Just wanna leave a review for service month prior now. The owner himself went and done the diagnosis for our dryer that stopped working. Service was timely manner, very professional. Diagnosed and scheduled to repair date. Very transparent, apparently more parts need replacement, the cost of the repair and the part that needs to be replaced was identical to getting a new dryer. Owner recommended to get a replacement of dryer due to high cost of the parts plus labour. I liked the attitude of the owner and how he take care of his team. Very upfront and caring. Also, a Veteran himself and workers. Will always supports our vets and retirees. Thank you!!

Said they fixed my fridge but it happened again a month later. The repair guy ended to ghosting me when trying to schedule him to come back out. Do not waste your time or money here

They did a good job

I called the shop which is in my same zip code the guy simply told me he didn’t have anyone in my area and hung up within a second. No attempt to schedule an appoint or anything. Was in a super hurry to get me off the phone.

I called looking to fix my freezer. A guy named Lenny or Denny or so picked up. I asked what is the range of how much fixing freezers can go. He replied which such rudeness and condescendingly yelled "ma'am excuse me I cant diagnose problems over a phone" While that might be, he didn't have to reply so rudely. I am calling about a service to be done. I'm unsure how these things go so he could have nicely said, I apologize I don't know instead of berating me. I was honestly shocked at his tone. So I replied asking if he has any idea of a range. I'm not an expert so that is the reason why i am calling a company that has expertise in this matter. He rudely replied back saying he's not even a tech and he has no idea at all. Such terrible terrible customer service.

My Samsung refrigerator was leaking water from the freezer side. Vitaly came to my house today & quickly figured out the problem & repaired it. He finished the job in less than an hour. The price was fair. There is a service call fee but if you decide to go with them to fix the problem, they waive the fee. Vitaly was really nice & honest. I highly recommend this company to repair any of your appliances.

Vitaly was prompt and professional. When my dryer stopped working, I searched for a repairman. All Appliance had many good reviews. After the first visit, Vitaly came back when I heard a strange noise. He worked to ensure that it was fixed like new, for much less than the cost of a new dryer.

I asked him to look at my washer also and he took the time to figure out what was wrong ordered the parts and fixed it too.. Vitaly was on-time, polite and very knowledgeable! We ended up electing to purchase new appliances instead of fixing ours due to the age of our washer and dryer set, however I would recommend him to anyone needing a diagnostic.

Vitaly was very polite and honest with us about the state of the dryer. Instead of just charging to repair it, he was upfront that it would be less expensive to buy a new one. I'll definitely use them again, but I hope they have better news next time :)

Very disappointed. Service call was 65 bucks not the $50. That's stated on the website. Then never called us back to update us on a 4 dollar part they ordered. When we called back they even tried to raise their price from the written statement we have by $20. I was okay paying the inflated price until their dishonesty.

Vitaly and All Appliance Repair were Great! I was lucky that they agreed to check out my noisy refrigerator on the 4th of July and didn't even charge me extra for the holiday. Vitaly replaced my condenser motor in about an hour. I will keep them in mind if I need great, upfront, honest appliance repair.
