We had three big couches that needed to be removed. One couch was already left from the previous owner and it was so huge! Both gentlemen had to remove our security door to remove it! I give them credit, it was no easy feat. I would highly recommend Jacob and his friend if you're deciding to hire someone for your own junk removal. 👍👍 Two thumbs up!!!

Rudy and his team at LSR are fantastic! We had a pipe burst (unbeknownst to us) in the wall near our water heater, and within 24 hours, water was under the flooring in multiple rooms, and soaked the dry wall from the floor and up about three feet in each of those rooms. A friend recommended LSR to us, so we called that evening. Rudy and his crew were at our home the following morning ready to start the cleanup process. They were very responsive, they arrived when they said they would, and made the process easy for us. They handled all of the furniture removal and storage, as well as replacing it when the repair was complete. Rudy is very knowledgeable in dealing with insurance companies, and handled everything on that end. We could not be more pleased with LSR, and the fact that they took the stress out of what could have been a very stressful situation. I cannot recommend LSR highly enough.

Life Savers came to the rescue after a plumbing leak caused damage to my master bath and master bedroom. They were professional, helpful, responsive to my questions and made sure to help me navigate through my home owners insurance. I would absolutely recommend Rudy and his crew.

Rudy and his staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were able to help mitigate water damage that had occurred over last summer in a timely manner as well as hold all of our stuff safely until we were able to get everything fixed. When everything was done all of our belongings were returned in excellent condition and were courteous throughout. I highly recommend this company.

His crew was very profesionals and kept us informed steped by steped of what was happening with the packing and tear down.

This company is the only one that came through when we needed the help. Our master toilet had been leaking unbeknownst to me. The plumber told us to call this company, and that’s what we did.
Rudy answered the phone, he was understanding and came to the house within hours. He stepped us through the process of what needed to be done, he worked with our insurance and got the job done. The company, came and removed all of my furniture, removed safely the damaged flooring, and walls, etc., sanitized and dried out the areas that needed done. Stored my furniture in a climate controlled facility. Returned and set up my furniture once the contractors had completed the work. The crew did such a great job. I’d recommend them fully.

The business owner is very unprofessional. They came and did some mitigation work on 4/1 and I received an invoice dated for 4/5 with a due date of 5/5 on it.

I didn't have issues with the work, but I could tell they were just there to get insurance money. Once the insurance company issued the funds, they sent me an email asking to be paid. I had them send me the email so I could pay via cc. I even called them and had a quick discussion with Sierra who was very nice. I let her know I'd get it paid.

On 4/19 they sent someone to my house to serve me a notice of intent to file a Lien. This was a bit ridiculous especially because the invoice was not past due. Very cowardly and unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone do business with them.

Life Span Restoration was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. They were able to help us the same day. Rudy was so professional and helpful! He made sure there was always communication to keep us in the know. The team who came to help was so nice and professional as well! Thank you to everyone for taking such great care of us. I could not of been more pleased with Life Savers Restoration. My house got severly damaged from rain in early September. Kai came to my house and gave me a honest evaluation and was professional and communicative the whole way. Also, Sierra helped me get all of the necessary funds from my insurance company and made sure my house got everything it needed. I highly recommend Life Savers restoration!

Rudy and his team at Life Savers Restoration were truly fantastic and this review is long overdue. In Jan 2020, we experienced a fluke accident when our downstairs toilet decided to blow the wax ring. Our plumber advised immediately to call a recovery and remediation company. Being newer NV residents, we asked for a recommendation from our plumber and he contacted Rudy. It was a Sunday afternoon and within an hour Rudy was there with a thermal camera to inspect and show me the damage that the toilet had caused in such a short time. Rudy then proceeded to assist with filing the water damage claim with our insurance carrier USAA. Before leaving our house that Sunday, we had the insurance claim in and Rudy had scheduled his team to be back out the next day at 7 AM and unlike most contractors, they were actually there at 7. The Life Savers Restoration team was prompt, courteous, clean, and professional throughout the entire ordeal. Rudy and Life Savers Restoration were the only good part of the entire experience. We experienced massive amounts of issues with the reconstruction contractors and Rudy went out of his way to communicate with those contractors and get them in line so that our home could be restored properly. I can not say enough great things about Rudy and the Life Savers Restoration team. I would highly recommend Life Savers Restoration if you find yourself in a situation that requires remediation.

Life Savers Restoration was recommended to me by our plumber after we had a main line clog and had toilet water overflow into a good portion of our main floor. Rudy came out to assess the damage within about an hour of me calling him and called the insurance company on our behalf. He helped us navigate every step of the insurance so we didn’t have to do it on our own. His team came out and started the pack out and cleanup/demo the very next day. They stored our belongings in their warehouse until the renovations were complete. And the team that works with him on the renovations were amazing as well. Rudy and His team at Life Savers Restoration made our very difficult time so much easier. We are so happy and I highly recommend them to everyone!

Thank you for taking the time to explain everything when I felt everything that is my life fell apart. From the time my home was destroyed to its current state, this company has and will be my WORD of MOUTH referral to everyone as well as get Sewer insurance if you are a homeowner!!! Rudy is a very intelligent man with a plethora of knowledge and has helped my family feel like his company name has it Restored. The time the work was done and how fast-paced the company moves, it's worker are great! This whole experience with this company has been nothing less than 5 stars

I normally don’t write reviews but my customer service experience with Life Savers Restoration has been by far the best I’ve ever had, they go above and beyond. Rudy has truly been a Life Saver for me and my family. I had a flood at my home and didn’t know what to do found them on google called and spoke to Rudy. Him and his team showed up within 30-40 mins. Rudy is amazing he was so helpful, prompt, polite and very knowledgeable, he explained and walked me through the whole process and kept me informed at all times. I’ve never had to deal with any other Restoration company before but if I ever have another situation I would definitely call Life Savers Restoration again and will for sure recommend to anyone. Rudy was amazing! He was responsive and got a crew to our house within hours after flooding due to a plumbing issue. The crew was courteous and professional in their efforts. They had to do several days worth of work from water removal and dry out plus removal of damaged flooring, baseboard and damaged drywall! They also packed up our belongings and furniture! I highly recommend this company !

Rudy and his crew are absolutely amazing! You can tell that they all really care about doing a great job for their customers and getting your home back to normal as soon as possible. We had a stoppage which caused a sewage water backup that flooded our bedrooms, bathroom, linen closets, part of the living room and out laundry room. Rudy was here within 30 minutes to do the inspection and showed us how far the water had gone. We thought we’d gotten all of it, not realizing that it had already seeped into the drywall. The next day we had fans to dry everything out and have lead and asbestos testing done to make sure it was safe for his team to remove the drywall. His team moved all of our furniture and packed our items and once everything was removed, they cleaned up all of the excess dust. Everything was done in a less than a week. This company is truly amazing and I’d recommend them to anyone in need of their services if you want quality work. Rudy & company, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking care of our home and making a stressful situation such a quick and easy process!

I can’t even tell you how happy I was with them call them before your insurance company and they will take care of everything above and beyond. The absolute best. Sierra was the project manager just awesome available 24/7 can’t say enough about the company. Helped me so much with insurance company had all the photos I needed etc. to get the $ I needed.

On three occasions over the last eight years, I’ve had flooding in my house. I contacted. Life Savers Restoration on each occasion and they immediately came out even though it was extremely late at night or a weekend. They never gave any excuse as to why they couldn’t come. They immediately came, looked the situation over and started cleaning up the mess tearing out the wet Carpet and the wet drywall. Not only that, but they do not complain about having to move a lot of heavy furniture and other items. If I had any problems, they immediately rectified them Without any argument. If anything was damaged, they immediately fixed it or replaced it Again without arguing. I certainly highly recommend using life Savers Restoration, the employees and the management were extremely friendly and cooperative and were always willing to discuss any differences we had.
