Justin and his team are the ONLY people I trust to give me a straight answer on all things plumbing. They have been my Go To plumbers now for close to 10 years. They worked in my home and the homes of my Mom and friends and each time, they have raved about the quality of service and pricing. They also tell you the truth of what is happening also……. Now WHY would that be important?!?! Well……. I had a flood in my home just before the triple holiday…. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. UGH !!! Worst time of year right?!? For insurance purposes, I had to call a couple of plumbing companies to review the damage in my home…….this is what I know for sure…..
1. To completely replumb my home, one company quoted me $15k more than Justin and the other one quoted me $20k more. No negotiation on pricing.
2 These 2 other companies were selling me hard the whole time and never stopped to ask me what I needed. More over, I didn’t get the feeling that these guys were actually doing the work or knew HOW to do the work…. They were just selling me.
3. Justin listened to what I needed and then he told me what would be best and gave a few options. He didn’t rush me. He made sure I understood the process and he addressed my concerns about “how long am I going to have to be out of my home? What kind of mess are you going to leave for me? Do I have to babysit everyone?”
His answers…Jenn it will take a week. Jenn we will clean up. Jenn, my people are good people. My response “Justin, and just remember…. I know where you live!”
4. Justin helped me get the financing I needed. Game changer.
5. We decided on a start date and true to form his crew arrived ready to work….. in fact, they worked ALL DAY AND NIGHT and finished the job in less than 24 hours.
6. Cleanup was spotless…..and their work was amazing also….. why? Because they did not tear through my house like amateurs looking for pipes. They were surgeons and carefully revealed what they needed to work on and left very few markings! When my dry wall replacement guys came in afterwards to cover up their work, THEY WERE AMAZED with the work Service Plus Plumbing had done!
7. 24 hour replumbing my whole home, NOW my painter told me….. the inspection is going to take weeks!!! Aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh NOPE. The inspector showed up the very next day and I was good to go for phase 2 of my renovation.

Price is not everything. Fair pricing, communication, concern for a client’s financial issues and timelines, honesty, doing the work correctly the first time, outstanding customer service, and building a relationship of Trust. These are all factors that count when i engage with others to do work for me. They treat me like family……. Thank YOUUUUUUU Justin and Team for ALWAYS taking care of me and my whole family.

My technician, Lilo, and the second technician were timely and skilled! They gave me a 15-minute courtesy call which gave me time to head home. They explained the problem right away and were at work immediately! They repaired my leaky pipes under the bathroom sink within 20-30 minutes and showed me what they did and turned the water on for a bit to show me that it wasn’t leaking anymore. I was able to pay via credit card which was simple and easy. Thank you both for making this experience easy and for being so friendly and knowledgeable!!

I can’t say enough good things about Service Plus Plumbing! I accidentally clogged my kitchen sink by overstuffing the garbage disposal with potato peels while making homemade mashed potatoes (lesson learned 😅). I called Service Plus Plumbing, and they responded incredibly quickly — I was shocked at how fast they were able to get someone out.

Lilo and Dylan were the service technicians who came, and they were both professional, friendly, and really knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, fixed the issue quickly, and even gave me tips to avoid it happening again.

Thanks to them, my kitchen was back to normal in no time. I’m super impressed with the whole experience — Service Plus Plumbing just earned themselves a new loyal customer!

Service Plus is a truly professional company, I had a bathroom faucet that clearly cost the previous owner 7 dollars at a thrift store it has leaked forever. My technician Lilo showed up on time and resolved the issue quickly and for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend the pro's at Service Plus for whatever plumbing issue you have.

My issue was no hat water in the shower. Hot water worked everywhere else, including the sinks in the affected bathroom.

The plumber arrived promptly with two apprentices, and quickly diagnosed the issue was a faulty faucet cartridge. He replaced it, but still no hot water.

He diagnosed that the problem has to be with the pipes in the attic or behind the shower wall and that hot a cold water was mixing. This repair went from a couple hundred, to thousands.

I got a second opinion, and it turns out when you replace a faucet cartridge, you typically also replace the part behind it; a balance spool. In 15 minutes, the second plumber had my hot water working at less than the price this company quoted.

ETA: To replace a cartridge was quoted as $325 with this company, but when it didn't fix the issue, my bill was changed to $75. I didn't expect a refund because the part was needed anyways, and they didn't charge for the labor.

However, the company contacted me to say they retrained because of the issue, and refunded me anyways.

As a result I added another star to the review not for the refund but for corrective action.

This is the second time I've requested Service Plus Plumbing. Last year it was the gas valve for the fireplace and this year it was a very corroded hose bib. What i also like is they found solutions that didn't mean a big expense or require deconstructing the work area requiring me to bring in carpenters and painters. They are responsive and trustworthy and local for at least thirty years in the construction industry.

Nelson and Frankie were fantastic!! Super friendly and professional. The company itself had plumbers available right away (especially since I only have one bathroom, so it was a fairly dire need for a replacement), and finished the job so much quicker than I was expecting. They were personable, fun & easy to talk to, and did a stellar job with the installation. It looks perfect. They caulked the area and left no mess whatsoever, then hauled away the old unit. I work from home and they made zero disturbances while I was working. They also even went and picked up the toilet from Lowes for me before arriving for the install, which saved me from having to carry it or bring it upstairs, and we’re very complimentary of my home and the area. They also didn’t try to upsell on anything, they came and did the job that they were assigned to do (SO refreshing compared to many other companies who really just send out sales people disguised as technicians). HIGHLY recommend this company, and these plumbers specifically. I will most definitely be using Jack Dish Plumbing from now on, and my parents are also prepared to use them when the time may come. Plus I’ll be telling any of my friends and coworkers who might need any plumbing work done as well.

Fantastic help from Dan. We moved into a new house to discover the water heater was not working. Not something you want to find out after a day moving heavy furniture (thankfully it wasn't July). Dan worked with the management company to quickly get approval for the replacement unit, then tracked one down and got it installed for us same day so we didn't have to wait a third day to shower.

Very professional, very friendly and did excellent work. I would absolutely recommend Dan and Jack Dish Plumbing.

The only plumbers we trust! Everything from their prices (competitors charged 10X more!), on time, available and friendly!!! They replaced our hot water heater quickly. We worked with Valentino and he was excellent!

I have used Jack Dish multiple times now, and they are great. First, I had them come install toilets and sink fixtures during our home renovation, and recently I had them come to locate and fix a water leak in my laundry room. Kevin is who I always request when I call. He knows what he is doing and is so nice!

Great company that is quick to come out assess the problem and give you photos and a quick estimate. They do an excellent repair. I’ve been using them on 3 of my local homes for 5 years. Very happy.

My only downstairs toilet clogged due to a hard object being accidentally flushed down. My mother uses this bathroom, as she is 85 and cannot climb stairs. Jack Dish Plumbing came highly recommended by a family member. We called and he came out in less than 24 hours and managed to snake the object out. Amazing and very efficient work!!

We asked if he had a few more minutes to look at an upstairs shower, which he was happy to do. Shower fixed and he did a tune up on the toilet.

I would highly recommend this company. My family member was serviced by Jack's sons for a job that required some heavy digging outdoors. This company seems to be equipped to handle any plumbing work, both big and small. Great family, nice guys, very professional, and all for a really really reasonable price. Don't waste your time calling any other company.

Two (or so years ago) I had toilet problems. New house, cheap materials. You know the drill. Contractors cutting corners.

The house was five years old at the time. Those A$$HOLE commercial, TV, Yellow Page, big ticket plumbing companies basically considered my issues too minor to be bothered with.

One local company gave me a quote over the phone that was so astronomical, it took everything I had not to.... nevermind.

They essentially told me what I needed and what they weren't going to do. Even though I wanted something specific and I would waive the warranty.

Anyway, this rant is too long.

I got Jack!

JACK DISH himself came out because he was short-handed!

That's a cool neighborhood guy with quality work at reasonable prices.

Not cheap, but reasonable.

I've been using Jack Dish Plumbing for around a decade. They've replaced faucets, repaired a shower, and most recently replaced the pipes in my kitchen. They do excellent work and are reasonably priced. Their plumber Nelson Andrade is an excellent representative of this company. In addition to being a great plumber, he has a wonderful sense of humor. I had a very disappointing experience with this plumbing company. The representative was rude and abruptly hung up on me while I was still speaking, leaving my issue unresolved. I then tried calling several more times, but each call went straight to voicemail. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially when dealing with urgent plumbing needs. Clear, respectful communication is key, and I hope they take this feedback seriously to improve their service.

Jack Dish Plumbing has shown to have outstanding customer service, excellent pricing, knowledgeable technicians who are courtesy, professional, knowledgeable and personable.The technician showed up on time and was thorough performing the task of water heater maintenance with an anode replace. I would definitely be using them again in future plumbing related projects. I would also, definitely recommend them for any and all plumbing projects.

Jack Dish Plumbing is such a great experience! I had no hot water one morning. Called about 9am, great customer service! Jack came over before 11am to assess my heater! He unattached my old heater, said one of his employees would be over with a new heater soon! Before 2pm I had a new water heater and had plenty of time to pick up my granddaughter from school.
