I've used Bailey for my kitchen remodel last year to install a new sink and dishwasher. Very satisfied. But this week they went above and beyond! After a flood in my house on a Sunday night, Don Bailey FaceTimed with us to walk us through how to figure out the issue and stop the water. Great guy!!

Our experience with Greencare was fantastic. They did an excellent job on our new pool, spa, BBQ patio cover and at-home paradise!! We began working with them 5-months ago. That’s when we started the design process with Jesse, their 3D designer. Jeremy was the Project Manager who make sure everything was taken care of as we’d agreed upon. Jeremy did a great job explaining the entire process to us and how things would workout. Any employee we’d ever interacted with had a lot of passion for their work.

He explained that a Greencare and all the people that work there are like a family. But, who doesn’t say that? Well, we also didn’t believe it either until we met everyone there to do all of our selections for our yard. It is a nice and professional operation. You can tell everyone put in a lot of hard work and they were all honest, genuine and passionate about what they do. Then, the work started and it was the same passionate people that put a lot of time and effort into making sure our project was executed properly. Overall, it was a great experience. We recommend Greencare as the go to pool builder in Las Vegas. We will use them again in the future. Thank you Greencare, job well done!

Let me first start with the positive because I have never left a review in my life but I believe people should knowwhat they are getting with this company. On the positive side I do feel as though we received a quality product. We have a HUGE backyard that was a completely blank canvas and were really impressed with Jeremy (who we met for a design). He spent over two hours helping us get what we wanted out of the sign. They did start the process right away and were very quick with their work.
However... after we made our final payment it turned into complete chaos. Weeks would go by without any communication. We would email, call, text and would get absolutely no response from anyone at greencare. They were supposed to dig a footer for a basketball hoop, that we were told over and over would be done but ultimately took several months. Our pool sat with water and no products in it for over two weeks without communication of what we should be doing. Later, the company that manufactures the product called and explained that it had to be replaced. Still with no communication from greencare. After. multiple issues with communication they contacted us to inform us that if we didn't pay for the final permits that they would not finish the product. It has been 2 months since the project was "completed" and southwest gas is still saying they have not completed a pool inspection. After their work we also had a major gas leak that we didn't know about. According to our home inspector the leak was from the built up construction debris caused from the pool build. Yet again, we contacted greencare to let them know the inspection has not been completed and that there was a major leak. That was two weeks ago and still no response. I understand construction is not a primarily customer service based entity but we have been stressed for months just wanting to be done with this company.

We just had Greencare build our second backyard, which made me realize I should probably write a Yelp review. :-)

I use Yelp religiously and was shocked to see that they were only 3 stars! I mean when you read the reviews they all seem so positive, except the ones they received in the past. If I could, I'd give them 10 stars because they've been great to work with.

The last landscape job they did for us, Greencare was exceptional to work with and we are very happy with the results. Our previous yard was courtyard size and Tony helped me design a beautiful and cozy space that we enjoy nightly with a cocktail. Our current project that we just finished with them was more extensive with a built-in fireplace, refrigerator in our outdoor kitchen and it had a grill too, accented with pacers and a covered patio. It's decorated with great lighting and ambiance! It's the perfect backyard to host parties in. Anytime people ask us who build our backyard I send them over to Greencare!

Investing in your backyard is a HUGE commitment. Of course, whoever you choose should always be a good fit for you. In this case, Greencare was an excellent fit for me and we are very happy. We will definitely hire them again for our next home!

They don’t respect you or your property. No soliciting sign? They just shove a booklet through your door damaging your weathering and property. If this is how they conduct business they won’t have mine.

It's been 8 months and our pool is still not done, Greencare started the build in October 2021. We feel that Greencare is giving us the run around and not being straight forward with us. First three months of the build was good, there was a lot of progress and then they just stopped coming. We didn't get consistent updates it was more of us asking about what's happening and why the progress stopped.
In "April 2022" I asked Greencare why are we on hold and their response was, they were waiting for the pump and that they have 40 builds that are on hold because of this. I didn't understand why they were having a hard time getting the pumps but other pool builders in town could get all the equipment. I know this because my cousin started his pool in March and his pool is almost done. I think Greencare took too many jobs/ builds and now they could not deliver because they have overloaded their workload.
Now this month "June 2022" Greencare said they are waiting for the spa lights that's why they can't continue the build. But to top it off, every time I contact them and let them know how frustrated and disappointed we are with the company, the equipment arrives the next day and they are ready to be installed.
We still don't know when our pool will be done because it's seems every week or every month, Greencare has another excuse.
Today (June 14, 2022) I talked to a female name Angel that works at Greencare who I believe is having a bad day since she was rude on the phone. I asked about the progress of our pool build but she didn't have much to tell me because she was just explaining the final steps of the build. She didn't know when the electrical inspection, the plastering and final inspection will be done. This is why I said that Greencare is giving us the run around because they don't give us updates and they hardly respond when we contact them.
At this time, we are truly disappointed in choosing Greencare as our pool builder. We are frustrated with the progress and we are a very unhappy customer.

To all other customers that have the same experience or if you are in the market for a pool builder, please contact me. I do have a lot more to say about this situation.

Our project was for a simple landscaping and a pool.

We hired Greencare to do our pool at our new house. It is not the 1st pool we have done but we heard good things about Greencare so we wanted to try them out. It started off great, we loved the design and they started quickly. But then it started into our last 7 months of painful waiting. Crews are great but they are horrible on scheduling and communication!!! Everything got delayed and delayed and delayed some more. Pump was delayed, despite them starting in December they couldn't get a pump delivered on time. Then we waited more for plaster and then go scheduled and what do you know...on the day of plaster, their truck broke down. So another delay....I find it unfathomable that they only have 1 truck and are not able to get to our house to plaster. I did speak to their crew and one of them said they keep getting threats of law suits because they over commit and schedule too many pools and cant keep up so they do a little bit of a time at each pool. He also said well if you pay then they don't come as fast, once they get their money.... this was from their own employee. I am a very disappointed customer that they don't seem to care about.

We hired Greencare for our pool & backyard landscaping during the end of 2021 and lasting into the first quarter of 2022. My husband and I specifically asked if their workers were employees of Greencare as opposed to being independent hired help. Gerald D'Ercole, their salesman, assured us their workers were all employed by Greencare, which was not true. On numerous occasions we were told a worker or crew would be at our house on a specific day, only to be disappointed by no shows with no phone calls to advise of a change in schedule. Each time we experienced a no show / no call we'd contact Greencare. They very quickly stopped taking our calls & had their receptionist tell us they would no longer take our calls. This was an $85K job. We remained in limbo until someone would eventually show up.

We requested that they first install the pavers where our hot tub was to be set. This was done, but had to be removed, built up and reinstalled to match the elevation of the rest of the yard. Many of the cuts in the pavers leave gaps where there should be none.

The wall of the "in-pool platform" has a wave in it. The pebble tek finish is rough and unevenly applied, making it very uncomfortable in several areas of the pool. Once completed, they refused to send anyone out for the chemical startup. This was a horrible experience for us and I would STRENUOUSLY recommend others to STEER CLEAR of Greencare.

Greencare cares! I can’t thank them enough for reaching out to get a better understanding of what was going on. I did not expect that at all. We came to a resolution after discussing some concerns about the warranty process and what was going on with the pool. With an investment this big, it’s good to know that they’ll treat you as more than just a customer.

I never had an issue with the product but I do recommend throughly understanding the warranty process. Beware that the first service call is free and after that it is a $250. charge each time they come out. Use that first one wisely!

Overall we are very happy with their work. We never had any issues during the build and installation. Ask a ton of questions when you get the ‘How To’ brief. I’ve recommended them to a few of my retiree buddies and will continue to do so. Thank you Greencare!

It is a $70,000 to $100,000 project, choose wisely, please.

We hired Greencare pools (Jeremy) due to positive reviews. PLEASE, PLEASE, do not hire them. We contracted with them in September of 2019. It is currently August, 2020- our pool is STILL not finished! Numerous mistakes, several h2o leaks, Pergolas in wrong locations, no fire/water pots, blochy/spotted plaster throughout wet deck & pool, crooked pavers and the WORST customer service. Pool equipment installed backwards and wrong, lighting package not installed, unlevel pavers throughout!! This was a 6 figure pool design!!Last contact was beginning of June, when we refused to pay the final payment of $7,000 since over $20,000 worth of work still had to be completed. The "big boss," addressed our concerns and promised to have pool complete asap. We haven't heard anything from Greencare pools. We cant get a call back, email or text returned. Unbelievable!! September 2020, will be one year!! BEWARE this company!! Also, 80% of workers are "subcontractors" (nice though) not Greencare.

If you’re looking for a poor experience, terrible communication and poor quality pool greencare is your company, on top of the countless delays which we accepted as we understand equipment delays, we received a pool quality pool which was “complete” in august but I’m still trying to get things correct when I could be enjoying my pool. Cracked tiles even before completion I noted, when they sprayed plaster over spray all over my pavers, but the big one which greencare isn’t making right is at day of fill up we filled our pool the following morning we filled our hot tub, we noticed after filling the hot tub it would drop 2 inches every 4 hours so the following day when orientation came we advised the guy that it continued to drop and we had to keep filling, he looks at something near the pump and fixed something and said that should be good, turned our auto fill and all pumps on and had it pump for a week straight continuously, well we had a leak that we were pressing water though for a full week straight to the point we seen water 30ft away by the pumps when their guy said oh you should call them now and turn pumps off which then our pool turned green while we waited for them to find the leak over 10 days from them turning up pool. Now I have sunk in pavers for the 30 feet from the pool to the pumps that go under a shed, green care has only fixed some of those pavers but is now refusing to figure out what to do on the sunken ones under my shed due to letting it leak over a week and damaging my landscaping which is now property damage on top of that they still haven’t refunded me for my high water bill we have spoken to Becky well over 20x since this happened and it’s a continuous we will call you back with no call back until we call. I’m so tired of this company, from this I’m going to the contractors board and the better business bureau.

Also to note a neighbors pool is leaking too and another neighbor is almost finished and made them pressure test her pool and guess what it failed and would have leaked also- poor quality mediocre cut corners company

Absolutely horrible and unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. They did my family’s backyard and said it would take 4 months and it has been 9 now. They dodge phone calls and always have an excuse for why they can’t show up. There has been multiple times one of us has called off of work to be here when they said that they needed us here and then they never showed up and they always have an excuse for something that has nothing to do with us. Multiple times they involved us in there employee issues and had full length conversations about about firing employees, something that had nothing to do with us. On top of everything, we contracted them to do our fire pit, they finished half of it and then told us that they never should have contracted it in the first place because they don’t have to tools to finish it. In my opinion it seems like they took a project they couldn’t handle and are leaving things unfinished. They had a great initial concept and did a handful of things right but in no way was it timely, their communication was horrible and they are unable to execute. I’m really disappointed in how they handled this project and we were really excited to have a beautiful backyard. What they did to the backyard ended up being really pretty, dont get me wrong. but it has been a loooong battle to get anything done. Having something like this done to your home and paying as much as it was, it’s supposed to be somewhat enjoyable and exciting. That’s how it started but progressively got worse. I would recommend going with another company that would have less surprises and better communication. The pics attached are currently what they left our fire pit like and back of pool.

Greencare made the whole pool construction experience incredibly pleasant and the staff was top notch. Constant emails updating me throughout the process were a great help! Everyone that I spoke with had at least a decade of experience in the pool construction industry and made me feel reassured throughout that I invested my hard earned money wisely. Every crew that showed up at my house you could tell they had experience and they were all incredible craftsmen. I really enjoyed watching the process take place in the backyard. When it all started they sent a very detailed description of how the work was going to go and I went on the website and filled out a form which then sent me even more information. I took the time to read everything because this was a big investment for me but with the informative information they provided it really helped me understand the process so I would recommend taking the time to read through all of it. I highly recommend Greencare to build your pool. Thank you Greencare:)

This process has been smooth and seem less since day one. Hands down a great company that works with you from the beginning. Thanks to the GreenCare team that’s had a hand in this project thus far. Thank you Jeremy for your countless assistance in the design of our backyard, along with the random questions that come with it. This crew will amaze you with the pool of your dreams. I usually find myself standing at the edge of my pool for periods of time just being dazzled. "This is my new showpiece. I cant wait for a pool party so I can show it off!!!" The custom work on the waterfall looks Amazing. It's as if you're walking in the woods and just stumbled across it. However it was through sheer luck that I was able to work with Greencare.

I originally started this project another pool company in Vegas. I'm not naming any names! But it wasn't a great experience. I realized before signing the contract that the salesmen was more interested in getting a commission than giving me my dream pool. The night before I was about to sign the contract Dan from Greencare called and asked if I wanted to still get a quote. He apologized for the late response and that somehow my RFQ got lost. I thank God he called just in time.

Jerry and Jessica handled the project and throughout the transformation of my pool he became a friend. I was able to call him when I had questions, ideas & changes to the project. He always answered his phone. When he was busy, he'd text me to let me know he'll call back and did. He has a keen eye for what looks great and what it will take to make this pool project pop. He's also very honest and great to work with.

Even when I called the Accounting or the Front Office to get ahold of someone they called me back right away! When I noticed some scratches on the some of the coping tiles I called Dan. He sent his team over that same day and I expressed I was not happy with some of the coping tiles. The first words I heard from his tile person was, "What will make you happy."

Greencare is a very professional. They always document any changes to the contract and the payment schedule was easy to follow.

I highly recommend Greencare if you want what I just experienced. They a great team to have on your side when you want that dream pool.

it is quite of a journey going through great lengths with these guys... Greencare pools did deliver the dream backyard pool we've been aspiring to have since owning a home... highly recommend them to anyone who wanted an in-ground pool installed. they're so responsive to last minute requests and they will definitely make your vision come to reality!!! After requesting a few quotes from a few other custom pool builder/landscaping companies, we chose GreenCare because they came highly recommended from a friend, we had positive interactions with them and very fair prices we were given. We've enjoyed working w/Greencare not only with the landscaping team but also the custom pool team as well. We worked w/ Designer Princess and she did a fantastic job for us. They have a great design team and do a great job at understanding what our vision is and drawing up a plan that they'll execute flawlessly.

The landscape and pool crew were very efficient, on time and tidy after each day they worked in our yard! We had a wonderful experience working with Hector on the landscaping aspect of our renovation and Jessica when our custom pool was being built. The transformation in our yard was extraordinary, and brings us joy every time we're out there! We couldn't be happier, and are happy to recommend Greencare to anyone needing any custom pools built and landscaping work!
