I highly recommend Real Choice Home Inspections. Chris is very communicative and professional. The service is fast but still very detail oriented.

After my wife and I decided to buy our dream home in Las Vegas, we hired REAL Choice Home Inspectors, and I’m glad we did. Chris was very knowledgeable about potential issues and thorough in his inspection. He had details about ever book and cranny, it seemed. He noted several issues with the home that could have cost us thousands of dollars later on down the road. As a result, most of the issues were fixed by the seller before we signed on closing documents for the purchase. We would highly recommend REAL Choice Inspection. They’re legit!!

Rick inspected our property and did a great job including details on the report during our property purchase. After purchasing the property, the new property manager said her gardener said our irrigation system is completely broken and needs to be replaced for. I called Chris, the Owner of Real Choice Home Inspection right away, asking how come this was not mentioned in the report. Chris, happened to be in the area and offered to stop by right away. He inspected the irrigation system and told us that there was nothing wrong with it. Small leakage and valve can be changed for a small dollar amount. I am an out of state landlord. Chris not only helped me save hundreds of dollars; most importantly he made me realize that I can't always go by what the other people are telling me. I appreciate Chris who takes care of his past customers even though they have done with their job. They are an honest company who cares about customer service.

Chris made sure I got a detailed home inspection with photos, points of interest and concerns and temperatures, remedies to fix any issues. Chris was awesome. Showed early, went through everything and talked to us about things he found. He was even willing to go back out and reinspect the items that were found defective during the original inspection.

Chris did a great job inspecting 2 properties I was interested in. Both of them his work showed if it was worth taking on a property. He kept me well aware what I’d be getting myself into. He’s concise, even uses a drone to check the roof, checks every nook and cranny as if he’s moving into the property himself. He compiles his findings in an easy to read pdf with photos and includes his recommendations. I’d absolutely work with him again and recommend him to anyone one serious about a property.

He was also very thorough and explained his findings and took me to look at what he found with my own eyes. Very detailed inspector. Great after office hours, not an 8-5am. Chris accommodated me in a very short notice. His hours are very flexible for those who work past 7pm. He responded quickly with only one call and gave me a detailed things that he will inspect before buying a home. He arrived on a timely manner and was respectful, exudes excellent customer service. He explained both generally and thoroughly about which ones needed attention. He was patient in answering all the questions that me and the realtors had. He also gave a same day report.
