Constraction reviews in Las Vegas, Nevada

This company came out to my house in June, 2025 wasted 1 hour of my time to give an estimate for a patio cover. They told me they will write an estimate up and send an email, never happened. I called 1 month later spoke to manager Steven, he said he would call me back to find out what happened, never did. If you want a company that is too busy for you and not reachable and their manager Steven to not care use them. If you don’t build a pool and do your whole front and back yard with them they do not care about you. Also I had 4 patio companies come out they are over priced. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Buyers beware!

Decided to get a pool put in and went with Greencare as they were local and right down the street from the house. The project moved pretty quickly but then soon they failed to show up on multiple occasions. It took them about 5 months to come fill in the rest of the rocks near the heater and finish little things. They also had to fix the drainage grate as it was raised right outside the back door and I tripped over it a few times. Our outdoor dining table was also sitting on the side of our house for about 3 months after construction was completed (they moved it so they could work). Most importantly they have terrible communication with their customers and they showed up whenever they wanted. Even started work when I had plans to use my backyard with NO phone call or a heads up. I wish I had something better to say. Definitely think we overpaid :(

UPDATE 10/2/2020: June 9th they came to fix the drainage bar. It’s lifting EVEN WORSE now right by the back door. Very dangerous. Emailed them the 24th of September and 2 calls. No communication. Receptionist knows nothing and will lie just to get you to hang up. Had to force a “manager” out of her and still don’t think it was actual management. Saw that the owner wanted my name so I made sure to screenshot review and email that to them with my full name as well.
HOW ARE THEY STILL OPERATING?! I want to cry knowing that any issue with the pool I will have to contact them and jump through hoops to get anything done. It’s like you work for them?

UPDATE 10/3/2020: The owner called my father tonight and apologized for the delay in responding to us as well as for the poor service which I appreciate. He sent a truck out to inspect the drainage bar issue and how to fix it to avoid future issues. The crew will be at the house Monday for repairs. My father was happy that they finally did something and appreciated the owners contact. My father then stated that the owner politely asked if I remove my review (not sure from yelp or google) and that the work will get done ASAP in which my father said “just take it down they’re coming to fix it”. Revise it maybe.. but Delete it?!? This definitely rubbed me the wrong way. I was going to edit my review after work was completed and possibly UP them a star because I felt bad for being so brutally honest but now I just feel like my voice must be heard. I am only giving you guys my real HONEST experience with this company. On Greencare.net it states that You get a $50 Outback Steakhouse gift card for a positive review that’s left up for 14 days on yelp because yelp is removing their positive reviews. Guess I’m not having any steak tonight.

UPDATE 10/5/2020: My father and I spoke with Tim the owner (he contacted us) and expressed our frustrations and issues. He was quick to react once we spoke to him and extremely apologetic. They came out first thing in the morning and were there all day doing repairs and improvements. Rocks were added to the pump area, larger than they were before and it looks much nicer. Also the drainage bar is one long piece so it seems as if it's going to say this time. The electrical box screw was replaced and is now secure. Tim had the crew replace our dead plants in the front yard which I highly appreciated because they kind of died right after the pool was put in. For now I have to say I am very satisfied with what has been done and the repairs look great. This makes me feel a little bit better about contacting them in the future now because if I can't get something handled Tim will make sure it's done :) Thanks Tim!!!

I’m very happy with the service I’ve received from Greencare. The pictures speak for themselves, but I have to say they delivered on every aspect of my project. We put in a pool, sunken bar, landscaping, turf, and pavers. No detail was missed on the build and installation. If I ever had a question or feedback during the project they communicated back right away.

Amazing process and it is very fast and smooth. Excavation literally took a day to dig. Once you sign the contract, they will start working right away. All the communication is great so far. They will keep you up to date on everything. Tim the manager will come by and make sure the work is done and everything is under the code. I love the process so far.

Now the pool is done after 4 months. It looks very nice. I updated the pictures. The communication is always there. I was updated weekly to know what is going on or what the next process will be. You have to patience for the pool process because sometimes they don’t have control over certain things. Tim the manager always on top of everything. I’m pretty impress.

Greencare did a great job on my front yard renovation. See photos before they start, during and after. You can clearly see GREENCARE did the work there workilers and dump trailer is in photos! Greencare is awesome. The highest recommendation possible!

Greencare is an amazing company. We are so happy with selecting them. From start to finish Jeff has been there for us whenever we had a question or to make sure everything was running smoothly. Our backyard no longer looks like a traditional Vegas backyard. We truly have a resort style escape. The crews worked hard everyday and finished the project ahead of schedule. We did drive the designer nuts with all the changes but he never hesitated to make the requested changes. This company will go above and beyond to ensure things get done right, this is not a typical builder in Vegas! Thank you so much for making our dreams come true!

We are in the process of a saltwater hot tub/pool build and backyard design with Green Care. We are very happy with how the process is going so far. They started the next day after we designed and signed papers. The owner and employees really care about their customers and helping you achieve the pool/backyard you want.

Greencare pool was good to work with, there was a 9 month delay because we got caught in the middle of Covid waiting for supplies to come in. We were very patient. Are we happy with our pool? Yes we are. We have not used our pool
last year because it was done after the summer months. We also hired the guy that installed our Pentair equipment who owns a pool cleaning company to maintain our pool. His people come in once or twice a month, there are weeks that they don’t show up to clean the pool. Do not notify us of a reason until we ask what’s going on. So we ended up getting a new Pool maintenance company and we are very happy with them. Today, Sunday, Oct 8, 2022, our new pool guys came to see us to show us how our pool filter looks like. The filters are dirty, eroded and there’s a mud or gunk inside the drum. Those were from the construction of the pool. Green care did not even bother to check and change the filters after the final construction. It has not been even a year yet and now we’re spending $400 to change these filters when we were told today it should be at least 2 years to start changing it. We also changed the pool vacuum already. The quality of pool parts they use is not up to par. 👎🏼

UPDATE: The owner reached out 2 months ago and told me that I would be in contact within a couple of days.
2 months. And I haven’t heard a single thing. And have tried reaching out to Justin again. Nothing . It’s been over four months since he came to my house for a quote.
I would never recommend or use this company, if they are having a hard time getting me a quote imagine the headache of trying to deal with them to get a pool done ! Or imagine if any issues arise! This shows me unreliable and undependable ! Why would I trust them to build a pool for me?

ORIGINAL: Justin came out to do a measurement and quote for me , and told me I would have the quote within a week . It has been over two months and I haven’t heard anything and he will not respond . This is out in Santan Valley, Arizona. I have already spoke with neighbors and friends looking to get Pools too and recommended them never to use this company.
And after reading these reviews, not sure if I would ever use them anyways looks like I dodged a bullet .

We cannot say enough nice things about this company! From our first meeting they were extremely professional and knowledgeable. We were told by several companies that what we wanted couldn't be done but Greencare made them liars! Not only did they design our backyard, the way we wanted, they did it in a way that saved us from having to replace windows. They were upfront with the pricing and also gave us a lot of discounts. The construction went smoothly and whenever we had a question they were addressed in a reasonable amount of time even on weekends and late evenings. We HIGHLY recommend Geencare!

We received several bids to do our back yard and GreenCare came out on top on all fronts and went above and beyond on our expectations! From the sales guy to the front office and the actual crew they were all super professional and would highly recommend using on any landscape/pool job. We even had the opportunity to meet the owner of GreenCare and it was a complete pleasure to see the amount of attention to detail he was able to provide my family and I.

Thank you Greencare for creating my families dream backyard! The design and build process was great. The entire construction department was always available to answer any questions I had. I’ll be recommending you to my friends and family.

We have inquired with several companies to design our pool, and by far, Greencare offers the best designs, at the best price, with great customer service. Brandon, our project manager has made the process extremely easy for us, and the crew are all very friendly. The area manager, Tim, is always around checking on the project, which gives us a sense of certainty that if anything goes wrong, he'll be onsite and will make sure it's taken care of. We can't wait to see our finished project!

GreenCare did an amazing job with our pool project. Jeremy and his team are "The Best!" They kept us informed through every phase of the project. And they were always available to answer any questions that we had. We definitely recommend GreenCare.

Glad to have found this company. They did an amazing job despite the delays caused by unexpected events. Construction started December 2018 then ended April 2019. They kept their promise in finishing our backyard in 4-5 months. We were also patient when sometimes, there will be no one working on our backyard for 1-2 weeks. As mentioned in their contract, delays are inevitable. All in all, we are very happy to how everything turned out.

They did our pool, backyard patio and plants as well. Brandon and his team did a great job! Thank you, Greencare!

We are supremely happy with the results of our pool build with Greencare. Brandon was our designer and he helped us from planning on paper to making material and landscaping choices at the vendor locations.

The whole team was communicative and kind throughout the process. The project manager checks in periodically and promptly fixed any issue that came up without needing us to ask. We are really glad we chose Greencare to build our pool and Brandon made sure we got exactly what we asked for. Would recommend their services for sure!

We had called around to a few pool companies, to no avail. We were stood up for appointments, never heard back, or didn't get a call back as promised.

Then I saw a lawn sign on Cactus for Greencare Pools. Not only did they set an appointment to look at the backyard and discuss options right away, but they were knowledgeable, up front, and welcoming from the first interaction through project completion.

The design process, design changes, and options were explained and followed through, and honestly were effortless for us.

We were very nervous making such a permanent decision to our house, but we are beyond happy with the process, the job, and communication we received from Greencare.
