This was a pleasant experience. From Logan meeting with me for an evaluation and estimate for my project to Sean and George completing it. Logan was very professional, explaining what would be necessary and furnishing options. My house is 50 years old and only has the initial insulation, which has settled to only 4". Sean and George arrived at the scheduled time. Outlined what they would be doing today and began with the prep work. Today we were having record high temperatures in Las Vegas, you can imagine the dust and dirt build up over 50 years and there was equipment issues with the generator. Sean was friendly and pleasant through out the morning. From my interactions with Logan, Sean and George I would recommend Koala Insulation for your project.

Logan showed up for the appointment right on time . Went into my attic and informed me my insulation was not up to code . The house was built in the late 80s. He recommended removal of old insulation and a solar powered attic fan to improve air flow up in the attic. Sean and his crew showed up promptly as scheduled, laid out plastic and proceeded to blow in 16" of white clean fiberglass. They installed my new attic fan cleaned up and left no trace of their work

Was happy with our service. Had their sales guy Logan come by and give his best recommendations because we just bought a new house with very old insulation. With trusted his recommendation and it really was everything we discussed. 10/10 bills are lower and could instantly feel the difference. My husband does HVAC work for a living so I know he will be happy !!

could not have gone better, encapsilated our attic for effiency, got all that dirty and toxic blown in insulation out of our attic. Highly recommend this company, and if I have the need will use the once again.
