​Mike from US Masters LLC is a true professional. He came to diagnose our HVAC issue, didn't waste any time, and went straight to the problem. He worked directly with our insurance company to get everything handled, which was a huge relief. Highly recommend

Owner of US Masters was my technician. Fast, friendly and explained everything to me about my system that he believed I needed to know or be aware of. Didn’t try upselling, just came and completed the job. Will be using this company again in the future.

The owner came out for my service call. He was incredibly warm and polite. He seemed more upset than I was that the previous company has come 5 times and left with my service broken each time. Unphased by the challenge of having to figure out what the others did before him, he got to work. If I ever put a service call in to my home warranty (Fidelity) or if I need to contract with a company for service myself? I will reach out to US Masters. 11/10 service.

Lacks customer service. Also inventory posted available in stock in the store did not exist. Not only 1 tile, but 2 different ones that I went to look at.

For the Cost of everything being tripled is ridiculous l definitely show the slow Economy even down more thanks home depot

I had a new roof put on a few years ago. Thought I might have a leak, I was wrong but they came right out, told me what was happening, recalled some flashing as a courtesy and did it all with smiles on their faces.

This company was referred to me by a Local relator and she had said that they would do great work. The thing is that they never got around to doing any work. I was in need of a roof repair and I was hoping to have it done before fall season hit. We started the process early August and now it is early October. Two months our estimate sat on Dan's desk just getting more paperwork piled ontop of it. That is what Dan the roofer supervisor had told me when I had called for the third time to set up an appointment for the repair. Finally a date was set for October 5 and of all days to rain it was the day of our appointment for repair. Here is what made me very upset! No call no show no word from the company the day they were supposed to show up. Very unprofessional on their part. Please reconsider your options, maybe look for a company that really wants to do the work. Ruiter Constrution never did do the work and we decided to find someone else that wanted the job. Ruiter Construction redid our entire kitchen and house flooring for us after a water incident. Their estimate was highly competitive and Dan, Mike, and the rest of they crew were highly reliable, trustworthy, professional, and are truly craftsman in multiple construction disciplines. I plan to use them again soon. They should be seriously considered for any job, big or small.

I came across Chuck and his team after my house got flooded and the contractor we picked for the job flooded. Chuck was very understanding and tried to help out as fast as he could.

The workers are punctual and courteous and they do a great job. Prices are more than fair. I've hired them for another job and plan on using them again!
I highly recommend them and am very glad I got a chance to work with them.
