Paul was great. When he determined that one of two replacement parts were required, he purchased them both himself, and returned the one not needed. Reasonably priced and showed up on time. He's my "Go To" going forward.

I emailed Paul at 7:30am Saturday morning, he texted me 30 minutes later and had me text him a video of my washers issue and determined that the transmission was bad and not worth fixing.

Paul took my call this morning and was very knowledgeable. I explained to him that my washer was washing the clothes but it was very loud. He knew exactly what was wrong and said if I didn’t mind the noise, and it wasn’t leaking, it would still perform. It would just be noisy. I was worried that I had a big problem, but Paul indicated that it’s better to purchase a new one once it starts leaking. I value his input. I may be on borrowed time, but now I’m not pressed with an emergency. I can start shopping for what I want without pressure. Thank you Paul!!!

I was able to text Paul about my washer and show him pictures and quickly was able to tell me that the repair might not be worth it. He was absolutely correct. Paul was very friendly and professional. He returned my called and asked me to describe the issue I believed the washer was having and then asked the make and model of my washing machine. I sent him pictures and he set up an appointment about 3 days out. He came to my home (he was about an hour late but he let me know so I didn't mind) and was able to fix my problem and a leak I didn't even know about that would have eventually been an issue. I'm so glad I didn't have to haul my washer anywhere. (The place at the swapmeet wanted me to do that just to get it looked at) I will definitely use his services again.

Paul was able to install a new pump in our washing machine for a reasonable price. Explanations were honest and professional. Paul was knowledgeable about our washing machine model and knew exactly what the error code meant and how to fix it. In addition, he made sure to stay in communication with us prior to his arrival and know exactly what the problem was beforehand. I did a "Request a Quote" today through Yelp for my brand new GE Profile Washer that all of a sudden stopped working after moving it. Paul's response to my request was that he "suggested I get a GE Factory Technician".

I appreciated his honesty and asked for a bit more advice, and he gave me enough feedback for me to do a quick search on the internet to find out I could simply reset the machine by unplugging it and opening the lid 6 times after plugging it back in. I simply searched "How to Reset a GE Washer". Not even the manual gave me this information.

Paul saved me $115, as that would have been the trip charge for GE factory service. It's refreshing to know there are honest business owners who are willing to help customers even if it means they don't make money from them. Thank you, Paul!

So on Sunday night when my dryer went I googled local repairman. I found Paul's washer and dryer repair which is local to the Southwest area of Las Vegas. I emailed him at 9:00 at night, and received the response within 5 minutes. We spoke back and forth Sunday night into Monday and he was able to come out Tuesday after my work. Paul was in and out of my house within 45 minutes fixing my dryer. Paul's customer service was A+ in my book. The quality of service was above approach. The cost was extremely reasonable.
I would recommend Paul's washer and dryer repair to anybody.
