Plumber came over yesterday. Made the problem worse. Decided the job was bigger than what he could handle. Called his supervisor and left. Now when I take a shower I'm standing in dirty water.

I had a water leak , called them because their sticker was on my water heater. Spoke to someone and he told me to text him pictures of the leak . I text him and never got a reply back. I used a different plumber.

Cb don't answer their phones in a timely manner; they don't return calls as they state they will; they try and put in cheaper models of faucets/appliances than the home warranty companies authorize and request and then they try to sneak behind the warranty company and try to get the homeowner to pay for what the warranty already covered. They are the type of business we don't need or want in Las Vegas.

C&B Plumbing did a terrific job, were professional and kind. When I didn’t pickup the first time, they were prompt in calling more than once and leaving a voicemail. I don’t know what’s up with all the negative reviews for I had a great experience with them. Don’t hesitate to use them for your service needs!
