This company is amazing. I called my home warranty and they sent me a different company at first to come check out my oven door. The guy was there for less than 2 minutes took down the model number and left. Come to find out after I called the home warranty to check the status that my claim was denied bc the first company said I broke the oven door! Are you kidding me! So I told my home warranty to send a different company and they sent Revolff appliances. The was guy who’s the owner was great from the start. He Came by and spent almost an hr and half checking out the oven and recommend to the home warranty they fix the door bc we didn’t break it that it was wear and tear. I highly recommend Revolff appliance for all your needs. They are professional, honest and do great work. I’ll even use them regardless of the home warranty. They’ll have me as a customer for life. Keep up the great work guys.

I had a great experience with every part of my repair for my LG free-standing double-oven. The bottom oven simply stopped working. I booked an appointment through the website and Plamen showed up just as scheduled. I even got advanced notice from him and a special email alert that showed me exactly where he was. He was friendly, talked me through the problem, did the search for the part that he needed while he was at my house, and told me exactly what to expect in terms of pricing and timing moving forward. I got a couple of text messages with updates when the part was ordered and when it arrived. I also got an easy to pay invoice by email with the pricing exactly as Plamen said it would be. Everything went as planned with the part arriving about a week later and the final repair scheduled two days after that. Again Plamen was right on time, finished the repair quickly and tested it while I was there to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I can't exactly comment on the price since I don't have anything to compare to. But it seemed extremely fair to me since it was a flat fee for the repair regardless of how long it took him, and they found the cheapest source of the part that they could and just passed that along to me. It was one of the most simple and honest experiences that I've ever had with a repair service and I will be sure to use them again if I ever need anything. Highly recommended.

Our fridge was having issues and Plamen was very quick to respond. He came to the house the following day. He text prior to his arrival and arrived around the appointment time. He was friendly, thorough, professional and honest. He did everything he could to fix our fridge, but ultimately concluded that it was best for us to buy a new one. He helped do a comparison of buying new parts vs buying a new fridge and proceeded to offer recommendations on types of fridges and companies to use. He was so helpful and I appreciate him taking the time to explain everything. I highly recommend this company. I will be using them again!

Great service from Plamen, the manager at Revolff Home Services. He was professional, friendly, on time, and best of all, he fixed our combo washer/dryer!! The service was reasonably priced and done in a timely manner. The customer service lady who scheduled our appointment was also very friendly and professional. The entire process felt smooth. What a great experience I had with the owner, Plummin! I have a home warranty program and the sent him out to fix my ice maker. He was respectful, kind and kept me in the loop at all times. He asked me to text him if it wasn’t working or if it was working after the 1st visit. Parts needed to be ordered, I did not need to keep calling him. He took the initiative and made sure all was working right. I would highly recommend Revolff appliance repair. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He even took the time to look into other things that was in my mind. The best!!

I highly recommend this company for just about any repair job you may have. They repaired my dryer, which is a stackable unit, and did a fantastic job. They were on time, kept me informed along the way, showed me exactly what the repair would cost, and were both knowledgeable and courteous the entire time. You may use them with or without your Homeowners Warranty depending on the company you have for the warranty. I am so thankful I found this company! Again a Five Star organization!!

I have used this company twice now and had exceptional service each time! Dryer vent cleaning and central vacuum repair. The level of customer service is what we all wish for when we need to hire professionals. Quick response, very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I have never posted a review online, but the service Plamen provided was above and beyond and deserves recognition. He diagnosed the problem and ordered replacement parts on my washer. Unfortunately, the replaced parts from the factory were either, bad, or did not fix a bigger, irreparable, issue. He was quick to issue a full refund. He came out three separate times to my home and did not take penny. This company truly understands what it means to put customers first. I had to buy a new washer, but will not hesitate to use Revolff again for any appliance issues I may come across in the future.

I have finally found the best appliance repair business in Las Vegas. I am extremely pleased with all aspects of this business from appliance knowledge and expertise to customer service, promptness and communication. After going through a series of other repair shops who said that they could not find the issue and suggested that I replace my LG dishwasher, I was so pleasantly surprised with the response from Revolff Home Services. They came out within two days of my call, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and came back in a little over a week with the new part. The installation was completed quickly and I now have my dishwasher back. I am going to be recommending their services to all my family and friends.

Mr. Plamen was my repair technician. He was very knowledgeable about my oven. He pointed out and explained all the repairs that I would need for my oven. He was very honest about his opinion on my different options on what to do with my oven. He even showed me the pricing of the parts I would need. His company offers great pricing for repairs. I would most definitely use them again, if needed!

Also, due to COVID-19, he was very respectful and wore a mask and shoe covers the whole time. I was very pleased with that.

Revolff was awesome! My home warranty contracted them to repair our busted ice maker. They promptly called within 10 minutes of the referral and scheduled an appointment to come to my home the next day. The technician arrived on time for our scheduled appointment and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He had to order a part, but promptly scheduled an installation of the part the day after it arrived. I couldn’t be happier and I would definitely use Revolff again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They play games. They have you waiting weeks for a simple repair. They are impossible to reach. We’ve been without a dryer and dishwasher for a month due to them. They erase there bad reviews too. DO NOT USE THEM. When they finally did come out. They asked my 18 year old son for id And when he didn’t have it they left without the repair

Zevolff was very professional, friendly and informative. He made me aware of issues with my dryer that I did not know existed. He pinpointed the issue very quickly and resolved it in no time. We had an amazing experience with Revolff. Our home warranty company sent Plamen over to fix our oven. We heard back the next business day to schedule and he followed up the next day to look at the oven. Within minutes he diagnosed the issue. By the end of the next week he was back with the needed part and fixed the issue. Plamen was a pleasure to work with, super friendly and funny and made good conversation while he was working.
