The technician got right to work, confirming our initial diagnosis, and was finished within an hour. But the real shock came when we received the bill; it was significantly lower than the initial quote - about 60% less. Since then, our heater has been working flawlessly, and we are definitely planning to sign up for their regular maintenance service.
