Greencare was the right choice for me! I got estimates from four pool companies. I had a good vibe at my first meeting with Daniel. It was a very relaxed atmosphere with no pressure. He was very personable and listened to all of my ideas.
I told him my vision and he created a video rendering.

During the process of my pool build (and backyard) everything went smooth. Tim was always available and on site to inspect and keep things moving along. He kept me informed of each step along the way. When I had questions or concerns the team was always there to come up with a solution. My project was finished before the expected completion date.

The Greencare construction team worked hard, they were respectful to my property and they kept the mess to a minimum while working. The quality of work is top notch. It shows that they take pride in the quality of their projects.

My backyard created by Greencare included a pool with wet deck, spa with spillway, pebble sheen, water bubblers, colored lights, spray deck, extended block walls, planters with lighting and pavers.

I am very happy with Greencare. My backyard journey was a pleasant experience with Daniel and Tim running my project. I knew I was in good hands from the beginning and it proved true until the very end. They are good people. I highly recommend Greencare. It was a stress free process.

Greencare has been nothing but amazing this whole build experience. They worked with me to come to a design that fit our needs and wants perfectly. Every team which has shown up through the various steps has been professional and prompt. No issues, nothing but good things.

***update: The pool has been finished and we have been using it since the end of February. The pool came out absolutely amazing; we couldn’t be happier. There was a small issue that came up with the patio decking and irrigation after the build, and Greencare came right out and fixed it, and made sure we were completely satisfied. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future and would recommend them to my closest friends without worry.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Greencare as they install a new pool in my backyard. From the very start, the team has been outstanding. The planning and design process was seamless, and they took the time to listen to my needs and preferences.

The installation has been progressing smoothly, and the crew has been professional, efficient, and respectful of my property. They’ve managed to stick to the projected timeline so far, which I really appreciate.

Greencare.Net has turned our backyard, which was filled with 10 years of totally neglected care that gave rise to unsightly growth with weeds and overgrown vegetation, into a place of beauty and aesthetic appeal. Greencare.Net was like a well-oiled machine that had its crews perform their individual tasks in perfect order and sequence with excellent supervision, timeliness, and workmanship. In those few instances where workmanship was slightly below the high standards of Greencare.Net, the supervisor in charge made sure that the appropriate crew corrected the problem in a time frame that was immediate and expedient. The landscaping crew in particular went above and beyond their job description and helped me with a task that was not required of Greencare.Net. Every crew, without exception, paid incredible attention to every detail of their tasks so that at the end of a given crew’s task, the job was done with perfection and excellence. And with the completion of each crew’s tasks, thorough cleanup was done with the same work ethic as was exemplified in their respective jobs.

This is not to say there were no problems or disagreements. But those few problems or disagreements were handled with thoughtfulness and professionalism that were resolved in a fair manner in record time. Our sincere thanks and thorough appreciation goes out to Brandon, Juan, Carlos and their crews for their outstanding capabilities. Greencare did an excellent job constructing my pool and landscaping for my entire back yard. They created our own little backyard paradise. I was impressed with the amount of information they provided to explain the process and what to expect. They completed my pool build and landscaping in four months which I thought was excellent considering all the frustrating stories I heard from neighbors who went through this construction process using other companies. They were very responsive and accommodating to complete any final touch-ups. They take pride in the quality of their work. I highly recommend Greencare to anyone who is looking for a solid pool and landscape construction company. Thanks to the entire Greencare team for creating a wonderful backyard that my family will enjoy for many years to come!

Greencare just finished building our dream backyard and pool! From design to finish, we can't say enough great things about the Greencare Team! Daniel took our ideas and designed an amazing space for our family. We just moved in to our new house and he had a blank space to work with; every spot was carefully thought about when designing our pool and yard. The team was so fast, thorough and professional. The daily updates & communication on the project were so nice to have and know they cared.
Greencare is all inclusive- no subcontractors and we felt it made for a very smooth and fast build. We LOVE our pool & yard!!

I wish I had a positive outcome to share, but unfortunately, I don't. Overall, I'm excited to have completed the project and to have a pool for the summer, but GreenCare has serious communication issues they need to address with their customers. A few things to note: First, be prepared to manage your own punch list and stay on top of it. We still haven't received the light control for our pool, which was finalized last August. Second, I would not recommend using them for any landscaping needs; they don't install weed block, which can be a major problem in the desert Southwest. And finally, document everything and keep a paper trail via email. As I mentioned earlier, communication is terrible, and customer service is poor. Overall, workmanship is good but below expectations for what you pay. One last thing to know: be prepared for them to show up in your backyard unannounced. I wouldn't recommend letting your kids or dogs play in the backyard unless the gates are locked. Many mornings, I came out in my bathrobe with my coffee to find workers in the backyard without warning. Check out other customers reviews on Yelp.

The end result is absolutely stunning, and we’re 100% satisfied. This was a major investment for our family, and GreenCare made it feel secure from both a financial and technical standpoint. We appreciated the honesty, professionalism, and follow-through—right down to the last finishing detail.

This company is a scam. They came out and quoted 325.00 then came back to do the job and quoted me 1,500.00. Mike and his crew are a bunch of thieves. I'm a single woman. I had the job done for less than 325.00 by an honest plumber. DO NOT TRUST THEM. get another bid.

The service I received was excellent
The plumber was punctual, polite and courteous
He fixed two toilets for $235 including new parts
This was less than I expected and a fair deal
I will use Silver Star again if I need plumbing services

Silver Star is the most honest plumber Ive ever had. I got quotes from a couple different places and their price wasnt even close to what others were offering. The service was great and the product is exactly what I needed. Thank you for my new water heater and garbage disposal!

I had a really disappointing experience with Silver Star Plumbing. We recently bought our home, and the water heater — which they originally installed — started having issues. When I contacted them, they told me the warranty wasn’t transferable because we weren’t the original owners. Fair enough — but then they quoted me $2,500 to replace it!

That price was outrageous, especially since another company (Plumbing Kings) stepped in, honored the warranty, and only charged me for the labor. Silver Star showed zero flexibility, and it felt like they were more interested in upcharging than helping.

I would not recommend Silver Star Plumbing based on my experience — there are more honest and customer-focused companies out there.

The part-time lady in kitchen design was not very helpful and a strong Touch of arrogance

I purchased a $95.00 ceiling fan, their installer wanted $205.00 to install it cause I was a SMALL JOB.. A very small person. What a great feeling that made me feel like.. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE! NOT!

I love Home Depot . But i can Believe the all pressure reducing valves for water plumbing . Comes on Threaded connections . When the most of the house is by Weld. Im a plumber and i can’t use those like that. I don’t know Who buy it that?

We bought a shower to install and replace our tub and after a piece was broken, during installment, we waited an extra 2 months to get answers from the installation team. We had to call and email them to get answers and after we finally got it installed it came out nice; however, the bottom of the shower feels so flimsy and feels like you're going through the roof any minute now. Makes a loud squeaky noise and doesn't feel safe. They said it will be but it leaves me uneasy.
