Paul was very pleasant when I called . He answered right away on a Sunday. He walked me thru the whole process and was very patient with my dilemma. He solved the problem I was having with my washer and saved me so much time and money I would have normally spent on costly unneccessary repairs with other repair places . Paul helped us with an issue with our washer and dryer back in 2023. He gave such great customer service, we decided to call him back in 2025 when we had an issue with our washer. He determined that the washer was not spinning/draining due to an imbalance. We ran a few more "balanced" loads without issue. He followed up with a text to make sure everything was still working correctly!
Great customer service and follow-up too. We will be reaching out to Paul for any future washer/dryer needs!

The day after my call for help, Paul arrived as scheduled with everything he needed to diagnose & complete the repairs on our dryer. He repaired our washer last year with the same expertise and is still very competitively priced. Hope we don't need anything else, but if so, Paul to the rescue.

My dryer stopped heating on Sunday night. I have had a lot of frustration with washer & dryer repair so I prepared myself for months of delay, unavailable parts, and frustration. I called Paul's Washer & Dryer Repair Service. When I told him the model number & problem, he knew right away what the issue was. He quoted a price (very fair) and said he could come out the next afternoon.

True to his word, he was here on time and confirmed that he knew what the problem was. He went to work taking the machine apart to get to the part that was the cause and 45 minutes later I had a working dryer again. He was friendly, knowledgeable and fair. We called Paul for a dryer repair as our dryer would squeak very loudly if you put more than one towel or a few pieces of clothes in. Once contacted, he asked a few basic questions about our dryer and asked for some photos and a short video of the issue. He then mentioned over the phone he thought he knew what the issue was, and that there was a kit that could be installed to replace the older, worn out parts. He came the next day and started his work. He was finished within 1 hour and because I had some clothes in the washer, I switched them over to the dryer to test. It was full of towels and worked like a charm! His pricing seemed reasonable for the work done, which included parts. He seemed very honest and hardworking. We'd hire him again if we need any dryer repairs.

After reading the excellent reviews, I called Paul about an ongoing issue with my washing machine. He answered his phone and had me talk through the issues and do some things at the machine then run a test load and text him with results. His diagnosis was correct, and I did not need a service call or further help. The phone call saved me money and time. Paul has been to my house on 2 occasions in the past year. Last may, he fixed an issue with our dryer. He had that dryer completely disassembled, fixed, cleaned, and back together in under an hour.

Today he was here to fix our washer that stopped agitating and spinning. After describing the symptoms over a text message, he had an idea what it was.

He showed up as promised and again had it fixed within an hour.

Affordable, reliable, and he knows what he's doing. Highly recommend!

Paul is awesome. He was super communicative during the scheduling and leading up to our appointment. Super efficient dryer repair, took less than 30 minutes and he even hooked us up with heavy duty parts so that our dryer will last even longer! He's definitely gonna be our go to guy for any washer/dryer needs in the future

Paul is very professional. He called me back in less than an hour after my initial inquiry, kept me in the loop throughout, kept the schedule, and fixed my dryer in no time.

Paul is also very honest. He asked me to take a video of the issue. We agreed on a quote. After fixing the dryer, he charged me less saying, "the replacement part was cheaper".

I had our dryer cleaned by Paul after the technician from the warranty company said that the burning smell from the dryer was due to lint and not due to mechanical failure. Paul came over, cleaned our dryer, and also shortened the vent hose, which he said might have contributed to the burning. Paul was very professional and knowledgeable, and got the job done. Our dryer is now gtg!

Had my washing machine stop spinning on me and after trying to diagnose the issue and doing my own research on how to fix it myself I finally decided I needed professional help. Luckily google recommended me Paul’s washer dryer repair and so I hit him up but wasn’t expecting a reply till Monday since it was the weekend. But sure enough he did and was helping diagnose the issue just from the phone, there is not a lot of people out here that would do that by just over the phone and long behold he manage to help me out and my washer is working perfectly fine. We used Paul back in 2024 to repair our washer and in 2026 to repair our dryer. Both times, Paul was able to come out quickly, clearly communicated with pictures and explained the issues, and provided quality care in his repairs. I have used Paul twice, he replaced a pump in a washing machine and even had the part in stock.

This weekend I reached out to him for a service call. My washing machine was making a grinding noise. Paul suggested that I could text him a video with sound so he could hear the noise.
He was able diagnose the problem. I need a new washing machine, but saved $ on a service call. He said I can still use the machine, and let it runs its' course, and he recommended a better replacement when I can't tolerate the noise anymore.
