service All Around! Thank You Again!

Update Nov 23, 2023: Superior Plumbing & Drain came to our Rescue again! We discovered a leak at the pipe that leads the main water supply to the house. Dominick answered the phone, was absolutely fantastic, and asked us to send a couple of pics. He evaluated the leak and Dan arrived Bright & Early the following morning.

Dan was Exceptional from beginning to end! He was Super Friendly and had such a "calm" demeanor; which put me right at ease! 😌 He explained the repair needed and the process involved. He completed the repair in "record time" and cleaned up his work space so you'd never know he was there! All at an Affordable Price! Great Job Dan!! Thank You!

It was a pleasure working with Superior Plumbing and specifically their plumber, Keno Fedorko. He was able to fix the problem in a short time and was very professional. More over, he was friendly and personable and you could tell he was a trustworthy person who takes customer satisfaction personally. He explained what he was going to and why, as well as shared what to do to detect, prevent and address leaks. FIVE STARS all the way!

After reaching out to Jim at Superior from a referral, he got the office all lined up to assist us. Kelly in the office wasted no time in getting Osvaldo to our home. At one point we thought that we would be cutting into the wall but Osvaldo was able to source the part which avoided the extra drywall damage but also saved us hundreds of dollars. The property water was back on in no time and Superior has earned not only 5 stars but we'll be a repeat customer. It's very difficult today to find great customer service in the trades but this company is it for your plumbing needs. We highly recommend them!

Superior Plumbing and Drain was great to work with. They were able to fit me in within a day of my call and kept me informed of their arrival time. Agustin was our Service Technician and he was amazing. He was respectful of our home and very professional. He explained everything he was doing and the need for it and was quick and efficient. He was also very personable and a joy to work with. They've done work for us before and I would definitely call them again if the need arises.

Needed annual checkups on equipment installed last year by tech Keno Fedorko.Keno came again this time and once again did an amazing job and also found a problem with one of my toilets and fixed it. He is great at his job and the office worked with me so I could be on his schedule. Pricing was competitive and I appreciated Keno making sure all was OK before he left. I recommend Superior for your plumbing needs.
