Thank you Rick and C & B Plumbing. Rick called with a heads up that his guys were on their way. Water baked up in the shower and tubs from tree roots. His tan snaked out the front and within 10min everything was back to normal. Thank you and I recommend this company to anyone needing a courteous, timely, reliable plumbing company.

Absolutely appalled by how unprofessional this company is. How they have such great reviews is beyond me. I’ve been waiting for hours for my scheduled appointment time and when I called to get an update on the eta I was told I would receive a call back. After 30 mins still nothing back from them and now they’re ignoring my calls. Don’t waste your time

Awesome! Had my home re- piped after a leak under the foundation. Everyone on the crew was great, but a special shout out to Mario who ran the water lines in the attic when it was 115 degrees outside.

Both of our toilets we're clogged. Rocky was right on time, and got to the "root" of the problem immediately. He had us going and was out the door in less than an hour. Friendly and courteous, as was Myrna; I would recommend Action, particularly Rocky, to anyone!

You call Action Plumbing if you want things done quickly. Juan showed up at the time they said he would. He looked at the problem, bought the materials, and fixed it. We tried to fix our own tub drain but ended up getting frustrated instead. Juan saved the day within an hour! I would definitely call them again.

Rocky did a great job on my house, he explained everything in detail and ensured I was happy with his work before leaving. I will only use Rocky and Action Plumbing in the future. Thanks for a great experience!

Honest, reliable, totally professional
I received an estimate to detect and fix a foundation leak, for almost $3000. Most fortunately I found the phone number for ACTION PLUMBING. Kevin took much more time to examine and explain the problem and the solution. He quoted me a little more than half the previous estimate. Magical MARIO appeared exactly on time. He explained why and what he was going to do and proceeded with his magic. He came back the next morning to correct something a previous plumber had done. As long as I live in Vegas, ACTION is my plumber.

Action Plumbing team was AWESOME when needed them for a major sewer backup in one of our units. Myrna (office manager) was wonderfully responsive in getting all the moving parts scheduled and coordinated; Kevin (owner) was on top of the situation and made sure evidence was gathered to show that the issue was due to a common HOA pipe (so that the HOA could reimburse us for the cost of repairs); and Rocky (the thoughtful and great plumber) was literally in the trenches in 110 degree weather all day laying down new pipes so that we could move our tenants back into their home. We couldn't have done this job without your help and professionalism!!

They tried to charge me $500 to cut a hole in the sheet rock which took five minutes then after they cut a hole they said there’s a stud there they can’t get to the drain really there’s studs every 16 inches they should know then they tried to charge me $500 to take the toilet out and re-install it to take the sheet rock out and the toilet was never taken out the grout was still around the toilet From the tile did they charge me $400 to put that crooked door on the shower tub stay away from this place there a rip off and they don’t do quality work

I called about a clogged toilet at 2:15 pm and Juan was at my home by 3 pm. He used the snake and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. Grace was the person who took my call and she couldn't have been nicer. Thank you Kevin for the discount! I will definitely use your company again and will recommend Action Plumbing to anyone I know who needs quick outstanding service. Thank you for making my day!

I just want to give a shout out to Myrna, Rocky, and the crew that assisted my home this past week. My momma always said to me, "when you come to a home, before you leave, make sure you leave it better than you left it". All I can say is this, for the work that was completed on our home, the main line water pipe was broken, Rocky and their crew, completed a phenomenal job, in fact, the work was 10x better than the work that was received 2 years prior from a prev company. The price quote doesn't get any better, especially for the work that was done. My family and I owe such appreciation and gratefulness for the speed, price, and quality. Rocky is the best.
He checked shower booth drain pipe and he went to buy and came back to fix it in same day.
Other companies told me that I need to break shower booth tiles and change whole drain pipes, it will cost $3k more. Rocky fixed it less than $400
Save my time , save my money.

Lady that answers phone is rude as can be. Do better or hire better

I had to call JCP at least 8 times during the process of my pool. Every single time I spoke to Ann the office lady on the phone she could not have been ruder. She was not helpful, and made me not want to ever call back. The workers did good, but I will never return to or refer this company to anyone due to how I was treated.
