It's an excellent place to go if you pretty much know what you want or need. Their ac service company is very expensive. Huge selection of home goods.

I received some of the worst customer service from this store. Purchased a stone counter top from the kitchen department, the install date was pushed back for weeks on end without any reasonable explanation. The "design consultant" who sold us the product would not return my calls or emails. Home Depot corporate refused to offer an alternative product. They do not care about the customer; once they have your money they're done with you. Don't shop here! Find a local supplier who actually respects the customer.

We ordered retro fit windows through Otilla and she was incredibly helpful. . She told us what products we would need for the installation of our windows so that we stayed in compliance with the warranty. She's a very helpful associate and our go to person every time we need something..

Great fast service had a water leak underneath the slab they came out within an hour and had our water back on within a couple hours.

All Trades is the best plumbing and heating and leak detection in the Valley! I have used them several times in the last 18 months and they are on time with knowledgeable techs! Call them, you won't be sorry!

Honest people. I was told by a different plumbing company they needed to trench through my entire house. I called All Trades to see about tenchless alternatives. Robert came out and said I didn't need to do either. I was lucky to come across such an honest person!

I called All Trades for an inspection for a leak detection. I paid $440 for nothing. In the first place they told me the leak was, they were going to charge me $2,500 to fix it, and there was no leak. They came twice saying that the leak was in different places and there was nothing in the places they told me. I change the entire pipe and the gardner found the leak in the front of the house where they told me for sure it wasn't there. Very bad experience and money wasted.

I was sceptical using this company as I normally called the names I hear on the radio. When they told me they could fit me into their schedule faster then the others I took a chance. The fast friendly and professionalism displayed by the staff & along with better pricing has me kicking myself. Why I’ve spent more money and time waiting on the names I hear on the airwaves I have no idea. I with be calling this company with all my needs from now on.

It's always a nightmare when you have to call for hvac service. I'm so grateful that a coworker recommended All Trades! They were courteous when they answered. The dispatch was fast! To my surprise actually. I was astonished how responsive they were in the heat of summer when I can only imagine is the busiest time of year.

A few days later my aunt asked me for an hvac company to recommend. Her’s stopped working. Once again, they answered courteously, were responsive and quickly fixed the issue. Neither time did they try to up sell us or recommend parts/repairs we didn't need. Troy was in and out and on to the next call.

For my experience I can't recommend All Trades highly enough.

Had called out 4 plumbers in 2 weeks. One company said our drains were fixed, and they had gotten everything unstuck I saw the water go down. Sadly a hour later our sinks filled up again, but not the toilets' they came out in the morning tried to charge us 500 again and told us they suggest we jet the buildings line at a hefty $2,300 price tag. These guys came out and told us we did not need that servicing. I was furious. Thank you guys for being honest and taking the time needed to really fix the problem. They wore masks, kept us updated on what they were doing, and broke the vocabulary down to make sense to someone not in the industry. Matt and Ashton you guys did a great job!

One of the worse. Voicemail box is full and he doesn't pickup the phone. Very nonresponsive. Vague reports and very broad information given if you can actually get a hold of them. One of the most terrible HVAC companies I've dealt with during the past 10 years.
