I got a call from Rudy on the 2nd of January and went out the next. Rudy started assessment of my condo unit and also my neighbors condo unit on the first floor. I used Life Savers for my water mitigation service after a leak in my water heater closet. Rudy and his guys were excellent and he got a terrific crew. They handled everything from start to finish and they help me work with my insurance company. Rudy and the crew is an absolute pros. The work itself is very clean and the setup in my condo is very professional. I would recommend this company to anybody and believe me, I looked for at least 3 more companies out there and Life Saver Restoration gave me the confidence to go with them. Other companies doesn't even explain the process. Rudy explained the process from the get go. Kudos to you Rudy, you are absolutely awesome...

Rudy was truly amazing when handling our insurance claim after going back and forth with them ,we were able to get the claim approved. Would highly recommend Rudy and his team they are professional as well as kind. We really appreciated their time and efforts in getting our issues resolved 10/10.

Rudy did such an amazing job. It was very stressful having water damage right before the holidays, but he was very helpful & had such great customer service which helped put my mind at ease throughout the process.

This past weekend during a storm we discovered not one but 2 leaks! One from our roof that had come thru the ceiling, and another from a break in the seal around our doggy door which has caused damage to the wall. Both areas were next to each other and the trail of water was interconnected down the wall from the roof to the inside. It was amazing to see the thermal imaging pictures Rudy showed us, and we were grateful he was so fast & thorough with everything he and his team did. Removing damaged wall/ceiling and insulation and mitigating any mold that might have been growing underneath. Industrial dryers made sure everything dried before new sheetrock goes up, and he even put us in touch with someone to help get a new dog door installed correctly! Stellar service beginning to end. Highly recommend.

Rudy and his team were fabulous!!!! All members of this company were professional, efficient, and friendly . Answering every one of my questions without hesitation or annoyance. I found this company on Thumbtack after the vendor. My insurance company was unable and unwilling to fulfill. I contacted Rudy and his company during the rain storm last week. They were setting up and starting work within two hours of me contacting them. I would recommend this company to Anyone and everybody who will listen I have already saved them in my phone in case I need them in the future.

I had three large storage cabinets in the garage that the crew broke down and hauled away. They were polite and efficient, I could not ask for anything more. I will definitely be calling again when I have more things to dispose of.

On time, great price. I had a whole house renter trashed and needed a full junk out. I want to say that pricing is beyond fair. The guys worked fast, carefully, and maximized each load. I was prepared for 1500/2k.. they did it for 1k. I almost felt like it was too good. I will say they work hard, efficiently, and priced amazing. Thank you!!!!

First, someone always answers the phone.No voicemail, no messages.Their customer service is excellent. The team that showed up was polite and timely. They worked efficiently moving couches. Bed frames, large appliances in and out out of the house without any damage. Richard is an expert packer of the load.
