Plamen was fantastic. He was so knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough. Our dryer was making a horrendous noise and making our clothes smell. It’s back to working now and I’m so grateful for the professional service and some shared laughs!

My refrigerator broke last night. I went on line and chose them because of 5 star rating. They deserve it. I was able to make my appointment for the next day on line. It was confirmed immediately and the next day I was able to track their arrival....yes they were on time. They were able to tell me what was the problem and exactly how much it would cost to fix. I would definitely recommend them and use them for any of my future appliance problems.

I called them on Monday as my drier was not working properly. My appointment was two days later. They were professional, send text reminders and alerts when the Engineer was on his way. He was very professional and explained me the issue. He repaired it and was ready a few minutes later. I knew their fees upfront. Would definitely recommend them!

Plamen, the senior technician, answered my call promptly on the first attempt. He set my appointment a few days ahead and confirmed with me ahead of time, and called ahead before his on time arrival. He proposed an inexpensive solution to resolving my ice maker that was not working. Plamen advised I order an inexpensive part on Amazon to help save me money. He advised the part and gave me instructions on how to replace. He also added that if I needed any assistance or if it didn’t remedy the problem, to call him back. I will continue to use and recommend Revolff Inc.

Two of the burners on my stove top wouldn't ignite without a lighter. I called to schedule an appointment, and was set up for the next morning at 8am. Plamen was able to quickly diagnose the issue, and ordered the needed part right then. The part came in a few days, and Plamen came back out for the install. Now all my burners work! He was very organized and professional, and I'll definitely use him again if I run into any appliance issues.

He was very personable and kind. Went straight to work no lolligagging. Fixed our problem. Showed me where it came from, how to prevent it, how to get to it. Honest, fast, legit. Totally recommend. Very happy! Just moved here from Northern Nevada and have not had a lot of good experiences with repair and handy work. So this was just.....amazing! I felt like I was home again haha.

Had a water leak from the filter cartridge in my Samsung fridge. He came out and found the problem and though he had to order the part, he kept me informed along the way. The night it arrived contact was made to come out the next day and install.
Showed me the price of the replacement part and exactly what labor would be, no guessing what the bill was going to be.
