I setup an appointment with All Appliance a few weeks ago because my fan was making a loud noise. I was told that a new thermostat was needed and the price was $298. The noise was fixed but then the water and ice wasn’t working. I called back and he ended up coming back out after going back and fourth a few times. Turns out the water in the line was freezing. Preventing ice and water from flowing through. Then I called him back because EVERYTHING in the refrigerator was freezing. He told me to remove some black tape he left on the vent which I did. He said the temp would be normal in 24 hours. A couple days later I told him it was still freezing. I was told “unplugged the refrigerator for 3-5 days” and he would return. Two weeks later I’m still without a working refrigerator. I have to find someone else to come and fix it now. $298 dollars gone and still not fixed. Find someone else to repair your refrigerator. Since they have somewhat good reviews I figured it was a one off but the issue is still not fixed and I have given him plenty of time to resolve it.

These guys are amazing! We were at our friend’s who decided to dust out their griddle cooking station and at first it wouldn’t ignite and then it wasn’t getting up to temperature and then the flames weren’t consisten so we yelped and they came up. We called despite any reviews but we wanted someone to come fast so my wife talked price and they came to our friend’s place quick, fixed it in like 20 minutes. They had all the tool and some parts, were friendly. It was like the perfect day for it so had we not done it we would have regretted it because more people came over. Thank you guys!

I am really grateful and impressed with the honest and reasonable quotes. The office representative, Amy, is very helpful and kind. Mark was my repairman and he is really knowledgeable, diagnosed my problems, gave me honest quotes, and was so great at repairing both my microwave and dryer. Very easy to setup appointment online. Gave me a call 2 minutes after setting up a time and managed to squeeze in a time sooner than scheduled. Our dryer stopped heating. I found Archie’s repair through a Google search. His wife answered the phone on the first call and was able to set up an appointment for that afternoon. He texted a few hours early telling us he was available if we were ready. We told him yes and he was over in twenty minutes. He diagnosed the problem quickly telling us that the ignitor had to be replaced. He had to order the part and would be back to install the next morning around 10am. He arrived on time and had the part installed, cleaned up the interior of the dryer and had the dryer running again,even quieter than before in less than an hour. Archie was professional, polite and quick. I highly recommend him!

I booked a time slot on line on a Sunday and didn’t expect to get a response until Monday. I received a text immediate confirming my appointment for the following Tuesday. I also requested that they call me 30 minutes prior to the arrival so I didn’t have to leave work so early to sit around and wait. Not only was Vitaly on time, he called me 30 minutes prior as I had requested. He was punctual, pleasant, friendly and professional. Exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use him again in the future with any appliance repairs.
